The condo itself is terrific! Great layout, spacious, vaulted ceilings, 1st bdrm has not only a full & twin bunk bed but another trundle underneath; could easily fit 4+, master is roomy, quiet, has great views & beautifully remodeled double shower. Love the addition of kiddie toilet seats in both baths. Dryer was so useful keeping suits & towels done, certainly appreciated that! Plenty of supplies included-fully equipped kitchen, baths, and lots of blankets, pillows & even lil kiddie toys. TV’s in both rooms were so helpful during aft rains. Pool was nice but had a lot of chlorine in it. Dock is beautiful. Shame that the walkways across the ponds were messed up a few weeks ago in storm; I’m sure they’ll be fixed soon. The kids loved the pond ducklings and turtles especially! We even had a rainbow glow as we left. Wonderful time! Thank you. (Only issues were 4 flights of stairs and felt like the floors/tile weren’t clean when we got there…Sandy & made for quick dirty feet) Thoroughly enjoyed our time and will easily rent again! Enjoyable!

The condo is perfect. The only downfall that others have said … that’s its 4th floor and no elevator so get ready for a workout! Also the bed is really soft but it didn’t bother us. Perfect location and about a 5 min walk to the beach.

Condo worked really well for our family of 5. Close to the beach and the bay-view was beautiful in the morning and evening. Would stay here again for sure :)

This was a nice condo and was pretty close to area attractions. The property was quiet. This unit is up four flights of stairs which was really only a problem when carrying things up from our vehicle. The kitchen was sufficiently stocked for our needs. One thing that would have been helpful would have been to have more information about area restaurants and attractions in the condo. The Pensacola Beach Visitors Center was just down the road and they had good information. Also, it would have been nice if there were some beach chairs that could be borrowed during the stay. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to others.

Not sure why I had to purchase insurance plus pay a 300.00 deposit?? Bed for us at 68 yrs old was too soft and was unaware of being the top floor and no elevator . No iron and needed washing detergent since not enough wash cloths or towels for four people. Other wise ok

We made a quick last minute trip over and this property was perfect for it. Lots to see and places to walk around. Close to beach access. Owner was super accommodating with check in and out times. The only downside was there is no elevator and with an infant that was challenging, but overall it was a great stay!

Would stay again

I needed to do a little more research on this property prior to booking. It is on the 3 level, 4 flights of stairs to access with no elevator. Normally would not be a problem but I had knee replacement surgery 10 days prior to our visit. It worked out okay, but I should have paid more attention to the details.

Well stocked...coffee filters, plenty of blankets and pillows...there was a cold snap while we were there and it was nice an warm for us when we go there! Master shower is nice too! Will be back!

The condo was wonderful! The top floor views were spectacular! It was a quiet, serene week that my sister and I greatly enjoyed!

Overall a great place to stay. Lots of sleeping options, up to 8 people! The 4th floor was a workout though. Be prepared to get your exercise just by climbing the stairs because there is no elevator.

Ok let’s get the ONLY remotely bad thing out of the way…the stairs since it’s the top floor are very tiring (my poor husband) but it was also because I’m 6 months pregnant. The place is amazing. Everything you could possibly imagine in the kitchen stocked including a waffle maker and coffee pot! We ate each breakfast over looking the bay on the balcony. I believe the bed has been updated in the master it looked like a queen online but it’s a king! My 3 kiddos (6,7 and 9) LOVED their room and took turns changing out who slept on top, bottom and trundle pull out. The internet speed is blazing! They have cable, Netflix, Hulu etc etc which was helpful with kiddos while we packed stuff for beach or got ready for dinner. The pool was clean and refreshing. The beach is like half a block across the street and has WAY more seashells than the ones down near portofino where my mother stays. There was even a men and womens travel kit with extra shampoo etc laid out for us which was helping since I forgot shaving cream. We brought our own iron but they had a ironing board. Sooooo many extra linens for bedding and towels plus a lot of toilet paper etc we brought extras of all this because our last Vrbo Down here didn’t have hardly anything. We enjoyed it so much and would definitely stay again!

Wonderful place. Nice and clean and quite. Close to beach and trolley stop and Ft Pickens. Loved everything except the steps got old quick! Would have also loved to have a blender in the room. Everything was well stocked and clean! Would stay here again.

This was a great unit, everything you need great location, I read the reviews before I booked and saw some had issues with the stairs. We did not have any problem at all, but we are a younger family. Overall this was a great place to stay for us.

Nice weekend getaway. Reasonably priced. Comfortable accommodations. No elevator for this unit, so be prepared for the stairs. 😁 Pool was perfect. Short walk to nearby restaurant. Overall a nice relaxing weekend. Would rent here again.
