About this house rental
Located in Diamond Beach, this lovely house for $224 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Two storey absolute beachfront home with timber floors, open living areas, and ocean views. This holiday home has everything for a fabulous holiday! It includes two living areas each with an LCD TV, DVD/CD/Video and stereo amplifier. There is a main balcony upstairs, a sheltered balcony downstairs and two other small balconies. Outdoor settings are included. There are four bedrooms - the master bedroom upstairs has a queen bed and ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity. The main bedroom downstairs also has a queen bed and the other two bedrooms each have two single beds. Additionally there is a double sofa bed in the winter room. The downstairs three way bathroom includes a large spa bath and shower, separate vanity and separate toilet while the upstairs bathroom has a shower, toilet and vanity. The fully equipped Caesarstone kitchen has European appliances including a dishwasher, microwave and a large fridge. The kitchenette downstairs has a microwave and bar fridge. The laundry has a washing machine and dryer and there is a small clothes line outside. In the courtyard there is a gas BBQ, surfboard racks and a heated outdoor shower, which is great after a swim. Back of property faces ocean, there is beach entry from the enclosed yard - though it is through the sand dunes. This Beach is only patrolled during the summer holidays Bedding includes 2 Queen beds, 4 Singles. A $700 security deposit is required on each booking and held against your current credit card. Please note guests are responsible for providing their own linen for this property (sheets, pillowcases, beach towels, bath towels and tea towels). Doona's and pillows are provided only. The house itself is designed well and comfortable for a family of 6, however upon arrival we did come across some minor cleaning issues. Sand on the lounges, dirty utensils and filthy rangehood. Apart from this, we did have an enjoyable time at Tidemark. Thank you

We were delighted with our stay at Diamond Beach. There were 7 of us with a few doing some WFH so we really appreciated the two living areas plus the winter room.
The house was quite lovely and we spent a lot of time around the table on the upstairs balcony watching the ocean, surfers and visiting pods of dolphins.
Some previous reviews mentioned cleanliness - we found the house in a very clean state and there were lots of condiments, tea, coffee, rubbish bags and washing up supplies in the cupboards.
The local takeaway, pizza shop and bottlo are a short walk away and were good and the Foodworks at Blackhead is a short drive away and has everything.

We have returned to this house several times over
the years. It has a very comfortable openness to it, but The property was somewhat dirty. kitchen utensils some of them need to replace.
Definitely highly recommended for short or long term stay.

Location is excellent but house was not clean. Food scraps in the bottom of the dishwasher, dining table with sauce and crumbs all over it. And when we took the rubbish to the bin outside it was full to the lid. Also, the garage remote didn't work which was a pain. Such a shame because it's a great place.

This modern, well equipped, absolute beachfront property was ideal for our family of seven adults. With 3 bathrooms, 2 separate living/dining areas as well as a BBQ area with kitchenette it was perfect. The hot water outdoor shower was well used.

This was the second time staying in this rental, the first was in June 2020. Since the first trip was a wild success we decided to head back.
The checkin process was seamless, however upon entering the property it became quickly apparent that the quality of the upkeep and maintenance had declined significantly.
The floors were grimy, there was rubbish on the ground and sand everywhere (including the lounge). I raised this with staff upon checkout, and whilst the stay was incredibly enjoyable, it was disappointing that the place seemed a bit dirty and unloved. The walls need a good clean, as do the beautiful high ceilings. It would have been nice for the windows to be cleaned given the view of beach, but given the latest weather it's understandable they would get dirty quickly.
Overall i would definitely recommend booking this place as the location is incredible, the house is well stocked with the essentials, but it truly needs a team to come through and deep clean it properly.

A wonderful property that is perfect for a large group with lots of room to relax for children, teens and adults. Right next to the beach with a divine view of the ocean and perfect afternoon lawn for drinks and games. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

- Property cleaning was not finished
- Even after waiting for the cleaner to finish the property was not clean, there was sand in the rooms, chips packets behind the beds as per the pics, insects all over the rooms and cobwebs as per the pics in all corners of the rooms
Functionality issues:
- power points not working in the house
- TV upstairs not working
- Antenna doesn’t work
- Dryer doesn’t work
- Lights don’t work in the bedrooms and bathroom
- top bathroom door lock doesn’t work
- flyscreen me have holes
- Garage door doesn’t work
We contacted the realestate agent at haliday point many times and there was no answer.
They fixed the electrical issues and dry cleaner on the third day.
I won’t stay there again or book through haliday point accommodation again.

Stayed at Tidemark Diamind Beach for the June long weekend. Cannot fault the help from Narene at Hallidays Accomodation. Went above and beyond to help with our later check in. The house was super spacious, perfect for families or large groups. Equipped kitchen, two living spaces. Beds were comfy. Could not fault the uninterrupted view of the beach either. Thank you Hallidays Point Accomodation.

Tidemark is a delight! Abounds in ocean views, space for everyone, relaxation and comfort, with everything you need.
The wide frontage and glass maximises the ocean views. You feel like you're in the middle of nowhere on your private beach, framed by native bushes and grasses.
Really enjoyed the wood floors, comfortable and practical furniture, the spaces available for everyone.
