Just outside the great room is a comfortable outdoor living space with views of the golf course. The private hot tub is a great place to relax after a long day of golf, or playing with the kids at one of the many Suncadia parks. BEDROOMS: The Chalet features 5 Bedrooms all with King Beds. Four of the 5 Bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. One of the King Master Suites also has a Queen Hide-a-Bed. The 6th Bedroom features a Queen over a Queen Bunk and a Full over a Full Bunk. The home boasts 5 elegant tile bathrooms. ** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Swimming Pools and Fitness Center at this time due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a $100 nightly "resort fee" when renting this vacation home. Maximum of 6 cars in the driveway. Suncadia prohibits street parking.** (There are 2 exterior security cameras at this home that are not active. They are not powered or connected to a recording device.)

Gathered family and friends for my husband’s birthday and this place was great. It had the perfect amount of space and the game room was awesome. Not a negative, but you should note the garages are not able to be used and you can’t take the table cloth off the dining table (so bring one if you don’t want to use their purple one)

The Chalet offered some good amenities for a large family gathering, but fell short in a few areas. Each of the five bedrooms contained very firm mattresses that were somewhat uncomfortable. If you prefer a soft bed, you will not enjoy these. Further the blankets and pillows were old, and lacked warmth and support. The entertainment was iffy. The TVs come with 3-5 remotes and instructions on how to operate which may have worked in 1980, but were overly complicated and confusing by today’s standards. If there was streaming available we had no idea how to figure that out. The game room felt dirty and could use an update. There was one working ping ping ball. The game drawer looked like it had been ransacked. Lastly, the hot tub was not hot. It was a warm bath at best. The cleaning, like most AirBnB, was good but not up to hotel standards. For the price, it would’ve been nice not to find hair/debris in random kitchen items (e.g. the large pots in the pantry) or hair in the bathroom corners. But given it’s a vacation rental and not a hotel, it’s not surprising. However, for the cost, the cleaning could’ve been better. Overall this was a quiet, big retreat that had enough space and kitchen items that served everyone well, but it’s likely you can find something else that’s hopefully cleaner and better stocked from an entertainment perspective for a similar price.

My family rented three homes through All Seasons Vacation Rentals for a family reunion. All three homes were well-maintained and spacious. The Chalet was where we gathered for meals and we had plenty of room to accommodate all of us. ASVR was very friendly and great to work with. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Chalet at Suncadia. Overall the property was well situated in the Suncadia resort which gave us easy access to parks, walks, winery. For this property we would recommend proper cleaning as there was a lot of dust/spider webs, counters were dirty and many flies in the home (kitchen) when we arrived and that didn't leave. It would also be great to have extra blankets, pillows, towels and sheets as the home hosts many people. We have been long time users of All Seasons Vacation Rentals and continue to work with them for our Cle Elum and Suncadia stays.

We have been looking for a place to gather for many years. As a large group of 20, this has created a challenge year after year. For the first time we all stayed in the same home with our children. Not only did we stay in the same home, we all stayed comfortably. Kevin and Wendie were very responsive during the stay which was greatly appreciated. We plan to come back again!

We had a group of friends & family stay over the 4th of July weekend. The layout of the house worked great for us! We were mostly couples with young kids, loved having some many bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The home was fully stocked and the location was amazing. Suncadia is hard to beat. We would definitely consider staying here again!

We had a great time and the cabin had lots of positives. A few negatives: dishwasher door was extremely heavy and when opened crashed down and was a hazard (lucky no one got hurt). Kitchen garbage can didn't have its lid and the bags weren't the right size, hard to fit.Ice maker didn't make much ice at all. Just small inconveniences.

The house was very nice and with 6 furnished bedrooms, it was set up to accommodate a large group - great for our family reunion. There isn't much outdoor space beyond the patio but with a park and trails etc. in Suncadia that wasn't a real issue. However, as with many houses set up to accommodate 14-20 people, the kitchen in this house was significantly under-equiped. When you have a large group staying for a weekend or longer, the kitchen needs to have not only large numbers of plates, glasses, flatware, etc. to accommodate all those people, but it also needs to have LARGE serving and mixing bowls, large platters and baking pans, large sauce pots (12-16 quarts, not 4-6 quarts), skillets and other cooking utensils and appliances that can handle a crowd. Having a regular coffe pot wasn't of much use because there were no filters to go in it. Fortunately, we had brought our own, for fear that the Kerig mentioned online was the only coffee making available. My sense was that this kitchen was set up to prepare food and feed a group of 8-10 but if that is the case, why have sleeping accommodations for 18 if there isn't adequate equipment to feed all of them??? Two dish washers and 2 refrigerators (in or near the kitchen) are a must! We didn't find the 2nd refrigerator out beyond the garage until the day we left so it didn't do us any good. Nor did we find information about its existence in the information binder the owner left for us. We did appreciate the very large dining table and bar stools in the house and large patio table on the deck - bigger than most large houses have. The game room/garage was a hit with the kids because we had a fair amount of rain. The bedrooms were also very nice and well furnished. All that said, we might well rent it again for our next family reunion because it worked pretty well for us in spite of the limitations in the kitchen. At least next time we would know what to bring with us to make meal prep for a large group easier.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Chalet over Christmas. The house was very comfortable and roomy and served all our needs very well. We are already talking about staying there next year
A few minor (nitpicky) issues: 1) Not enough wine glasses-only 2 champagne flutes and 5-6 wine glasses. 2)Bonus rom is cold. Could use a space heater. 3) instructions for the TV are confusing-we never were able to figure out how to play a DVD

We decided to take our annual neighborhood Holiday progressive dinner on the road this year and this house worked very well for our group of 12 adults. House was clean and well maintained. The dining room table seated 12 which was perfect. There was even a Christmas tree up in the living room for us! Hot tub was enjoyable as well.

Couldn't have asked for a more wonderful stay! And what a delightful surprise to find a fully decorated Christmas tree and other decorations. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked and that is coming from a family who loves to cook!! It handled our family of 15 beautifully. The game room was a huge hit for the grandchildren. Was extremely impressed with the management company who was quickly responsive to any and all communication. 5 stars plus!!

Perfect for a family gathering—-lots of room, great kitchen, enjoyed the patio with a fire in the evening. If we had had young children they would have been very unhappy not having a pool. I did not understand that the pool was not included and I was not allowed to pay even though I tried through Suncadia. I should have read the fine print more closely.

Family Gathering

Ants in the kitchen, all the darts were bent or broken, Low lighting (it was dark and rainy outside and so a dark interior made it dreary), cobwebs in the chandeliers, dirty pillowcase in master, no lighter for the BBQ and firepit, too many $500 rules and no door locks on all but one bedroom!

Had our annual family winter get together in this wonderful home. Home is beautifully designed with lots of upgrade featurs. The six bedrooms with with most having a personal bathroom and kings sized bed were definetly a big plus. Definetly a cozy place to come back to again.

The home was clean and had all the cooking utensils and bedding we needed. We enjoyed Dawson Park and running/walking on the trails. The fire pit was well-used in the evening. Family New Years at Suncadia Chalet
We are a family of 6 adults and 6 children ages 1,2,3,5,6 and 7.This house was just perfect for us. The adults and older children really enjoyed the game room and hot tub. The kitchen great room was a perfect family hang out. We really enjoyed the sledding and ice skating and palying in the snow. We had a very wonderful, memorable time and I highly recommend going through All Seasons Vacation Rentals to arrange your stay.

We came and stayed and we’re pleasantly surprised by a beautiful snowfall. The home is spacious with plenty of common spaces for lounging. Location is very close to Cle Elum and the wine tasting shop.
