It was clean, big and family friendly.
The heating would not work unfortunelty.

Left early, no help from booking.com when complaint made
It had wifi
Mouldy food in sink and cupboards. Heating only worked for 5 minutes. Toilet floor stained yellow. Garden furniture very badly worn, unsafe.

Everything we needed for a mixed group of 7 adults.. Clean and tidy. Bedding. Towels supplied. kitchen well equiped. Close to our group meetings. Thank you.

would not stay here again.
The space was brilliant! also the people who we spoke through with booking.com were really lovely!
The bath was broken and felt like it was going to snap when you went in for a shower. it kept squeaking and would bounce, meaning it’s unstable. the sink had stains from god knows where and the carpet in the living room was very dusty. the boiler kept turning off meaning we had to stay in a cold house for hours
