This property is perfect for family vacations. It’s close to water activities, excellent dining, movie theater, and grocery/dollar stores. The house itself is inviting and comfortable for small or large families with lovely decor and furnishings. It fills all the needs for home comforts. The owner was accessible and accommodating. This home became the backdrop for cherished family memories!

Plenty of room for a family of 6 plus grandparents. Bedrooms on 3 levels so it was nice to have separate spaces. Good location. Our kids really enjoyed a park nearby with beautiful mountian views and a beach that would be nice in the summer. We enjoyed the fireplace every day as well.

We were looking for somewhere that would comfortably accommodate our group of 10 women for the weekend. Needless to say, this house definitely did the job. We had planned to go out at least once for dinner but ended up staying in and cooking. Everything we needed was there so we had no reason to leave the property at all once we were there. There was plenty of sleeping space. There was also space for air mattresses, but we didn't need any. I would definitely recommend this home and have already started referring others.

Loved the home. It was close to all surrounding towns and had an awesome view of the lake and mountains. Easy to find and we enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us this past month. The view from the porch toward the lake and mountains was enchanting. Changing each day. A perfect place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. We enjoyed the fantastic location for many day trips. Rented a boat for fishing – no luck. Sadly we were told Lake Chatuge was being drained for the season. Highly recommend this property! Wonderful for two guests all on one floor. Guest room on upper level was perfect for overnight guests. There is also a huge two bedroom suite downstairs. Enchantment is what it truly was! Carolyn and Jeff

Our visit was due to a wedding invite at The Ridges Resort. This house could not have been better for our visit. We had a place to dock our boat, park the trailer and all within 1/2 mile of the wedding. The house was beautiful and gave all our family members the space they needed for privacy as well as a wonderful gathering room.

This property was great! We loved the location and the property was beautiful! The inside was much bigger then we realized! There was games the kids could enjoy and the porch was great! Wish we could have stayed longer! We plan to stay here again!

Our stay at Lake Chatgue was enjoyable inspite of the weather. We were only there 4 days with the first three with heavy cloud cover and rain. The house is in a great location. on the lake and close to Splash Island for the kids and the marina. The Ridges Resort is well kept and staff is friendly and helpful. We rented a boat at the marina. The last day was sunny with gorgeous views of the mountains. The lake is clear and clean. We found a secluded cove after exploring around the lake to anchor and let the kids jump and dive off the boat. The guys at the marina were very helpful with unloading the boat. We kept the kids occupied with hikes to a couple of local waterfalls. Cupid falls at Young Harris campus and Leatherhead Falls where they actually swam in the creek pools. Putt-Putt golf in Murphy was fun where they did Gem Mining as well The house was comfortable and spacious. Kitchen was well stocked which made meal preparation easy. Mark, the owner, is very helpful with suggestions of area activities and info about the marina at the Ridges Resort. The boat storage and dock at the property is well maintained and safe. This property met all of the needs for seven people in a very comfortable way. Thank you Mark for sharing your property and we look forward to staying again soon.

Again a great vacation with brothers and their family. Our daughter and grand daughters love this property. Hope to get it next July.

We stayed here for the weekend to attend my son's wedding at The Ridges. The place was so nice, quiet, clean and comfortable. I hope we can come back some time and stay longer.

This was my second time staying here with my 95 year old mom. We really love this place.
