Just down the street from the new Pathway (bikes, walking) which connects miles and miles of wildly scenic views! 1 mile from Snake River access for rafting, fishing, or hiking (dog friendly!). For those seeking a more quiet respite, look no further than this gem of a home. Blending convenience with comfort and a wildlife experience, this home truly has something for everyone. From our large deck, you can grill dinner and watch wildlife, the sunset, and spend time with your family or friends. EV charger on-site for electric vehicles. For our "homebody" guests, take in the views both north (of the Tetons from the living and dining room) and south of our private spring-fed stream from the kitchen and family room. Many a guest has been surprised by moose and elk casually strolling past the window while drinking their morning coffee. Cooks will love taking the time to make a favorite recipe for the gang but still enjoying the views from the kitchen and joining the family room conversation. Unlike many rental homes, there is a wide variety of cooking tools, pans, baking sheets, and utensils, along with basic pantry supplies. Area grocery stores include Smiths, Albertsons and Whole Foods (along with specialty gourmet shops). The spacious kitchen opens into comfortable sitting area, with peaceful views of the private stream and cottonwoods. Wildlife is abundant! The kitchen has induction cooktop, double oven and all well outfitted. We stock staples, spices, and paper products. The combination living and dining room feature a wood burning fireplace and beautiful views of the Tetons, Rendezvous, Glory Bowl and the meadows. The master bedroom has king sized bed (new luxury mattress 2024), en-suite with an oversized soaking tub and shower. Guest bedrooms have 1 queen or 2 full-length twin beds and generous closet space (new luxury mattresses 2024). Bathrooms have additional built-in heaters to provide additional cozy comfort. Enjoy a show on the flat screen SMART tvs or out the window, where there’s a view of the stream all types of wildlife are known to visit. The laundry room has energy efficient washer and dryer, detergent and other necessities. Heat throughout home is baseboard. Large deck with patio furniture and gas grill. New Bike Pathways access 2024 begins 1/2 mile down our street. The home is located 10 minutes from either Teton Village or the town of Jackson. Close to all Jackson Hole attractions, such as Grand Teton National Park (20 minutes), Yellowstone (1 hour), Snake River launch points (5 minutes), hiking trails on Teton Pass. Private property manager available to help throughout your stay, stock the refrigerator or offer other services to help make your stay comfortable and convenient. Long term bookings favored and appropriate rate reductions extended. Several guide books and resources are available at the home. Owners are happy to make recommendations and suggest local haunts and secret finds! Polite dogs considered. ** Owner pre-approval mandatory if you wish to bring your dog. Please do not use the "instant booking" Feature without approval for your pet. Sorry, no cats due to allergies. No smoking. No RVs, ATVs or campers; no hunting on premises, no snowmobiles, party capacity strictly limited to 6. Our stream is not deep enough for fishing :(

My family thoroughly enjoyed our Christmas holiday in this wonderful vacation home. This was our fourth Christmas in Jackson and by far our best accommodations. It was everything we could have asked for, and more. The location was perfect for us. We had privacy in our little slice of paradise, while also being convenient to town, grocery stores, restaurants and to Teton Village. The setting offers spectacular views in every direction - including a beautiful sunrise on Grand Teton. Nature abounds and we saw deer, moose, ducks, eagles and even an ermine! The home is beautifully and comfortably furnished and very well stocked with supplies. I loved that there were already “staples” available and that I could leave things I bought and didn’t use! The kitchen has updated appliances and every utensil you could possibly need. We easily cooked many meals including a nice Christmas Eve dinner. There was plenty of room for our family to congregate and also room if you wanted some quiet time. Katie is a delight to work with and made us feel right at home. I hope to get back soon!

Best Jackson Hole stay yet
I have been coming to Jackson Hole for many years and usually stayed at condos or other developments along the Village Road. This time, I chose a house, hoping to get a bit more breathing space and views. What a fantastic choice to stay at this home! It's located midway between the Village and town of Jackson, about 10 minutes to each. I spent a lot of time on the paved bike trail, which I picked up just down the road. From the front windows the views were unobstructed full Teton range, from 3 peaks to the north, all the way south. From the back, my family and I could not believe the regular stream of wildlife. Often we watched from the master bedroom windows - moose, elk, deer, ducks, birds, eagles.
The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, including staples in the pantry. Fortunately we checked the kitchen before making a grocery store run and didn't have to buy the many things that rentals often lack. There is a huge countertop and seating along it so others can keep the cook company. this area also opens to the back yard views which is where we saw most of the animals. There are virtually no neighbors nearby. There are 2 sitting areas so the family could do different games or tv shows without bothering the others who preferred to read.
The home has a linen service, sheets, towels, etc. All appliances are new, tvs and smart tv to watch, but we were pretty busy and spent our time on the deck cooking out and listening to the frogs and crickets at night. We can't wait to get back. The owners were very responsive and seemed willing to help us with whatever we asked. We'll be back.

Great House, Great Location, Lots Of Widlife!
House is very well maintained. Great location. Convenient to Wilson, Teton Village and Jackson. Beautiful backyard with lots trees and wildlife. Teton views from the living room. House is located in a very quiet and private area. Master bedroom has large picture windows. We saw lots of wildlife in backyard and even outside Master windows; Moose, Elk, Deer, Sand Hill Cranes, Geese and Ducks. The owners are great to work with. I highly recommend this house!

