Location and view were great Overall, the floor plan worked well for us.

I would give it a 5 except for the WIFI did not work, and cable was not set up to work with modem and refrigerator took several hours to crank up.
Some minor issues like clock on wall needs new battery, one of plastic lawn chairs was cracked and bed bug traps found in guest bedroom, little bizarre. Oven does not work.
BBQ grill was excellent

Overall, we were happy with our stay at A Slice of Heaven. The view was great with lots of swans and ducks on Little Pond. The accommodations are what we expected from the pictures and met our needs at a good price. We had a glitch with the refrigerator, but as always, Vacasa responded quickly. We would stay here again.

Have rented for years in Falmouth. This property was misrepresented and needs a lot of work. Advertised with three appliances, all three either didn’t work or were substandard. Kitchen was not cleaned thoroughly and there were ants. Trash from the previous renter filled the outside containers so we could not put ours in it. On top of it, working with the property manager was a joke. Good location. That’s it.

Loved the view. The house was clean and comfortable. Air conditioning in the bedroom to keep us cool at night. Everything was perfect. Can wait to come back.

Inside was a quaint cottage feel, but sure needs updating. Outside was pretty bad, didn’t even realize there was an outside shower and the small back yard area had grass that was a foot tall. The whole neighborhood is well maintained…except for this one. Minimal dinnerware also. There was only two of us and we got by, but if you had more than that you wouldn’t have enough of some things.

The location was great (water view) and easy walk to the beach. However, I probably won't go back because, even in early September, it was pretty uncomfortable trying to sleep without A/C. Also, kitchen was way too small to stay longer than a couple of nights.

Stayed 4 nights. Needs an ac system either window unit or whole house. Grass was nearly a foot tall. No tv in master. Listing said otherwise. Limited channel selection on main tv. Very small fridge.
On the upside, the view was wonderful and just a short walk or drive to beaches.

Nice location. Nice space.
Did not realize until we arrived that water across the street did not have pedestrian access. The only water access were public beaches - 5 minute walk.
Limited kitchen items. Sleeps 4 but only had 2 coffee mugs, one bowl, limited serving plates, no can opener, small amounts of dishwasher detergent, paper towels, garbage bags. Not a huge deal but did present some frustration.

Fall in Falmouth
Located centrally near beautiful pond. Very quiet road and neighborhood. Ideal for couple and small children. Had all the tools we needed...even to cook fresh lobster! Great area to walk to beach. Does require drive to downtown Falmouth but there were 2 restaurant/bars in walking distance.

Really is heavenly
Great view of the pond from all the front windows of the house, loved sitting and soaking up the peace and quiet and watching the swans and ducks and squirrels and bunnies come and go. Close to Main Street shops and restaurants and the ocean is just a short walk up the street. A truly magical place. Keep in mind this is a tiny 2 bedroom home, with only one bathroom and no washer and dryer, but the view and atmosphere are amazing.

Very Nice Stay
The House was just right for my husband and I sitting in front of a lake. The home nice and cozy. The queen bed slept very well. We made plans to take the ferry to Martha Vineyard for most of the day and the location perfect. I would have like to have the option for blinds. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful view!
We loved our off-season weekend getaway here! We enjoyed a lobster take out meal from the Quarterdeck in the cozy dining area. The next night we cooked fresh Cod from Falmouth Seafood. Plenty of utensils and cooking equipment. Breakfast was especially nice with the pretty view. Would love to return!

Perfectly charming quiet waterfront retreat!
We wouldn’t mind living here all year long! Small and cozy with front row seat views of the pretty pond. One way traffic kept us feeling like we were in a private neighborhood. We were only a mile from Rte 28 where you can find anything, but the house had everything we needed. We came off season. The Quarterdeck restaurant provided a lobster take out feast. The Falmouth Fish Market offered the freshest seafood to cook the next night.
We had a wonderful stay! Would love to return anytime of year!

Lovely little cottage overlooking a beautiful pond in a quiet friendly street but within stones throw of beach and not far from town.

Delightful Summer Cottage
Enjoyed our stay very much. The house was neat and tidy but there could've been more dusting and it would've been great if the windows in the front were cleaned considering the beautiful pond views. But great location for walking along the Heights and spending time on the beach. Also we really enjoyed sitting in the pink adirondack chairs!! Would definitely go back again.

