Convenient stay @ Tbilisi

The place is clean and has been renovated. The host is very careful and always responsive. Location is very convenient to explore Tbilisi down town.

Some maintenance is needed. There is a bad smell coming out from the bathroom all the time. Room walls are very thing so you can here some noise in the night until 11 pm coming from the bar in the other side.

Best place we have stayed so far

One of the best places we have stayed in 2 months in Georgia. Loads of space with everything you need, very central location but also in a quiet courtyard. Really beautiful space as well.

the apartment was very stylish, beautiful, clean, spacious ... simply amazing. and the kitchen was really cool. really a fabulous apartment. it is situated in the very centre of tbilisi, just a few minutes walk from liberty square. there is excellent communication with the owner. and the homekeeper - your neighbour - is really helpful.

your only ''window'' is the entrance glass wall with a glass door from the yard. there is a curtain of course. but with the curtain you get no day light. the yard in front of your apartment is a common place for many families living in the block of the buildings around. they sit and talk next to your door all day long. the yard is full of people during the day but is totally quiet during the night. you hear everything from outside and they hear everything from your inside. that is, in the morning you will hear a lot of noise, on the other hand, at night you must be silent as a mouse in your apartment or you would wake up the whole block - they sleep with the windows opened. i didnt mind it that much for 2 days but for some of you it might be a good advice :)

Location is really great, near lots of bars and restaurants, but also very calm at night. We had very authentic experience as we were living in the small garden, where locals are living. People there are friendly and helpful. Fully satisfied with the experience there.

Superb

Very nice Appartement in perfect location. Host Tina is a very heartwarming person. A friendly and cute cat visits every day. We loved it and will definitely come back if we come back to Georgia one day.

Just perfect

This is the second time I visit Tbilisi and the second time I stayed in Tiflis Hut! The place is lovely, the owner is amazing, kind, helpful and the area around the house it is just the city center! Location is perfect!

a tranquil and pleasant experience

it was fully equipped with amenities. the property is clean and accessible to most of the landmarks, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, cafés, money exchange centers,…… everything is new and the interior has a cohesive aesthetic. most of the time it is solemnly quiet. the area feels safe and the neighbors are very friendly and pleasant.

we just had an issue with the water heater. but that was resolved by the host immediately. only microwave is missing but it depends on personal preferences

The host is a lovely lady who was always ready to help. The room is very clean, modern and comfortable with all the kitchen appliances you need. As a bonus every once in a while a black and white cat comes to visit you.

There is a gap in the shower partition, the water gets onto the floor.

TIFLIS HUT- HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

We’re 2 lucky guys who have found the best place to stay in Tbilisi; inexpensive but cosy, safe and clean apartment to stay. It’s just 2 minutes walk to Freedom Square and so close to everything you want to visit in the beautiful capital of Georgia. And most specially, we have met a wonderful local family- our host, who welcomed us with their delicious home made red wine and churchkhela; you guys made us feel so special and we thank you for that. Keep it up and God bless you more. Looking forward to come back soon.

The owner was very cool and kind. He met us, showed us the location. The room was very beautiful. The neighborhood was so calm and full of native families. The kitchen was full-featured. And the furniture was modern and chic!

Although it provided lots of necessities, it didn't have slippers to go around the house or even for bathroom. We used our shoes all the time except for the bed. Although shampoo and soap was provided, toothpaste and brush was not. In the shower/toilet, there were, like, hundreds of mosquitoes/gnats.

the place is absolutely amazing! the small details they put in the house make us feel like home . we loved the place .

nothing! Just be careful with the Neighbor called Alex or Babas. next door who owns a bar. don’t go to that bar for drink if you don’t want your money to be stolen.

Very beautiful design for this apartment with all comfort, located in a typical courtyard, at a walking distance to all important attractions in Tbilisi. We had a very friendly welcome from the owner and her english speaking son, with wine and tasty churchkhela as present. Thanks a lot!