The home is cleverly designed to fit into the landscape around it - and takes advantage of a meadow and stream on one side of the house and great views of the mountains on the other side. Every time I looked out of the window I felt like I would see some incredible wildlife - and lots of times we did. We saw moose nearly every day, deer one day and elk another. I also saw a Great Gray Owl as well as a big heron.
The location of the house is also great for exploring the Jackson Hole area. The house is just outside Wilson which has restaurants and a small grocery store. Jackson is about 15-20 minutes away and has everything you could need. The ski resort is also close by - and we enjoyed the summer activities on offer there. The Teton National Park is very easy to access from the house - and offers great hiking and wildlife viewing opportunities.
The house itself is very comfortable. Plenty of room for a family of 4 - and I would say would suit a larger family or 3 couples as there are 3 good sized bedrooms. The kitchen is well stocked and all appliances worked well. The owners also left hotel style toiletries in the bathrooms which was appreciated.
Although the house is set in a largish piece of land, and has a deck, it does not have a garden as such - the grass is left to grow tall - so it isn't that easy for young children to play outside.
We had a fantastic week at this property and would love to stay there again in the future.

I definitely would recommend for all to visit......especially if you want to see a bull Elk with 5 female (cows) (in mating season now) walking by the house and a huge moose strolling by the house windows on their way to nearby Snake River. And what an experience to hear the bull Elk "bugling" to his cows ... at night... to get their attention. Worth the trip.

We had a great vacation at Katie and Ed's home. It was really perfect for us in every way. We loved the wildlife that came around the house (moose, elk, ducks, etc.). The house was clean and well furnished with all the necessary supplies. It is so close to Jackson Hole, Wilson and Grand Teton that we went to all three almost each day. Because of the layout, there was no "caving" with kids behind closed doors, but all of us together in the main room with views of the Teton mountain range out the window as we shared breakfast or dinner together. There were the family pool tournaments that inevitably ended in laughter at our lack of prowess as well as the amazement we shared about the wildlife that make their home nearby. Elk, mama and baby moose, and deer were an almost daily experience that always took our breath away. We probably would have seen more, but we weren't in Jackson Hole to stay inside everyday! The house is perfectly located for day trips to fly fish cutthroat trout in the Snake River, drives to nearby Jackson or hikes in Grand Teton National Park. A great place to stay!!

The view, the wildlife, the accommodations, the privacy yet accessibility to nearby sights, and the care and concern of the hosts, were all more than we expected. To be able to feel like you are sitting in your own home and enjoy such beautiful views of the Tetons and the abundant wildlife is our idea of Paradise.
We saw a moose twice and deer several times, but our greatest wonder was the herd of elk that came right in front of the house - 3 different times! There were 20-30 each time. We also became rather attached to a pair of Canadian Geese and looked forward to seeing them several times each day. They seemed to be very much at home in the stream behind the house. Because of the heavy snow that still covered much of Yellowstone, we did not see the typical wildlife there, but we had an abundance to view when we returned to the house.
The house was so very well equipped with everything we needed. We have often stayed in VRBO's, and the first order of business is usually a trip to a nearby store for soap, paper towels, etc. Not so here - everything was there, with an encouraging word to use what was needed. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you need for cooking and/or baking. There were plenty of extra towels and linens. There were even toiletry items, in case you forgot anything essential!
I could go on and on about this property. As I said -"Absolutely Perfect". I would definitely recommend it, and hope to be able to return soon. Thank you, Katie and Ed!

We stayed over Christmas 2013 and the entire family had lots of fun. The highlight of the trip was having a mother and baby moose visit the home. The fireplace always had plenty of wood and the owners were more than accomidating to our requests. Highly recommend and will stay here again!

My wife and I spent a wonderful week with our adult children in this secluded, although close to everything in Jackson and Teton Village, home. It is very private yet only minutes to all activities...hiking, skiing, white water rafting, sight seeing, golfing, dining and shopping. The house is comfortable and attractively furnished. The three bedrooms sleep 5 adults easily and could accommodate more. The real attraction is the location. The living room with fire place looks directly out on the snow capped Grand Teton Range and the back of the house overlooks a stream and fields. The back has a nice deck with dinner table, chairs, and gas grill. Wildlife is everywhere on the property including mother and baby moose, deer, elk, ducks, and an array of birds including hummingbirds. We were able to sit in our bedroom and watch the mother and baby moose one foot away from us on the other side of the window! We had dinner at great restaurants in the area but also fixed dinner at home several nights since the grill is so convenient and the kitchen is well furnished. It was great to just have a drink and talk while fixing dinner and looking out the windows at beautiful nature. It is truly one of the most remarkable settings I have ever had the opportunity experience. It's a great alternative to the summer beach rental. Clear blue skies everyday with morning temperatures in the 50s and afternoons comfortably in the mid 80s. And no humidity which was a great break from summer in the deep south. I recommend this rental without reservation.

The pool table was well used by our guys and they had a game or 10 every night before bed. I can't think of anything we needed that was provided. The location is minutes from Teton Village, Albertsons & downtown Jackson Hole. we loved being away from town but minutes away. We had a mother and baby moose visit our bed room window 4 mornings and evenings so the family would gather in the master bedroom to watch the "Moose Show". We loved it.

This home is in a beautiful area close to Jackson and Teton Village, but away from the hustle and bustle of town. The wildlife flock to this location and the scenery is outstanding. I would stay here again without question and will recommend this home to anyone who asks.
