It’s a shame the service is awful because the room is actually lovey.

The room was nice, everything was clean

The service was terrible, waited an hr if not more outside waiting for a worker to open and let us in.

Value for money

Supper comfortable beds, facilities very clean and we loved the wifi aswell 💯, not to mention how convenient it was getting to the surrounding shopping centers...

That there no coffee sugar and tea available for the stay

Lovely weekend away spot with cute views

Our stay was very comfortable and the place offers a great option for a short getaway with friends. Even though we were late for check-in, our host made arrangements for us to securely make our way to our apartment. The place was clean, and we found everything we needed. The shower pressure was also giving what it needed to. Shout out to Grant* for being extremely kind and also assisting us with a blown out bulb in our bedroom. We spent our day idling in the pool and setting ourselves up on the braai stand with no hassles. Great value for our money.

I do agree with some of the reviews I’ve seen about the sofa bed not being very comfortable.

The great place to be !

The privacy we had ,we almost had this place to ourselves.(There were few people around).Kids loved the pool and the tambourine

The grass was not maintained There were cockroaches in the rooms They only have bar fridge and ,we could not put all our stuff inside and some food got spoiled as a result .Sofa couch were not comfortable for the kids to sleep on

I was very disappointed Host can do better Job and avail herself for at least Check In

The place was safe , neighborhood had security before entering it was quiet for someone who needed relaxing

Firstly the host was not there to welcome us at arrival, took way too long to answer her phone when we needed things, kettle was out for the weekend and we had none for the entire stay, no broom or mop to clean up after ourselves, rules stated trash is collected at 9 and we did that ourselves as no one was going to. WIFI was out first 2days and only Sunday she got her husband to look at it that was after i personally had to go knock on their doors. The blankets were cold it is winter after all and the fan heater needed an adapter which we requested for the whole weekend but didn't receive and also when checking out host was not there and the cleaner chucked us out even though we let her know we waiting on our uber to the airport so i was not impressed at all

it’s a good place to rest and recover.

the location is very secure and peaceful at times. the host is super helpful and responds promptly to any queries.

the roaches were a problem. the sofa isn’t so comfortable and needs to be cleaned thoroughly, there’s too many visible stains which makes it a bit difficult to get comfortable on. the shower needs a door. the sliding door curtains need to be washed. the walls are very thin and one can overhear sounds from the next apartment. the apartment isn’t thoroughly clean as we found spider webs and spiders. the place doesn’t have door and bathroom mats, we had to use towels as mats. there’s cracks in the ceiling which kind of ruins the whole aesthetic of the place.

Great place to stay in a quiet and secure area

The location is very good and having the facility within a complex that has security 24hrs is very much needed. The centrality to most shops and restaurants is also a huge boost. The area is very quiet exactly what one needs for a good night rest. The facilities are very clean and well stocked with kitchen utensils for long stays while the WiFi is great for work. I also liked the parking off the road.

I wish I had anything I did not like.

Separate little apartments that look out onto a garden and pool in the western suburbs of Johannesburg

I have stayed here before and felt so welcomed, that I booked both rooms this time around. The owners feel like friends. I had left something behind on my last visit, and they even held onto it for me! The TV offers streaming. The kitchen has all the appliances you need. Just remember to bring your own condiments and groceries. The location is within a security village. I would stay here again!

We had a car, but Uber does come into the area as do airport service buses. A car would be highly recommended and parking outside the residence is ample. Cars are required in most instances in South Africa.

The accommodation was clean enough. For one night it's ok. They have enough facilities like heater,fan,iron and most important the washing machine. TV with Netflix Big garden WiFi was excellent Toilet was clean

Honnestly The Swimming pool was dirty Small Cockroaches in fridge and in the cupboards The floor was covered with the ants You must bring your bath soap and milk Couch was not clean and not enough for one person. Two towels for three people Floormat in washroom was diry. Please change your bedsheets and pillow covers ,they are very old now. Please don't call the owner, they won't pick your call but can message you. Small cupboard with no space for our laggage.

Cozy, comfortable and convenient location

Cozy and super comfortable apartment, with pretty much everything you need! My kids really loved the garden area and I enjoyed a cup of tea while watching them kick the ball
