Tea and coffee facilities provided. Mini market approx 150m away. Transfer to/ from airport provided free, drivers punctual and polite. Good Wifi, able to run UK TV with Firestick. Details of a couple of food outlets who deliver provided.

Very spacious room but no comfy sofa provided. We were on a one night layover so not a major problem but would be good for longer stayers.

Booked the night before requesting a shuttle to pick up and hold my luggage where i was going to stay. Was told there was no facility to do this. When I tried sorting it out on my arrival in Athens in the morning, I was told I would have to put luggage in storage at the airport. The person did say they had a hotel with 24 hr reception a few minutes from my accommodation where my luggage could be held and when I requested this, she refused to send the free shuttle that was still operating. Worst service I have received. I spent 2 hours trying to sort this out and ended up paying to store my luggage at the airport. Be aware that the shuttle stops running between 11am to 3pm. This should be posted on the booking.com listing. The accommodation is also not that close to the airport. I would not stay there again based on their poor customer service

Clean, close to the airport, big and comfortable apartments, free shuttle bus from and to the airport. Pretty good deal for that price!

The area (or rather the whole city) is rather boring, not many things to do and see. Also, it was very windy during our night and you could feel it even inside.

Unmanned building - little bit scary! No On-site parking available. (Please Note) The website indicates that the on-site parking is available. WRONG! The owner or the Property Manager lied about the on-site parking.

Convenient place to stay for one night if you fly in late or out early. Staff is very efficient and helpful. The shuttle was reliable. The apartment itself is a refurbished office in a quite neighborhood. Nothing special but ok for the price. I would book again.

The drivers picking me up from the airport and then taking me back to the airport were absolutely punctual and professional, right on time! The service was excellent at all levels. Constant communication and updating via messages.

Not very important but the drainage grill in the bathroom floor was broken and I was also expecting a soft drink and possibly some biscuits and bottled water in the fridge, in spite of the fact that the tap water was drinkable, Also, the air condition made a slight noise, not very annoying though.

The shuttle service was really efficient. Shower was good. Apartment was clean.

Very limited dining options nearby. Minimal furniture, very spartan.

Great service for an airport hotel. Really efficient and easy to manage. Fabulous integration online/email/text with the facilities. Helped us very quickly when we lost something and they located it and arranged it to be returned. We shared our flight details and they arranged all transfers with perfect timings

Being an airport hotel it is quite isolated… but thanks to the details in the room we found a fabulous place for dinner.

Rooms were clean but not cozy. Definitely has office feel.offered free shuttle but experience was less than good. Wrong number of taxis on every occasion. Stranded outside hotel. One driver very rude.

Excellent communication. Free and friendly transfer. Perfect location for 12 hour overnight stop over. Just like the pictures. East to follow pickup and drop off service.

Bed was quite firm so not the most comfortable sleep, however price, location and cleanliness made up for this.

It was falsely advertised as a hotel. The room’s didn’t have adequate climate control. The elevators are unsafe as we got trapped in one for almost an hour. The entry doors are not secure. There is no staff on property.

Everything we wanted, albeit for a short, one-night stay. They collected us at the airport, took us to the suites and saw us off the next morning.

The unexpected 10 Euro the taxi driver on the morning drop-off demanded. I don't think the fare was excessive, but I would have liked to have been informed beforehand.

We had an early flight so decided to stay near the airport. This "hotel" does not have a reception, but check-in went smoothly due to the very clear instructions. There didn't seem to be an overhead light in the lounge. The rooms were clean and well-maintained and the free airport shuttle arrived on time the next morning. Coffee was provided, which we appreciated!

The price was high for the standard of accommodation. We didn't receive check-in information until the day of arrival, so you need to make sure you have internet access to receive it. Getting to this accommodation from the center of Athens is not very convenient.
