Nestled in Oistins, this lovely house for $607 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Built in 2013, our family run vacation home is fully enclosed and is just a 3 minute drive from Oistins and its' beaches. Surrounded by lush foliage, this 3 level 5300 square feet property provides glimpses of the South Coast beachlines from various view points. Suited for families/groups up to 10 persons or great to splurge as a couple. With amenities to make the most amazing holiday, the Backdeck is the epitome of relaxation. Welcome to Providence Estate! The home has 3 levels with upstairs hosting 3 bedrooms, 4 beds sleeping 8 persons plus 2 full baths and a hallway closet. Breathtaking views of the south coast beaches and neighborhood can be seen from the master room patio. Watch the planes prepare for landing from this vantage point - if you stay in on holiday (a unique experience many past guests enjoy). On the ground floor is a powder room, utility room and an open space which creates a flow of the living, dining and kitchen spaces. Also on this floor is the main access to the enclosed double garage, gorgeous back deck and pool area. In addition, the lower (3rd) level counts as the additional fourth room when guests are past 8 persons. This is an additional fee of US$50 per person per night and is automatically accessed when reservations are past 8 guests. If under 8 guests, this room can be access by altering the number of guests in your reservation from 8 to 9 or 10 persons. You will automatically be charged the additional US$50 per night per person. Hot water is powered by the sun. US and USB charging ports are easily accessible. Connect with us socially via insta-gram at PROVIDENCEESTATEBARBADOS Check-in time is 3:00 pm - 10:00 pm with check-out at 11:00 am or before. As a self catering home there is no daily housekeeping. But if you wish once a week clean, this can be arranged for an additional fee. We provide fresh towels, bed linens, beach towels, starter hand and dish soap, basic cleaning products, coffee filters and clean up equipment. You are expected to replenish when this is up. Should a guest in the booking test positive for COVID, immediate notice must be provided and the villa would have to be professionally sanitized (at the guest). Please note under the Tourism Levy Act 2019-57, a 10% Shared Economy Levy is applied to all vacation rental properties andis included in the nightly rate. Should damages, breakage or soils be discovered or reported you will be charged accordingly. No events (parties/limes/gatherings), pets nor uninvited guests are allowed.

I love modern architecture! An island location with a home that has modern conveniences was perfect! The lower unit AC did not work but we used it anyway so that everyone could have their own room. The pool was nice when we didn’t drive to the beach. We went to Dover Beach area which was only 12 min drive. The stove, washer dryer and televisions were great and WiFi worked fine. The garage was a PLUS! We will refer this property management and this property for sure.

We really enjoyed our stay at Providence Estate! This was our 4th time coming to Barbados and this was by far the best property we've stayed at yet. The location of the property is very centrally located with multiple grocery stores within a short 5-7 min drive. We are surfers and the house is also very conveniently located for choosing the best breaks of the day (8 min to Freights, 20 min to Drill Hall/Brandends). The house is very modern and fresh, extremely clean and has all the amenities you need at a home away from home, including AC in the main part of the house (which is rare - most houses only have AC in the bedrooms for sleeping). The beds are extremely comfortable as well (something else that isn't always common for rental properties!). Danielle (property manager) was wonderful as well. She began reaching out a couple weeks before our stay and answered every little question we had with pleasure. She met us at the home upon arrival to give us a tour and ensured we had everything we needed for our stay. She is very attentive and polite and went above and beyond with whatever we needed. We will definitely be staying at Providence Estates again and would recommend it to anyone considering a vacation in Barbados!

We stayed at the Providence Villa for 10 nights as a family of 3 generations. 4 adults & 3 children. The villa was spacious, modern and well equipped. Master bedroom was huge and the ground floor veranda overlooking the pool was amazing. Gas bbq great for outdoor catering. The gardens were large and well kept. The kids spent a huge amount of time in the pool, which suited our needs perfectly. A car is needed as amenities are a small drive away. The beaches along Barbados south coast are picturesque. Danielle looked after us amazingly well and was always available if had any small questions. The villa felt like our tropical oasis and comes very much recommended.

Providence Estate is an absolutely great place to spend your vacation. We staid there for 10 days (in Feb-March 2020) and were really happy with everything. If you are still contemplating and not sure about your choice, we truly recommend the place. The hosts (Danielle, Gabrielle and John) were really great – nice, friendly and helpful, you could always rely on them and expect an answer to whatever silly question you might have in a moment. The house was modern, spacious, tidy and top notch in any aspect. It was even better we expected by the photos and description. Kitchen was fully equipped, rooms spacious, bathrooms modern, high-tech everywhere. Pool was splendid, tidy and kids could bath whole day. Barbados in general is a great location with its elysian sandy beaches, great weather and nice nature. Even the fact that it can be a bit pricy, it’s definitely worth visiting and exploring. Finally, we’ve travelled quite a lot but you won’t find many places around the world were you meet so friendly and genuinely helpful people. Barbadians are really hospitable and their attitude towards outlanders is something everyone should learn from. Visit Barbados, you won’t be disappointed.

We wanted to stay near family in the south of the island with flexibility to get around and this house was perfect. It was in a residential neighbourhood, close to all the beaches and action in Oistins, but also close to the highway. Our three generations all fitted in easily and enjoyed all the amenities of the house as well as the professionalism and friendliness of Danielle and Gabrielle. The pool was a blessing, and evenings spent out on the verandah great. It is on the flightpath of LIAT planes from the airport but we were out and about and scarcely noticed them.

The property was exactly as depicted in the pictures - a stunning modern house, beautifully furnished with high end finishes. The kitchen was very well equipped, towels were fluffy. The outdoor entertaining area was perfect, with pretty lights at night; the grounds were well manicured and the pond was a nice touch. The check-in was well handled by Gabrielle and both she and Danielle were very friendly and on hand throughout our stay to cater to anything we needed. There was a very thoughtful welcome gift basket on arrival which made us feel very special. I would not hesitate in recommending this property .....truly a relaxing getaway.

Excellent communication through out the entire process. The home is how it is described and even more beautiful in person. In a quiet neighbourhood. The home and grounds are lush and inviting. Would definitely stay again and have some friends already looking to book for their trip to Barbados.
