About this villa rental

Nestled in Herzliya, this charming villa for $184 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. The apartment has two spacious bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Long term rentals only. Well-designed and very private. Fruit trees, flowering bushes and 100 of private garden right next to you. Beautiful pool in your private use in morning hours, April to November. Central AC. My guide to activities nearby: In winter this apartment is the best-heated place around (floor heating). The apartment is part of a villa completed in 2010. Quiet residential area with plenty of parking space. The pool is shared with the owner so that you get to use the pool completely privately 2-3 hours a day, and for the rest of the day enjoy the beaches. If you come with small children we ask you to keep the pool gate locked when you are not using the pool. We built our house in the Neve Amirim neighborhood of Herzelia because we love this area with its almost village-like feel and its closeness to Tel Aviv and the sea. Our street has very few cars passing (it’s a loop) and we have a big garden with lots of birds singing in the trees. The house is built on climatic principles of natural light, air circulation, thermal mass, rainwater collection and use of gray water in the garden. We also encourage our guests to recycle and compost. Coming here from 'Ben Gurion' Tel Aviv airport, takes just 30 min, if not in rush hour. You can get to Tel Aviv in 20 minutes and the beach is just 10 min. away. There are a few good coffee shops and restaurants, 2 supermarkets, a cinema, a laundromat, a bank and a natural foods shop... all within a walking distance. Many restaurants deliver. So you can order food from a menu on the internet and have it brought to you at no extra cost. In the garden, we have a pool, which is 12x5 meters (36X15 feet). One end of the pool is very deep and the other end (1.10 m) (3ft 7in) has comfortable steps. There are also many flower bushes, a deck and pool toys. The pool is shared between us and the guests. The guests can use the pool in the mornings; unless otherwise agreed. Only the staying guests are welcome to the pool. The pool cannot be seen from the apartment and the guests are totally responsible for their family's safety. The vacation apartment is entered from the east side of the house and it has its own gate and two small outdoor sitting areas. Our entrance is on the other side of the house and we live on the top floor, therefore we don't see the apartment at all. The apartment has 2 large bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with the possibility of sleeping 3 in separate beds. (One of the beds is collapsible and can be put out of the way) This room also has a cable TV. There is a 16-square meter (144 sq. feet) kitchen with a dining table for 5. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, 2 electric cooktops, a microwave and a toaster oven. It has all the necessary dishes for preparing and serving a meal. There's coffee, tea, sugar, oil and milk for the start. Outside the kitchen, in the garden, there is a sitting area. The bathroom is large and new (like the rest of the house). It's got 2 sinks, many drawers, and a shower booth. The apartment is fully air-conditioned in summer, and floor heated in winter, with independent controls for each room. Every room has a ceiling fan too. All the windows have mosquito nets. You will be given sheets and towels, and an extra pool towel each. Our daughters have grown up, but if you like I can find you some toys that I have kept. There is also a selection of books. The apartment is not intended for partying and making noise at night. We had a good time in the apartment. The location is good as it's close to downtown Herzliya and to Ramat Hasharon. We were welcomed by Jaana the owner and she did a tour of the apartment. We liked the rooms, the garden view, and amenities. I would recommend the apartment.

Urlaub war sehr schön und die Vermieter sehr nett! Der Pool steht leider nicht den ganzen Tag zur Verfügung. Das war allerdings bekannt. Die beschriebene Waschmaschine ist nicht im Haus. Schöner Garten und geräumige Wohnung. Alles sauber und praktisch. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und würden wieder dort buchen.

Very nice selfcatering apartment for a family of 4 with a bedroom for the parents and one for the kids. Wonderful morning relaxation in the pool, good start into the day. Good shopping nearby. Nice beach visits in the afternoon and in the evening. Ideal base for day trips to Tel Aviv, Jaffa, Apollonia National Park, Nazareth, Sea of Galilee and Jerusalem. Very friendly hosts. Good privacy and recreation.

We enjoyed our stay at Jaana's place. The place was neat and clean and there were enough towels for us. There was coffee and a couple of treats, including bottled water. The location was perfect for us, very close to where our son lives and not far from the highway to Tel Aviv.

We had a good time in the appartment, which was as described. The pool area is great and the garden really beautiful. One thing which made the stay not perfect was the construction site besides the house, which was very loud during the whole day, so that staying at the pool was not really relaxing. First days it was cool outside and also in the evenings inside. We did not really get the use of the floor heating, as we felt it only in the kitchen / corridor area, not in the sleeping rooms where it would have been useful. We always got a parking space near the house, which was very positive. Jaana and her husband were nice and ready to help all the time. All in all we had a good time in the appartment!

Tämä oli ensimmäinen perhelomamme Israelissa 3 vuotiaan tyttäremme kanssa. Majoituimme Herzliaan 10 päiväksi ja voimme lämpimästi suositella tätä majapaikkaa. Majoitus oli juuri sellainen kuin pitikin. Tilat olivat siistit ja paikka oli rauhallinen. Vuokra-autolle löytyi hyvin parkkipaikka tieltä. Lähikauppa ja ravintolat ovat pienen kävelymatkan päässä ja lapsille oli lähistöllä hyviä leikkipuistoja. Herzlian hienohiekkaiselle siistille rannalle on 15 min automatka. Talon oma uima-allas oli iso ja siisti. Majapaikan pitäjältä Jaanalta saimme apua lomamme suunnittelussa.

Our family just got back from a vacation in Israel. We stayed in Jaana and Yoav's place in Herzlia and it was absolutely perfect. The apartment is beautiful and cozy, we felt like home. It is very well kept and everything is clean and new. The location is very convenient as you can easily get to the main highways wherever it is you want to go in Israel. The over all experience was so good that without a doubt I will recommend it to my friends, and will definitely make it my home away from home.
