Beautiful Remodeled Condo is centrally located in Kihei Resort with beautiful garden views. The Resort is close to Sugar Beach and across the street from Humpback Whale National Marine Sanctuary and Kalepolepo Beach Park. This well appointed 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo offers over 1,000 square feet of living space for your enjoyment. The renovated kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals at home! The beautiful lofted wood ceilings create a spacious island feel for your stay. Open up the windows and let the island air flow through as you listen to the swaying palms and the Hawaiian birds. The main living area boasts a beautiful vaulted wood ceiling and AC for your comfort on hot summer days. Relax on the New sofa and watch a movie on the HD television complete with cable and DVD Player. The lofted master bedroom features a comfortable king bed, attached en suite bathroom and ceiling fan. For additional comfort, during the hot summer months, AC is available. Privacy shutters will create a private space from the activity on the main floor. The guest bedroom is located on the main floor featuring a queen bed, AC and easy access to a full second bathroom. Kihei Resort is the perfect location for your North Kihei vacation, it boasts beautiful Island landscape and koi ponds. For your enjoyment there is a pool and hot tub steps from your door! There is a separate area in the back of the complex with BBQ Grills. Steps away from beautiful beaches to enjoy some Maui sunshine and sunset strolls! This property truly is a Gem! First off, Kihei resort is a special place to be in Maui, it’s very private and small. This is the only resort we like to stay at. And Second, Barbie’s a wonderful host. Was just a call or text away and extremely accommodating. 3rd, The Lanai has the most beautiful landscape that really makes everything more private and beautiful. This was hands down our favorite property on Maui, We can’t wait for our next trip!

This was perfect for our family! It was walking distance to the beach, had a pool
And hot tub that we only used one time but was awesome to have as an alternative to the ocean. It was also a great spot In Kihei… easy to supermarkets, good restaurants, shaved ice spots, and airport. Barbie was so easy to be in contact with regarding any and all communication about the condo!

Barbie was great from the moment we made our reservations!
The place was great for our stay with friends and my hubby! We would take a walk in the mornings across the street to the the sunrise, in the evening for the sunset. We got beautiful pictures! We were close to all we had planned to do! We would come back here again!

It’s very nice!! It’s not new and the first impact as soon as you get in it’s not the best but in one day as you start living it you really appreciate.
Big kitchen, nice lanai where you can have breakfast and dinner, two big rooms and all the facilities you need. Moreover Barbie is always available to answer any question you might have. The beach in front of the resort is not so good but by car you can get to beautiful beach in 10/15 minutes (I recommend Big Beach). location is also very good since it’s in a good position to visit all Maui. Overall a very good stay!!

Barbie’s property is well equipped with everything you need to vacation in Maui. The location is convenient to go to Kihei, Lahaina or north. Its kind of in the middle. Washer/dryer are in the condo. Our flight arrives earlier than the check in time and Barbie was very nice to let us check in a little early. Overall highly recommended!

Had a wonderful time in Kihei for a friend/family vacation! The property was very nice and the property manager Barbie was exceptional! She was very prompt with retuning calls or texts. Will definitely stay here again!

Overall as expected - condo is a bit dated but that was clear from the photos and descriptions. A/Cs take a while to get cranking/cool down the place but would stay again. Host was very responsive and provided everything else you could need for a good stay. Remember to pack your own toiletries as shampoo, conditioner, body wash are not provided.

Overall met our basic needs for accommodation. Good location. Across the street from small beach, perfect to watch sunset. Appreciated availability of beach gear and cooler.

This condo was great for our family's 10 day stay. It is roomy enough for four (2 adults / 2 teens). The he condo is centrally located between Wailea and Kaanapali and is across the street from the beach. The beach directly across the unit is a little rocky, but it was a nice place to sit and watch the sunset.
Barbie is a great manager who responds quickly. Everything you need is provided (kitchen cookware/utensils, beach gear). It worked out great! I loved having my coffee on the lanai.

We had 4 adults and 1 toddler on our trip to Kihei. Check in and check out was smooth and easy. Barbie is wonderful to work with, very accommodating and responds quickly to any needs or concerns. The umbrella was broken and she brought us a new one the next day. With our toddler we had a few extra needs that she was able to help us with as well. There are beach chairs, beach toys, towels and a boogie board for use. The home fit our needs well, and provided a wonderful place to stay, rest and eat some meals. The kitchen has everything you would need. The barbecues worked great for a few meals. My husband even did some remote work by the pool. The grounds are beautiful. We loved having a washer and dryer in the unit. There isn’t a better place for the price and this was right in our budget.
Yes, the home is a little dated, but everything is functional. The floors are pretty dusty, which was more an issue due to our toddler crawling around on them, but it wasn’t a big deal. I’m sure it’s not easy to keep floors clean when you’re so close to the beach. The upstairs bedroom has lots of closet space, but not much drawer room. The sofa bed is not very comfortable. As such, our au pair decided to just sleep on it as a couch and was more comfortable that way. The location is nice enough, but it’s not walking distance to any of the beaches that Kihei is known for.
All in all we had a wonderful time on Maui and are grateful to have found a place for such a value. We would stay here again, although I think we would still look to see if there was somewhere else available in our budget closer to Keawakapu beach.

My family and I had the best time in Maui. The condo was awesome and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Barbie our host was wonderful and any questions we had or anything we needed she was so prompt! The trip was amazing but the condo and all its amenities made our trip so easy to enjoy. Thankyou 🙂

Great location and condo
Wonderful stay for a family with 3 teenagers. Great central location to tour the island. Resort property was beautiful and the unit had lots of space and all of the kitchen and beach equipment we needed. Super helpful to have a washer and dryer in the unit. Everything worked great.

The condo offered a great location with easy access to all the attractions on the island. The beach access was wonderful and the pool and hot tub were an added bonus. The accommodations were clean and quiet with beautiful landscaping.

The condo itself was nice and comfortable for us 4 adults and infant. It was well stocked with everything you need for the beach which was so nice!
One complaint is that the beach across the street is not that nice. It's just a little lagoon and beach access areas next to it are very rocky. We preferred to drive further down to better beaches.

Nice property close to the beach
The place was great, well equipped for the whole family. There were beach tools for the kids, snorkeling gear and beach chairs for the adults. The condo is a little dated and could use some remodeling but everything worked inside the house. The host was great and the communication was on point. Super easy to find the place, check in and out. I liked the fact that it is close to the beaches but will need a car to go to some of the nicer beaches and in to town for restaurants and shops.

The condo was well stocked with full kitchen, clean towels and linens. Very comfortable. The beach was right across the street and a quick drive to everywhere. Barbie was very responsive. Excellent 2 bedroom and location. Pullout couch is a usual poor mattress so plan on getting a mattress supplement or is adequate for kids. Well stocked for extras. Grounds are beautiful, peaceful and quiet.