Falmouth cottage
The cottage is a great location. Easy access to the beach and reasonable walk to town. It was hot and humid during our stay and the house did have several fans which helped make our stay a little more comfortable. The beds were reasonably comfortable, linens were clean and we liked the pillows. The towels were new, had never been washed and left large amounts of lint everywhere. Ok, this is minor but kind of annoying. We felt that, generally, everything was fine, but a bit tired. The kitchen is small and although it had been cleaned it wasn’t cleaned thoroughly. We’d stay there again, the location trumps some of the imperfections.

Loved staying here
My husband and I loved staying here with our two young kids. It is even better than the pictures show. In fact, I’m pretty sure I gasped when we first pulled on to the street. It is on a cute little one way road right on the lake and in a beautiful neighborhood. We walked to the beach (Bristol or Falmouth heights) several times a day, and it was close enough to be easy while towing beach gear but also a nice evening stroll after dinner. There were a lot of kids and families outside and walking around in the neighborhood. Super walkable area. The house was cozy and clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.
Note: there is no AC but there are a few nice box fans. We had really hot weather so the house was pretty warm but we were fine with fans. Also, there is no laundry access anymore so plan accordingly. That is the one thing that tripped us up a little because we did plan to have access to a washer and dryer as the listing stated. Otherwise, it was great place!

GREAT location!
We were so excited when we arrived at this adorable house! You can sit in those pink chairs on the lawn and look right out at the lake, and the ocean is a short walk away. Downtown Falmouth is full of shops and restaurants, and it's easy to catch a ferry to Martha's Vineyard as well. The house itself is well-appointed with 2 twin beds and a queen in the 2 bedrooms, a nice TV and good Wi-Fi. There is even a dishwasher, which was a bonus! Because this property is on the water and has no A/C, there are some spiders/bugs to contend with. Also be prepared to bring extra towels, as there is only one set per person provided, even on multiple night stays (we stayed 4 days with one set of towels each and one bath mat total). We really enjoyed our wonderful stay in Falmouth!

Quaint Cottage with Inlet Views
This is a lovely quaint cottage in a safe quintessential New England Falmouth Heights neighborhood close to the beach. It was a perfect location for our long weekend away to enjoy our anniversary. We love this area and this is our 4th visit. Close to ferry, bike trails, restaurants. The cottage is perfect for 2 adults and would comfortably fit a family of 4. The kitchen is tiny - which is "in" right now lol! We only used it for late afternoon snacks and morning tea/coffee. The couch and chair in the family room are SO cozy! I snuggled up and read a book. The bathroom is small but has what you need - a hot shower. We loved the location - I drank my tea every morning overlooking the sunrise on the inlet. Check out the Thursday Falmouth Farmers Market - it is phenomenal! I would suggest a new Queen mattress in the Master. The one there is hard and uncomfortable. Thank you for a great stay! Highly recommend.

Quaint cottage with lovely views
My hubby and I got away for a long weekend to celebrate our anniversary. We love staying in Falmouth - there are excellent restaurants. Close to ferry and bike trails. We booked this cottage and fell in love as soon as we pulled up. The neighborhood is typical New England Cape Cod cottages, safe and quiet. Lots of people out walking and running. The beach is a short walk away. The cottage is perfect for 2-4 people. I drank tea in the morning overlooking the sunrise on the inlet. The Falmouth Farmers Market is phenomenal and on Thursday's - check it out!!! The only drawback I can think of - the mattress in the Master is really hard. Maybe a thicker mattress pad or put a mattress topper down??

Great place. Quiet Street
This is a really sweet little cottage. We really enjoyed the quiet street (It is October) and the beautiful view. The loons greeted us each morning with their song. The pub within walking distance was great. Uber took us further for evening outings. The cottage was nicely stocked and had a laundry in the basement . (You have to go outside and go thru the bilk doors)

Quaint home with great view
Spent a few days at this lovely property. Great place for a couple's weekend or a quiet place for one person. Near to two little towns with great restaurants and specialty shops. The view from the front of the house was beautiful and the drive along the ocean was wonderful. I highly recommend this property and woukd definitely book it again.

Cozy and quaint!
Lovely property in a fabulous spot! I enjoyed our stay. The property is fully equipped which made it so easy for us to relax. I would definitely stay in this house again. There are a couple of things worth mentioning. First and foremost, the beds are exceptionally hard, especially the bed in the master bedroom. A good mattress pad would be so helpful. Also, the glass doorknob to the bathroom needs to be replaced. It fell off a couple of times making opening the door somewhat difficult.
