Upon entering OceanView Beach House,' you're greeted by upscale coastal cottage décor, open floor plan, and the view of the crystal-clear water of your private pool may also catch your eye! As well, with plenty of large windows, you'll find this home has fantastic natural lighting, which when taken together with the open floor plan gives this home a rather sunny and spacious feel. As you explore, you'll notice that the first floor comes with a lovely sitting area with plus, leather couches which just beg for you to sink into their comfortable arms as you drift off into a sunny nap. As well, the large television in front makes for the perfect place to have a lazy movie night, or perhaps kill an afternoon on your phone while making the most of the complimentary Wi-Fi. You'll also find a pullout queen sleeper sofa should you have a particularly large party and need the extra sleeping space. The main level of this exceptional two-story home also includes a designated dining room with seating for 6 and makes for the perfect place to gather and enjoy the feast that your chef has created for you, or perhaps a great place to play some games and connect as a family and unit. This makes this room perfect for any little ones that have come along for the fun, and also gives them a private space to retire to that can be all their own. In the other room to the left, you will find a memory foam queen bed—these two rooms share a full-size bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Upstairs you will also find a full-size washer and dryer room which is always a perk and makes those particularly long stays far more enjoyable. The back yard features its PRIVATE oasis, a saltwater kidney shape pool with a depth of 5 ft. The reservation will be canceled and refunded to the original form of payment. This property is professionally managed by Vacations Perfected. Vacations Perfected requires the registered guest booking and occupying the condo to be 25 years of age or older. In most cases, this is the policy of the condo complex or HOA that the property is located in. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you book this property and are not at least 25 years of age or older, or book this property with the intentions of allowing under 25 years of age friends of family to occupy the property without your presence for the duration of the reservation, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you inform us within 15 days prior to arrival that you, as the 25 or older person booking the property, will not be able to come and it will only be under 25 years of age people occupying the property, your reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you book this property, as the 25 years of age or older person, and do not come with the rest of the group who are under 25 years of age occupying the property, your reservation will be canceled, the occupants of the property will be evicted, and you will receive no refund. These acts are booking a reservation under false pretenses, and will not be tolerated. These actions will be reported to the booking platform you used, and further penalties or consequences may arise from the booking platform you booked this property with.
