Located in Satellite Beach, this lovely house for $121 per night is a great option for your next vacation. This is a spacious townhouse in the beach-side city of Satellite Beach. Furnished 4 bed, 2.5 bath with 2 car garage is the perfect place to land. Main floor living offers a bright open dining area, and full kitchen and breakfast bar that opens to large vaulted living room. The entire 1st floor has newly installed weathered beach wood planking and several area rugs. Comfortable furniture, games, books, and 55-inch TV await your ''down time''. Master suite has king bed, 40 inch TV, private bathroom, and walk-in closet with built-ins. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and 2nd full bath. New washer and dryer in 2021. Wi-Fi & utilities included. Spectrum cable and Roku Internet TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime Video/Music, CNN, countless other apps. Less than a 4 min drive to many shops and restaurants. Leasing is approx $2700 per month based on daily rate of $89. and the minimum stay is 85 days. Leases longer than 6 months will be reduced to approx $2400 per month based on a daily rate of $80, and the lodging taxes charged by the city of Satellite Beach are also reduced for stays greater than 181 days. You may book a few days into the month in order to allow for vacant time after the previous guests, and the house is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after all guests. Smoking is not allowed in the unit. Dogs are allowed for an extra $100 pet cleaning fee. Cats are not allowed unfortunately because of allergy problems. Property Manager will assist with access, questions and details. The townhouse is in a small quiet neighborhood, but this is really a prime location - a US post office, gas station/convenience store, Walgreens, McDonald's, Subway, Publix grocery store and pharmacy, Taco Bell, Dunkin Donuts, Long Doggers restaurant, and free public beaches are all within 1/2 mile. A favorite eatery of ours is Da Kine Diego's Insane Burrito's which is 1.1 miles away on Florida A1A, across from the beaches. And 1 more mile south on A1A, Pappagallo's Pizza is excellent and has a great beach view around back. For an "out of this world" bagel experience, Beachside Bagel World is a mile south of the house on South Patrick. If you want seafood, cross the river bridges 4 miles to waterfront dining at Grill's Riverside Seafood Deck. Golfing is available just 2 miles away at Manatee Cove Golf Course at Patrick Air Force Base. It is an 18 hole par 72 course, with general public access. For very nice tennis courts that are free and lighted, head south on South Patrick 2 miles to left on Banana River Drive, the courts will be on your right within 0.2 miles. There are numerous beaches with free access all along A1A, both north and south. Satellite Beach schools are nearby, and it is a 2 minute walk to the football stadium to root the high school team to victory on Friday nights. Ten miles north on A1A is Cocoa Beach, and 8 more miles north is Cape Canaveral and then Kennedy Space Center. Rocket launches take place frequently from the Cape Canaveral Air Force space complex and can be viewed as easily as stepping out the front door, or going to the beach to watch a more spectacular show, especially for a night launch. Orlando with it's many theme parks and international airport is 60 miles away.

Exactly what we needed and perfect location for a family. Hosts communicated quickly and took care of anything that popped up in a prompt and courteous manner. House was well stocked and neighborhood was friendly. Take note of local food recommendations as they were all great. Found a few we loved as well. All in all a great experience and would pick this place again if I needed it.
