Nestled in College Station, this charming condo for $94 per night is a great option for your next trip. Come stay in the HEART of AGGIELAND!!! Perfectly Situated 1BD/1.5BA Condo, 1.5 Miles from Texas A&M. Game-Day retreat, great weekend get-away, or a relaxing place to stay while looking at the University. Located in the Wolf Pen District, it is within walking distance to many restaurants, bars, and shops. Queen air mattress with internal pump, plus Queen Bed upstairs. Sleeps 2-4 comfortably. While the upstairs bedroom is a full space, it is a loft-style bedroom (no door). The property is furnished and a full inventory is kept by the Owners. Guest agrees to abide by the Rental Rules (below) at all times while at the property and shall cause all members of the rental party and anyone else Guest permits on the property to abide by the following rules at all times while at the property. RENTAL RULES 1. Smoking is NOT allowed under any circumstances. 2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest, and subject to additional charges. 3. All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. 4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order 5. Only use appliances for their intended uses a. Do not use the Fireplace 6. Pets are not allowed 7. Parking: PARKING PASS – A Parking Pass is located inside the unit. Renters must display the parking pass on the rear-view mirror at all times. Failure to display may result in towing of vehicle at renter's expense. Leave the parking passes inside the unit upon departure. Failure to leave the pass will result in a $75 charge. Guests are limited to (1) vehicle unless otherwise noted by Owner. 8. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units. 9. Fireplace: Do not use the Fireplace. 10. Water and Septic: DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged a damages fee. 11. Access: Guest shall allow Homeowner access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. Homeowner shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner. 12. Storms: If there is a storm or hurricane, no refunds will be given unless: • The state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area" and/or • A "mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of residence of a vacationing guest. • The day that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning," area, we will refund:  Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered;  Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten the stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and  Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the "Hurricane Warning" period.

I had made these reservations prior to COViD and since there was still a game we decided to go ahead and visit our daughter. Great and convenient property to campus and getting around College Station. Great for two adults, as there is only one shower and others would be on a pull out. Well supplied kitchen, wifi, washer dryer, iron, steamer and parking. The only suggestion we have is to reprogram the Nest thermostat as it was programmed for 65 degrees and sometimes down to 63 degrees at night, being from California it was too cold for us. Otherwise great option to a local hotel.

Our college son lives across the street so this was perfect for the location. There are plenty of close restaurants and other necessities. There is also a great park for walking or jogging next to the complex. The condo was super clean and just the right size for us. It could also accommodate small children. The condo has everything you need. We will definitely be back.

Perfect size condo for a family of four (two young kids). Location was great, near everything. Short distance to Santa’s Wonderland and several parks for kids. Parking was easy as was checking in. Condo was very clean and had everything you would need!

They provided all the amenities you could possibly need for your stay away from home. The location was convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, Texas A&M University. We especially appreciated the comfortable bed for a great nights sleep. Thank you Cody.

We stayed here when we first moved to this area while we were waiting for our house to be finished. It was a great experience and a great location. The townhouse had everything we needed during our stay and was clean. Couldn't have asked for more.

Upstairs bedroom is open to stairs, so no real separation from downstairs. Reserved for 4 to stay, but downstairs sleeper sofa was unmade with poor mattress (not a huge issue for kids, but would be very uncomfortable for adults). Otherwise clean and nicely furnished, bottle of wine available for additional charge. Convenient to gameday shuttle and restaurants on Harvey.

Cody's place is a touch small for more than 2 folks but if you're going for an Aggie football weekend how much time are you really going to spend in a house? It was clean, well appointed and convenient to the university. Cody and Linda were quick and clear with communication and they left us a newspaper and M&Ms at check in. Also, we left our pillows behind and Cody was kind enough to ship them to us. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

We had an amazing time during our stay in College Station. The condo was clean and we had everything we needed for our weekend trip. It was a great location and easy to find as well. Would definitely recommend and look forward to coming back in two years when our tigers play there again.

I stayed in this rental for about 8 weeks while I was here as a visiting student at Texas A&M. This was my first time in the U.S., and the condo felt like a home away from home. It was extremely clean and comfortable. Great location! I did not have a vehicle, so it was nice to walk to the mall, the park, and the many nearby restaurants. The condo is also a short walk to the TAMU bus pickup. Thanks for the wonderful stay in Aggieland!!

We stayed at this condo while in town for an Aggie football game. We had four adults and more than enough room for a quick stay. The condo was very clean and it was a GREAT location for restaurants, Texas A&M campus and Northgate. Cody was responsive to any questions and had everything ready for our arrival. This was such a nice departure from staying in a hotel. The location is perfect. The proximity to the Wolf Pen walking path was an added bonus. We enjoyed walking to dinner via the path to get to some restaurants that we had not tried on previous visits. The condo was just as the pictures show. It was clean and comfortable. Parking was convenient to the unit. Cody was easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

I was beyond impressed with condo and the owner. Renting was a smooth and easy process and the place was clean and well suited to my and my husbands needs. The area is quiet and centrally located making it within walking distance to many places, including the park and restaurants. It was well decorated and the kitchen had everything we needed in order to seamlessly stay "on diet" while visiting. I definitely recommend staying here!!

Our stay at this condo was delightful. It is cozy and warm, clean and convenient. We just stayed one night, but it was all we needed and sure did beat staying in a hotel. We booked it very last minute and arrived that same afternoon. Cody was very quick to respond to emails and was extra-generous to allow us to check in early. The parking pass for Texas A&M was ready on the table and ensured our time on campus was without worry of a parking ticket. It is perfect for 2 people for a little get-away. Thanks so much, Cody. We will be sure to come back if the opportunity arises.

This was a great place for us to stay over Thanksgiving for the game. We were pleasantly surprised that the condo had everything we needed for cooking in the kitchen. It was very clean and comfortable. Great location! We enjoyed walking down to the park. Cody was great to deal with, quickly answering any questions we had. Thanks for everything!
