Great location, wonderful staff, comfortable room.

The best accommodation position in Marrakech; an alternative to the much more expensive riads

Location is literally in the Jemaa El Fnaa area. Friendly staff available at any time. Room cleaning on request. If you are used to European or resort hotels, you will have to wait a long time for cleaning to be done, but on request cleaning will be done daily. When you meet the cleaning staff, they ask you if you need cleaning. Good local breakfast.

Upon arrival, they tried to give me a different room than the reserved one, which did not have a view of the market, but the situation was resolved quickly. They forgot to send the car to the airport for transfer. Poor wifi quality. Much better to buy the data card at the airport

Large modern apartment in Marrakech

Comfortable modern apartment with fascinating views of Jemma n Fna square at night. Very central, walk out door into the hubbub and plenty of restaurants around. Medina only 5 mins walk. Great window glazing so can't hear a sound but can open windows if wanted. Very comfy bed (orthopaedic and super king-size in room 2 - "superior" one). Nice to have balcony (though no suntanning opportunities as fully enclosed). Plenty space. Smart TVs in lounge and bedroom. Great air conditioning. Good housekeeping. Kitchen facilities good. Discount for spa at sister hotel (Jemaa suites) which was good for hamman, massage etc. The reception staff nice and friendly.

We arrived about 6pm so taxi had to drop us off about 10 mins walk away due to market being on. (Make sure you know which way to head! But I'm sure it was alot easier to find than the Rhiads!!). No sign at entrance on arrival (apart from the one up high seen in photos) so weren't 100% sure where to go. Asked at neighbouring restaurant Salmovar and waiter kindly showed us. Doorway squeezed in-between 2 shops. Shame there is no rooftop area like other places have but can use rooftop at sister hotel Jemaa suites. For the price would expect more luxury toiletries. Sometimes we came in from day out and noone on reception yet our room key on show. There are CCTV cameras so hopefully someone was keeping an eye on the place. Would suggest adding comfortable seating to balcony area with high cushioned bar stools. Overall we were happy to have chosen it as good first time in Marrakech. But might consider a Rhiad next time now we are orientated better.

Superb location!

If you’re looking somewhere near the marketplace this is the best location you need to be. Our room was huge, clean and decent. We got the view of the square with the balcony on our room but surprisingly the noise outside couldn’t be heard in the room which I thought would be a problem so we we’re quiet at peace at night. The check in and out is very fast and efficient. I would probably stay here again primarily due to its strategic location and room size. What a steal!

Wifi can be a bit better. There are certain hours that we couldn’t connect to their wifi.

We liked everything

Apartments in the heart of Marrakech. Clean, everything works, good bed and mattress, we didn't have any problems.

I think we need to strengthen the Wi-Fi password to reduce the number of unauthorized users during the day. Internet speed is excellent at night and in the morning

Amazing apartment in the heart of the Medina, close to loads of restaurants and perfect for shopping. Everything you need is close by. Taxis are easy to find if you want to go out of the medina, there’s a shopping centre around a 10 mins drive and also some boujee restaurants/ shisha bars. Apartment was clean and spacious and staff were lovely. Recommend staying here, if you want to be in the hustle and bustle of Marrakech.

Jeżeli masz pokój z oszklonym balkonem, czyli podwójne zabezpieczenie przed hałasem, wszystko jest OK. Ale jak jest tylko okno, to zero szans na ciszę do 1-2 w nocy.

Could be much better, but decent enough to stay again, and we will

I love the space we had and the customer service. I guess Moroccan standards are very different from American. Although, we had a lot of space in our 2 bedroom suite. Certain things were very worn down. Smh, the air conditioning was okay, not amazing. However, the young man at the desk changed the filter in one of the air conditioners (Master bedroom) and that seemed to help a lot .It took almost a day for the whole house to cool down. We had to ask for the appropriate amount of supplies like towels and toiletries, despite our reselevation being for five people. Simplistic hotel in many ways, but better than most in the area averaging the same price. Fridge and freezer barely worked. It took forever to get a drink cold and/or maintain the coldness of anything. The abundance of space is the biggest plus.

Too many things were worn down. I'm a germaphobe and certain things gave me nightmares. Cross contamination city. Smh, I know for a fact, despite the world's recent Covid experience, no one is going in to truly sanitize things. Cloth couches and decorative pillows scare me. Smh, what bacteria is sitting there and for how long? We made due with what we had. Also, I like uniformity. This was not present at this location. Mixed match towels.

Location and view to the main square were amazing. Modern fit out, very unique. People watching and vibe were awesome.

Beautiful view of the Square and also the Koutoubia Minaret. Clean room with a comfortable bed and pillows. It was incredible being in the hustle and bustle of the square and when you have enough you can just switch off and go upstairs to the apartment. From there unless you open the balcony windows you can't hear the noise from outside. Also the breakfast downstairs in the cafe was excellent and very filling. The staff are very nice and friendly especially Abdullah.

The toilet was a bit of a squeeze between the shower cubicle and the wall and also there is no hand held bidet sprayer. Apart from that everything was perfect.

Right on main square but quiet and cozy

Right on the main square, a great apartment with double windows and heavy curtains so that you don’t feel the outside hustle.

I liked the location. Situated right in the Medina square with a bustling market & lots of restaurants to choose from. The location was fantastic. The reception were extremely helpful by helping me print my bus tickets free of charge when I needed to.

Cleanliness. The first room we were checked into had mold in the bathroom so I guess it wasn't properly cleaned. They were kind enough to switch us to a different room which was beautiful but again the bathroom wasn't cleaned properly. Room was cleaned once during our stay, bathroom still wasn't cleaned properly in my opinion. AC in the bedroom wasn't cooling properly, so we found ourselves sweating at night time I didn't mention this to the facility management, but at that point we were tired of complaining.

Location was good

Very very very noisy especially there was a restaurant upstairs who made continuous noise. Internet sometimes worked sometimes didn’t especially in the rooms it didn’t work. we were in the 2 bedroom apartment with the view.

Perfect location, great staff and large rooms.

Really big apartment with good facilities. Right on the square, but very quiet room. I've stayed in Marrakech many times, first time here and first 10 out of 10. Will definitely stay here again. Perfect location and space. Staff excellent.

Staff was very friendly and responded immediately to all our demands about the room. The rooms are scented with the same incense you will smell in the markets. Nobody will ever enter the room without your permission or without you asking for it to be cleaned. Having stayed at a moderate ryad the first night and then 3 days traveling the countryside and the desert bnb Medina felt like a most welcome return to the comforts of civilization
