Am amazing property that is well-equipped and surpassed our expectations. It is high above the hustle and bustle of the bars and restaurants and gives amazing views of the sea and all is the Benidorm coast line. The hill is a challenge but easily overcome with a short taxi trip. Would definitely go back again.

The location on the edge of Benidorm was perfect for us. Quieter with fantastic views. We hired a car so the hilly location wasn’t a problem but it could be for the less energetic. The apartment has its own parking space right opposite the lift, excellent if you have heavy suitcases.
The apartment is on floor 16 but there is a fast lift service down to floor 9 and a short walk to the other side of the building and a second lift down to floor 1 takes out a lot of the hill. A bonus on this walking route to Benidorm is a super little cafe/bar Meritas which I recommend.
The apartment itself was clean and well equipped with everything you would need. The roof space is a real bonus for sun worshippers with a large area not overlooked from anywhere and the large retractable canopy means you can sit in either the sun or shade all times of the day.
The 2 ladies that met us were very friendly and showed us around the apartment and later responded very quickly to a couple of WhatsApp questions we had. I recommend this method of communication using Google Translate unless your Spanish is a lot better than mine!
If I’m being really picky everything wasn’t perfect with just some details needing attention e.g. light not working in the bedroom, microwave button sticking, broken sunbed slats. However, these are minor details and don’t stop me recommending this property.
Sitting on the balcony enjoying a leisurely breakfast looking out over a fantastic view is not to be missed.

Easy communication from start to finish. Met us at the apartment at the time specified. Easy check in. Complimentary wine beer and water, much appreciated. The apartment had evertyhing if not more than we needed. Views were amazing. Steep hill if u go the road way but if you go from beach heading to meritas bar its a much easier walk and can catch lift from floor 1 to 9 then 9 to top. Would definitely recommend this apartment and will def book in the future. 😃

Would hugely recommend this gorgeous apartment. Everything we expected and more. The views are exceptional and the apartment was comfortable and well equipped.
The walk up from Benidorm might be a challenge to the less mobile, however it kept us fit and we also made a daily venture up to The Cross.
Would not hesitate to recommend and would certainly reconsider returning.

Fantastic apartment with breathtaking views from the huge roof terrace which was just brilliant. Hot tub made it just perfect. The apartment itself was so well equipped with everything you could possibly need and check in was very easy thanks to the two lovely ladies who met us at the property. The walk downhill was a breeze, a bit harder on the way up but not as bad as expected. However, a taxi only cost 5 euros so not a problem. Will definitely return to this property and would most definitely recommend a stay here. So quiet and peaceful but only a 10 minute walk away from the busy hub that is Benidorm. A big thank you to the host, booking was so easy from start to finish and communication was excellent. Can't wait to come back here.

Gorgeous apartment for a couple or a couple with 1 child. Not suitable for 2 children as only 2 double beds. Views just as gorgeous as the photos. Check in lady does not speak English so arrival and departure is interesting.

We were very pleased with the property and its contents especially the wine and beer greeting plus the Jacuzzi (a couple of high tables would be good for placing drinks) on the negative side wardrobe hanging space was limited, and my wife caught her shin on the corner of the bed a few times. Although it is in a very quiet area, for the most part, noise from the street can be easily disturbing in the early hours in the bedroom especially bin collection, this of course is beyond the owners control. Also it is a long steep climb up the hill from Benidorm (which I was aware of from google maps) however a taxi was on average 6-7 euros but this can get quite expensive if you're up and down a lot. I would suggest written instructions in various languages for the Boiler adjustment, cooker, washing machine and microwave operation and perhaps more choice (English) on the TV for those cosy nights in. Overall if you are quite athletic (walkers) or have transport I can highly recommend this villa, dealing with the owners was a pleasure and communications were prompt and helpful.

Second stay at this property,just as good as the first time.All you need in this property,clean, well stocked,lovely apartment.The views are amazing and outside space is fantastic,hot tub is perfect.Very quiet and peaceful but only 15 mins from busy Benidorm.Will definitely use again.

Views from balcony and roof terrace stunning and the apartment was very spacious for the two of us
The residential complex was secure and gated so felt very safe and was very peaceful
Apartment is at top of very steep hill but did not find it an issue as can get a taxi back for 5 euros
All in all would rebook this property in the future

Incredible property that makes your holiday special.
Its views are out of this world, sea one side, landscspe the other and another view down to the beach.
The host was brilliant and the ladies who met us were super kind and helpful.
The terrace is fabulous, hot tub beautiful and there is so much space.
Air conditioning was so good too!
Complex has a small pool that's so refreshing and never busy.

Alt som er skrevet av utleier og andre gjester om denne leiligheten er vi helt enige i. En deilig leilighet med flott utsikt, stille og rolig helt på toppen (men likevel bare to etasjer opp fra gateplan). Kjekt å kunne ta heisene helt ned til 1 etasje når man skulle på de to små, lokale strendene. For å komme dit, må du streve litt, for det er bratt. Tøft og bratt bakke ned til bysentrum for å handle mat, men under 6 Euro for taxi opp bakken. Støyen fra byen hørte vi ingenting til. God kontakt med utleier, og leiligheten er et lite "paradis" for et par.

Do not look anywhere else if you want a quiet, chilled,private place to stay in Benidorm. The apartment has everything you need and more, the views are amazing and the rooftop terrace and hot tub very private. The apartment is a short 10 min walk to all the amenities and lively bars and restaurants. The walk back is up a very steep hill which is perfectly do-able if you are farely fit, if not ,its around 5euros in a taxi. There is a fabulous bar a few mins away called Merita's fabulous food and sangria !
After being here for only a day we had already re-booked for next year and cannot wait to return.

Set just on the outskirts of the main Benidorm main beach front (AV Madrid) its about a 10-15 min stroll down to it.
The apartment itself is very modern contemporary , comfortable ultra clean indoor space, but nothing compared to the large upper veranda with breath taking vista of the Mediterranean sea and of course the hot tub.....
The host always answered any question swiftly, and arranging access to the building was easy & stress free from Azcucena.
will defiantly book again, I know several friends who will be booking.
(as previous reviews say, walk down to the town nice & pleasant, but do expect a little work out on the walk back up)
again this place ticks all the boxes if you want a clean modern apartment accessible to explore rest of costa blanca....

We booked this apartment for the private jacuzzi facility but the block has an amazing semi private pool as well on the 11th floor with fantastic views. The jacuzzi itself is on a sunny roof terrace and it was an amazing experience sitting in it and watching sunset or just staring at Benidorm island in the distance. The kitchen is very well set up and spacious. Nespresso machine and capsules was a welcomed extra on arrival. Plenty of towels and blanket was also available. It’s on the main walking path to the Benidorm cross and easy access to naturist beach and a smaller beach and only 10 min walk from Levante beach. Overall 10/10 and would definitely return. This apartment was well worth a little extra money compared to some cheaper options in Benidorm. Thank you for a fabulous stay.
