We received a different room than the one we booked but we paid less at the check-out. Good restaurant and helpful restaurant staff.

The view is very nice

The staff is not very responsive, the shower is not well built, no light between bongalos ans parking/restaurant, and more.

The staff was exceptional, everybody was extremely kind and there to help, we had a request regarding a birthday cake and the manager/owner drove in town just to get us a cake. The location is also wonderful is surrounded by 4 lakes and is away from the city around 10 minutes using the car but is somewhere in a little bit of wild so it’s a perfect, cozy, private place.

We stayed in the small chalets and there were a few small things that can be fixed but nothing to serious, for example in one of the chalet the curtains aren’t very well place and they might fall with the curtains holder from the wall. There are some minor fixes but nothing to worry about, everything is good, especially for the money you spend.
