salí a pasear al pueblo y volvi 11pm y estaba todo cerrado, tuve que llamar por telf y la recepcionista estaba durmiendo y bajó a abrirme, fue incomodo.

The staff was really nice. We had a situation with lots of noise (from other guests) during the night and the receptionist was super professional and took action every single time. Really good personal and super polite.

The location was not one of the best, the hotel is close to the street and not phonic isolated, it was really noisy. Our room was on top of the restaurant and all the food smell from the kitchen was coming in our bathroom. The bathroom had no ventilation, so the smell would come in the room. Not one of the best choices.

Spacious and bright room. Just 5 minutes walk to the city centre (main port). The staff has been helpful and very kind, the let us leave our luggages after the check-out before taking the bus on the afternoon for Ica. Quite area!!
