The breakfast was great here. Although not a huge selection of dishes, every dish tasted great and they were also healthy foods. The hotel location was great as it was just a 5 minute walk away from Shin-Osaka station. There were also many restaurants/mini marts around the area.

The pillows were very uncomfortable to sleep on. The pillows were so thin that I had to fold it to get a proper posture to sleep. If you can bring your own pillow, this would be an amazing stay.

Very close to Shin Osaka Station and the shops in the station. Convenience stores close by. Very nice coffee shop vibe in the library in the evenings. Free drinks. Rooms a decent size. It was easy enough for us to get to Kansai Airport from the hotel via two trains.

The breakfasts felt a bit eclectic (lots of foods that didn't go well together) and the toaster didn't work very well. There's not so much to do in the surrounding area without taking the train.

Breakfast is good. Soup and sausage are nice. I eat it every morning. Staffs are very helpful The location is not too far to walk from Shin-Osaka Station. Price is reasonable. I recommend this hotel if you want to stay near the station with not too high price.

新幹線か車で悩んで、車にしたので、駐車場が心配だったが、ホテル前の路面駐車場が空いていて、止められたので良かった。ホテルも新しい感じで、シンプルだけど綺麗で、朝食も無料なのが嬉しい。

朝食が大変美味しかったです。 また、部屋が広くて清潔感もあり、すごくよかったです。 スマホの充電器があったり、アメニティも必要なものは揃っていて助かりました。

Very good value for money. Just minutes from the Central Gate of Shin Osaka Station. (You want exit 6). Hearty breakfast buffet. Library/breakfast room open all day - a useful space with free hot drinks and a microwave. Staff always helpful.

Terrible pillows - but we asked for additional ones, which slightly improved the situation. Breakfast does get very crowded. The location is pretty blah - nothing much in the area - but just use the station to get wherever you want to go. The station itself also has lots of shops and food places as is typical.

I would definitely recommend this place. And if I ever go back to Osaka I will go here again. The staff are very accomodating and helpful. Complimentary breakfast is so good. Near to the Shin Osaka station that has access to all train lines.

Café da manhã: ovo mexido, salsicha, misturinhas japonesas, sopas, arroz japonês, iogurte, cereais, sucos, frutas enlatadas, geleias, waffle, pães, chá e café. Localização excelente, pertinho da estação Shin-Ōsaka! Quarto possui TV, ar condicionado/aquecedor, frigobar, chaleira elétrica e um cabideiro pequeno. Cama com colchão confortável. Há um lounge com chá e café à disposição dos hóspedes. O hotel possui uma área com máquina de lavar e secar (serviço pago à parte). No 2° andar há máquinha de bebidas para comprar (refrigerante, água, chá, café, etc).

O quarto é pequeno. O trem do metrô passa do lado do hotel. Portanto, para quem se incomoda com o barulho do trem nos trilhos esporadicamente, pode ser um aspecto negativo.

It was all excellent except our room was located next to the railways, so we heard all night long the trains passing by, but except that, was an excellent option!!

La lavandería, es muy pequeña, pocas máquinas (sólo 3) y con poca capacidad de carga. La secadora está incluida en el ciclo de lavado, pero si colocas la lavadora con su carga máxima permitida, la ropa no sale seca, le falta potencia.

离新大阪站很近，地下2层出来之后穿过一片停车场走路约5分钟就能到，作为大阪中转很方便。房间插座很多，早餐质量中规中矩，免费的也不要求太多了。

房间真的很小，勉强摊开我28寸的箱子。

Muito próximo da estação Shin-Osaka onde chega o shinkansen. Na chegada, pelo Google Maps acabamos fazendo um caminho enorme, que levou 15 minutos passando sobre um viaduto... mas depois aprendemos como cortar caminho (saindo pela saída central) e levamos 4 minutos para fazer o mesmo caminho. Café da manhã bem simples, mas OK.

O quarto era muito pequeno - mas aparentemente isso é uma regra no Japão. Do quarto ouvíamos os trens o tempo todo. Não era um barulho super alto, e uma vez que a gente dormia não atrapalhava mais - mas era constante. A cortina do quarto não bloqueia totalmente a luz, então desde cedo o quarto clareia.

It is of good location, 10 min walk to the nearest train station. It has free tea/coffee after 2pm and stops at midnight. Morning breakfast is from 6.30-9.30am.

Space is a little bit small, breakfast selection is the same for 90% of the variety everyday.
