Apartments Ivan consist of 3 apartments: a studio apartment for 2 people, an apartment for 3 people and an apartment for 5 people. It's possible to book each apartment separately or a combination of apartments, whatever suits your needs. The price is set for the max capacity. Tell us your preferences and we will try our best to satisfy your needs. The studio apartment is located on the ground floor and has a spacious terrace. On the first floor there is a one-bedroom apartment for 3 people and a two-bedroom apartment for 5 people. Both apartments have a kitchen, a bathroom, a sofa bed for one person in the living room and a balcony. All the apartments are equipped with WiFi and air condition. SECURITY DEPOSIT: 400 EUR Upon your arrival you are obligated to leave a security deposit of 400 EUR which will be returned to you at the end of your stay after your apartment has been checked. In case of any damages, please inform it to the host or to SUNTURIST agency.
