The "Honeymoon Cottage", a guest cottage for four people, is available for rent separately for $3500 a week. Wooster Farm has been updated for ADA individuals with a separate downstairs large master bedroom accessible by a wheelchair ramp with a King bed and an ADA-qualified large new bathroom. There is an incredibly well-constructed and enormous post & beam barn above the tennis court which Frank Benson used as his art studio; there he painted his iconic oils of his family. His paint is still on the walls where he cleaned his brushes. There is a long pier and float for boating and swimming and there are two expansive and private beaches on which one can picnic, hunt for sea glass, and enjoy sunsets. Finally, there is my favorite clay tennis court in the world, with views of the ocean and cool breezes. This secluded, charming waterfront property simply takes your breath away. You will want to come back every year, as all of our renters do. From your rooms, watch sailboats and lobster boats cross Penobscot Bay. The 5-BR farmhouse sleeps 13 and the separately rented 2-BR Honeymoon Cottage sleeps 4. Enjoy beautiful sunsets, a deep water granite pier/ramp & float system with 530' waterfront and a boathouse on the thoroughfare, play on a gorgeous clay tennis court with views of the water on both sides, ride bicycles, collect mussels, crabs, wildflowers or wild raspberries, stroll or walk in peaceful serenity with nature, paint, draw or take photos.
