Situated in Cabo San Lucas, this charming villa for $445 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Enjoy a luxurious "home away from home" vacation while staying in your own private villa. Villa La Estancia is a five star condominium resort located on the very swimmable Medano beach in Cabo San Lucas. This 2,200+ square foot villa features a spacious master suite with king size bed, pillow top mattress, large en suite (with dual vanities, blow dryer, walk in shower and jetted tub), private sitting area with direct access to the balcony and TV/DVD. The second bedroom has two queen size beds, small refrigerator, full bathroom, blow dryer, a private sitting area with direct access to the balcony and TV/DVD. The third bathroom is located off the living area. Dine with a full kitchen complete with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances (microwave, refrigerator, stove, oven and dishwasher), a breakfast bar and a large pantry. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, glassware, utensils, cookware and small appliances (blender, toaster, coffee maker and can opener). The water in the villa is safe to drink and prepare meals with because Villa La Estancia has its own desalination facility. Just off the kitchen there is a closet containing a stand up washer/dryer, utility sink, iron and ironing board. The open living area has a dining table, entertainment system, free WIFi (password is on the router), a fold out sofa bed in the living room which sleeps two if needed, plus direct access to the balcony. The bedrooms and living area have ceiling fans and their own dedicated air conditioning thermostats to ensure each room is comfortable. The balcony is furnished with two loungers, a table and chairs to enjoy the view or dine on the food you prepared using the propane barbeque. The balcony also has a wet bar if you chose to keep drinks cold while outside. The flooring throughout the villa is Travertine tile. This unit is also very close to the elevator so it has easy to access to the pool area which is convenient. Villa La Estancia is a full ownership condominium community with all the services of a luxury resort. Guests enjoy five star amenities including; 24 hour front desk services, concierge, tour booking desk, maid service, room service, fitness center, tennis courts, restaurants, pools with swim up bars, ocean view hot tubs and a beachfront swimming area. The pool area has sloping entry and shallow pool sections which is perfect for families. The resort has beautiful views of the famous Arch at Lands End. Dine poolside at the delicious Parrilla Grill or enjoy a fine dining experience at La Casona restaurant. Free WiFi is available at the pools and in the lobby. Located on the primary swimming and activity beach in Cabo San Lucas, Medano Beach, Villa La Estancia keeps you close to the action. A short ride by water taxi will get you to Lovers Beach and the Arch, a short walk will get you to the ever popular beachside restaurants The Office and Mango Deck, or a short taxi ride will get you downtown. I love Cabo and I love La Estancia. This is our 7th stay at this location. It was to celebrate my son’s 40th bday. When we walked into Ken’s unit it was fresh and clean. The view of the grounds and the ocean are spectacular. I spent hours sitting on the patio enjoying family and watching boats go by. Very relaxing and we’re already planning our next trip. Thank you Ken for being flexible with our check out as my grandson was napping before we headed to the airport. What a great place!

We had a fantastic time during our stay and the condo was beyond our expectations. Our communication with Ken was fantastic and he was very accommodating to us. I highly recommend La Estancia and specifically this unit. It is centrally located in the resort and the fourth floor views allowed for great visual of the pools and ocean.

Awesome
The kids all wanted to swim in the ocean. Enjoyed very much. The only complaint I would say is not enough chairs by the pool. Always taken with towels. Would definitely come back. Even looked at units for sale.

Villa La Estancia 3406 is a beautiful condo!! We had a fantastic stay at this luxury resort. Check in was easy and the condo was immaculate upon arrival. The staff at the resort are so polite and helpful. It was nice to have housekeeping every second day (so many resorts during covid don't offer that at all). The patio is huge and the views are so much better than shown. The two chaises have direct sun in the morning so you can suntan on your private patio. Two full bedrooms and three bathrooms was a great set up. Everyone had lots of room. The linens and towels are very high quality. All the furniture is newer and in perfect condition. The washer and dryer were very helpful too. There is no detergent provided but it is available from the store just across the street. The poolside restaurant was our favorite. There is also a great pizza restaurant at the resort next door. We had an oceanfront table at sunset. There are water taxis at the beach to take you to Lovers Beach (a must!) or the marina. The beach chaises and umbrellas are complimentary which was great (we stayed previously at a hotel that charged for beach chaises and umbrellas). The owner, Ken, was very helpful and responded to questions very quickly prior to our stay. Overall a fantastic stay and we highly recommend it. Five Plus Stars!!

Gorgeous property with stunning views! The staff on the property was very attentive. The location of this villa is perfect. Morning sun greets you while enjoying breakfast on the patio. The pool and beach are only steps away! I would highly recommend this location.

QUALITY IN PARADISE
This was our first family vacation in years and we wanted it to be special. This property exceeded our expectations! Ken was very responsive to all of our pre-trip questions and his information was spot on. As beautiful as the pictures in the listing are, they don't do justice to the real thing...the resort and villa are AMAZING! All of the furnishings and equipment in the unit were quality and in excellent condition! The resort itself is exclusive and we were so happy that we chose Villa La Estancia. The whole resort is very clean and maintained to the highest standard! We can't wait to go back and we will definitely be booking the same villa. Thank you Ken!

Very nice
Villa located on 4th floor with lovely ocean view. Huge 2 bedroom unit with amazing outdoor patio. Beautifully decorated and well kept. Shopped before we arrived only to find the kitchen completely bare of any necessities when we arrived. Salt, pepper, olive oil, sugar, zip lock bags, foil, cling wrap, kitchen roll, napkins and a sponge would of been a nice touch and saved us another trip to the store! Our friends in 4 other units had these kitchen staples provided.

