lovely, spacious apartment with a killer view from the veranda.

very little provided like washing liquid, soap, enough toilet rolls etc. schedule for recycling but no bags provided. missed days due to public holiday and no where to put rubbish out. property didn’t get back to us when question was messaged. poor communication. 15€ very steep each for linen. All made property quite expensive in the end.

This is a very nice apartment with a fantastic seaview from the terrace. There are 2 bathrooms that are made in high quality. In addition to the terrace there are 3 balconies. The layout of the apartment is very good and there is a huge flatscreen TV in the living room. It is just a 10 minutes walk to the town and the harbour. However, the way back is a steep uphill walk, including stairs! You must be fit!

The kitchen is missing a dishwasher and a microwave oven. Both would add to the comfort. There is a fully automatic aircondition system operating via the floor. While in general this is working well, the system was slow responsive during the unusally hot and humid days we had. At nights it was all fine. From booking.com I had the impression I am renting a house, but it was an apartment. There is another apartment in the same house, with a different entry though.

Very quiet, pleasant location, with a beautiful, magical view of Orosei Bay. Wonderfully equipped, newly furnished apartment. We were very, very satisfied.

We missed a dishwasher.

Location was good and the house is very spacious and very clean. We would definitely recommend Casa Con Vista Mare.
