Just steps from skiing and with a ski boot dryer - something you don't just see anywhere - this two-bedroom condo really feels as if it's a home away from home. The spacious living area has a tan leather couch, matching armchair, and kilim rugs. A wood-burning fireplace offers plenty of warmth on chilly winter nights. On a sunny day, head to the small patio to people-watch or sip a glass of wine as you watch the sunset. The open kitchen has a built-in carved wood bar, a Himalayan marble breakfast bar and a stainless steel fridge, and a gas stove. Guests have access to a ski locker with a boot dryer for two pairs of ski boots, games, books, plus parking passes. The condo property features a mountain-view seasonal pool and sauna. The pool is heated to the low 100s during the winter and upper 80s during the summer. For the winter season, the pool and sauna open a few days before Christmas and stay open through the rest of the ski season. For the summer season, the pool and sauna open around June 21st and stay open until mid-September. WHAT'S NEARBY Just minutes from Warm Springs Lodge and the challenging trails of Mt. Baldy, this condo is a skier's paradise and a modern marvel. The lifts are steps away and Ketchum is less than three miles from your door. Visitors head to Sun Valley year round but Warm Springs, where the condo is located, is busiest in the winter. Skiing abounds, at both Dollar Mountain and Mt. Baldy. But if you don't want to ski, you'll still have plenty to do. From snowshoeing to snow-tubing, it's a winter wonderland. Shoppers will enjoy the myriad boutiques at the resort. Downtown Ketchum boasts plenty of dining and outdoor activities as well. If you're an avid ready, you'll love the Ernest Hemingway Memorial. We used to have a cabin off warm springs so like to come up every year for a girls birthday get away. Upon arrival we noticed the condo was very clean and property was extremely quiet. Location was perfect as we took several trips to town. The view was amazing and we loved sitting on the patio. Beds were extremely comfortable and we loved the pool as it is heated (cooled us off but could get right in) and pretty much had it to our self during our stay. Only complaints would be we could have used more wash cloths and hand towels. We had 4 ladies but were supplied with only 2 wash cloths and 2 hand towels. Mornings and evenings get chilly up here even in summer so some extra blanets would have been nice. Bedroom door with 2 beds needs some greese, it creaks when closing and handle when turned is very loud. Blinds are kind of tricky to figure out but we eventually got it. Overall we thought the condo was clean, nicely decorated, perfect location, quiet and was perfect for what we needed. Thank you and we would definitely stay here again.

The unit was a perfect balance of high-quality and homey. Incredibly well appointed kitchen made for cooking in being a pleasure. Only feedback is the runner in the hallway needs to be secured, we slipped several times as it shifts underfoot. But that’s hardly a complaint — the condo was a great home away from home during our stay.

We’ve stayed in this unit the previous two years and it was pristine, but this year was the polar opposite, a total disaster, it needs a deep clean and some significant maintenance, including dirty, stinky, broken drain pipe and a broken shower handle.
Upon arrival there was a nasty smell in the kitchen. We found that the p-trap under the kitchen sink was detached and someone had placed a large mixing bowl under the trap to catch the leaking water. It was obvious the bowl was a long term solution because it was full of brown, stinky sludge and the bowl was overflowing into the cabinet. I reattached the p-trap and hand tightened all the drain connections, and it did not leak during the four days we were there, but the whole drain should be replaced with higher quality plumbing to ensure that it does become detached again. The rest of the unit was dirty, food everywhere - countertops, coffee table, microwave, food and dirt swept under the toe-kick of the cabinets; the sheets had not been replaced with clean sheets as they stunk of skier-sweat and there was dog-hair throughout the bed and on the pillows; the master shower handle was broken so we had to duct-tape it to the sliding door just to make the shower usable. Upon arrival my wife and I spent over two hours cleaning the place. We are not clean freaks, we just do NOT like living in others filth! The experience was totally unacceptable for the $$ amount paid.

The condo was well stocked with all kitchen needs. The bed linen was high quality but the living room furniture was terrible. The couch cushion was old and torn and the insides were coming out. The carpets were stained. The location was awesome and the view from the living room was beautiful. So many good things about this condo! Unfortunately I had to rate it lower due to the furniture and carpets.

The complex is well maintained and quiet - which might change when the skiers arrive. Bedrooms and bathrooms were nice, and the kitchen was well supplied and had everything one could need.
However, the carpets were badly in need of cleaning (dog urine?) and one of the couches had tears in it with the stuffing of white feathers flying everywhere. My suspicion is that a large dog punctured the cushions of this very nice couch numerous times. And, the blinds were difficult to raise or lower. Despite my negative comments I hope to go back there next year. The scenery was lovely.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, decorated tastefully, very well equipped, great location (close to town) with great views of Bald mountain and ski runs from the patio. Enough wood for 3 fires. Responsive Vacasa Team. We would definitely stay there again.

It was meticulous when we arrived. Enjoyed the pool which is only steps away and loved sitting out to stare at the view of Baldy! We were two couples, one from Oregon, so we did have 2 cars and there was a little confusion over the parking situation as supposedly only 1 car is allowed per unit. We did come to find out that that rule is really enforced during winter. The grounds were also beautifully maintained. We would definitely book this place again!

Short Walk to Warm Springs Base
Warm, cozy, very comfortable and the walk to the Challenger Lift is shorter than from the Sun Valley Warm Springs parking lot. The condo has everything you need for a ski trip. Full kitchen with all you need for prepping food or warming leftovers from the Pioneer Saloon. The beds are very comfortable, I slept like a rock all night/every night and everything was very clean and tidy. I’ve been in much more expensive lodgings where I was afraid to walk around barefooted or even take a shower, but not here. It is spotless. And the location near the lifts is tough to beat. Great deal and great location.

Website misrepresented. No AC!
The unit was nice, but management was NOT helpful at all. The condo was over 100degrees when we go there. Outside temp was 96. No ventilation in the unit, no AC! We called to rebook us, but nothing was available with AC. It took 2and1/2 hours for a return call from management!!! We had NO WiFi the entire time, despite the website claim. And there was no one to call to help with this. We felt vrbo MISREPRESENTED this unit- NO AC and NO WIFI. We could not sleep for the 4 nights due to the extreme heat. We would NEVER have booked this place, had we known it had no AC.

Great condo, not all amenities are as advertised
Very well-appointed and the location is great for warm springs trail access in the summer. We stayed for a week, so these things were not optimal: 1) the 2nd bedroom had very little closet space that you had to climb over a bed to get to and no drawers. 2) the laundry description made me think it was available in the unit, but it was a coin-op in a locked laundry room by the pool. Again, had we stayed for a weekend, it would have been fine for our family. I would choose something different for longer than 2 nights next time.