Great Place
What a fantastic place!! I have been to many resorts in Mexico this is by far the nicest, cleanest, safest by a long shot. Ken, the owner was great to work with and a wealth of information. The nearby marina was a great place to visit (including Cabo Wabo Cantina) but there were plenty of good restaurants on campus if you wanted to stay close.

Perfect set up and absolutely gorgeous!
Ken was so easy to communicate with and such a wonderful host. He had contacts that could help us with bookings or navigating through activities; the resort was great for kids or adults and easy to get a cab to anywhere you had reservations for dinner. The deck/patio is gorgeous and big enough for everyone to enjoy the phenomenal views. We had three grown children and when we arrived we could not have been more pleased with the room set up where they could have their own space, and we could have ours. I would highly recommend this booking and Ken to anyone who wants to enjoy a stress free Cabo vacation!!!

Another Great Stay at La Estancia
My sister-in-laws and brother-in-laws stayed at this property and loved the unit. The grounds of Estancia are amazing. Dan was very easy to work with and their stay was relaxing. Good choice of units within Villa La Estancia
This was our second stay at Villa La Estancia. This apartment is very nicely decorated and maintained. It's location is nice in that it is quiet by being away from pool area and is close to the elevator/stairs (but no noise from elevator) for access to the pool. It has a frontal view of the ocean, but not of land's end (I don't think any of the building 3 units do other than the end units). We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Villa & Resort
We had a great family reunion and Ken's villa was perfect for the 6 adults in our party. The unit is very nicely furnished and the outdoor balcony is huge with fantastic views. His villa is very close to an elevator which is a big plus so easy access to the pool and beach areas. Ken was very helpful answering all of our questions ahead of time. The overall resort itself is also beautiful located right on the beach and has several very good restaurants and is close to downtown Cabo. We would definitely would stay here again.

Perfect Villa in a Perfect Location!
My family of 6 had a fantastic stay in Ken's Villa. He was always honest and provided us with very helpful information while answering all questions. The villa is very nice and comfortably accommodated all six of us. Very convenient access to an elevator and the pool which is a huge advantage at Villa La Estancia. Huge balcony with great views, we are already missing Cabo. Villa La Estancia is in a great location and is the best option in Cabo. We cannot wait to go back and rent from Ken!

Far Beyond our expectations
From the moment we arrived to our villa greeted by the fancy authentic rod iron gated door to the furnished foyer and as we entered the main section of the villa (kitchen/living room master suite) we were blown away with such beautifully decorated Mexican inspired accommodations. The villa is over the top luxury and the description and photos are exactly like it is and we truly felt like royalty.
The villa is very large and there were areas that we did not need to occupy as there were only the two of us but for future would consider staying with another couple as the layout is very private offering a separate suite entrance.
The king size bed extremely comfortable and our very own matching robes, in our master spa bathroom. The floor to ceiling sliding doors disappear into the walls bringing in the large terrace with ocean view setting of the pristine pool, hot tub, restaurants, manicured gardens in a supremely beautiful setting.
The terrace was huge and we had great places for lounging on the comfy deck chairs and off the kitchen/living room section of the villa is another entrance to the terrace to enjoy our meals at the outdoor dining table with sink/fridge/bbq as well as the guest bedroom which is to the right of the foyer with it's own private entrance and two queen size beds in its self contained suite.
The location was ideal and very convenient with a 15 min walk to town or 5 minute cab ride or bike taxi and we felt very safe even taking the side streets looking for authentic local Mexican restaurants.
We had a fantastic stay, the entire staff of the property were very friendly, courteous and helpful making our stay so memorable and luxurious.
Ken was wonderful and very kind to deal with and always available to answer all my questions. I would highly recommend Ken’s villa as your choice to make your dream vacation come true!

Gorgeous villa and a great complex!
We rented Ken's 2 bedroom villa in April/May 2014. I was a little skeptical at first as there were no reviews for the unit, but we decided to take a chance and were SO glad we did. Ken was easy to reach via cell and email with questions prior to the trip. The pictures do not even do the villa justice. We felt like we were on an episode of 'House Hunters International'. The villa is truely a home and the furnishings were beautiful. The kitchen was fully stocked, but you do need to bring or buy coffee filters, paper towels, dish soap (if you need to wash any dishes...we have a baby and needed to wash items in between the maid service). We loved the huge balcony that over-looked the pools and had a view of the ocean. We had a rental car and you simply valet park the car for free and tip when you get your car back out. (We would phone down on our way out and our car would be waiting for us by time we got down there.) We ate at La Parilla (on-site) twice and the food was delicious. La Estancia is part of a complex with 2 other properties where you can use their restaurants and pools (only at Palmar not Arco for the pool). THere is an ice cream place on site and a market where you can get evrerything from rafts (which we LOVED using in the zero-entry pool), to alcohol to snacks, etc.
We would highly recommend La Estancia and this unit in particular. We had a wonderful week and the villa will set the bar high for future trips.

Perfect in every way!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Beautiful suite, the balcony is immense and the view is spectacular. Very friendly staff. Great restaurants on the premises and also nearby. Incredible beach and clear ocean water. Pools were also really great. Chairs were always available at the pools and on the beach. We would definitely rent again.
