View from hotel was awesome and staff was wonderful.
The Breakfast was great- would’ve like more options. View from our room was excellent. Staff were all accommodating and friendly.
Place was very hard to get to. Cab drivers charge more because “it’s far” from town. Refrigerator in room would have been nice. Did not notice towels. Could use thicker mattress.

RUDE OWNER AND DIRTY PLACE!!! DUST AND MOLDS ARE EVERYWHERE!!! WORST HOMESTAY EVERRR!!!
WE LITERALLY PAID JUST FOR THE VIEW!!! EXTREMELY DIRTY!!! MOLDS AND DUST ARE ALL OVER THE PLACE!!! AND THE OWNER IS VERY RUDE!!!
We had made a reservation for a 3-nights stay from January 19th to 22nd, which cost us 9,078.80 Php. We had INFORMED THE OWNER IN ADVANCE that WE MIGHT ARRIVE LATE at AROUND 11PM due to work commitments in Manila. However, we were EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with the condition of the place when we arrived. The tables, chairs, and other furniture were COVERED IN MOLD AND DUST, and we had to clean them ourselves just to be able to use them, especially we had a baby with us. The bed and pillows had an unpleasant smell too. Moreover, there was no fridge inside the room, and we had to request one. When they delivered the fridge, it was EXTREMELY DIRTY, and we had to clean it ourselves before we could use it. We were also provided with only 2 thin bath towels, despite booking the place for 4 people. To make matters worse, THE OWNER WAS INCREDIBLY RUDE AND UNWELCOMING. Upon our arrival, she DIDN'T EVEN GREET US PROPERLY and questioned whether we had a reservation and WHY WE WERE LATE. On the second day of our stay, she told us that WE COULDN'T COOK OUR OWN BREAKFAST YET BECAUSE THEY HAD TO COOK FOR OTHER GUESTS. We were surprised because we thought WE WERE ALSO HER GUESTS, and she did not inform us beforehand that we had to cook early for our breakfast. The OWNER'S BEHAVIOR TOWARDS US WAS UNACCEPTABLE. Finally, upon check-out, the owner ignored us completely, despite seeing us leaving. We feel that such POOR SERVICE AND TREATMENT towards paying customers is unacceptable and therefore would NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone.

Pretty location/view, remote/hard to get taxi, booking/availability issue, nearly no amenities.
Mountain-top views of La Trinidad city in the valley below, as well as (currently) undeveloped land with Carabao. Hosts were friendly and enjoy interacting with their guests. Good hospitality and made you feel welcome. They even invited all guests to a free dispededa dinner celebration outside at their porch eating area. Relatively quiet and relaxed atmosphere, unless someone is singing karaoke or construction is occurring on the roads or houses that are being built in the surrounding area. Free Wifi was one of the only bonuses.
Location is remote on a mountain top, which means it is about a 20~30 minute ride one way through tight mountain-town streets to get there or back to Baguio city. This also means that if you're taking a taxi or grab, some drivers may decide part of the way up the mountain that they don't want to complete the trip, and take you back to your original pickup point. If taking a grab, you may also find that drivers will scarcely accept the ride from the top of the mountain, which lead to us waiting almost 30 minutes before a driver that was nearby accepted our ride. We booked a room specifically with a mountain view, but when we arrived, they tried to give us a room with a window facing a rock wall (zero visibility of anything but the rock), saying that they prioritize walk-in bookings, and they had a walk-in who booked the room with the mountain view before we had arrived at the correct check-in time. They tried to sell us an upgraded room that would be twice the price, but we had booked the original room with the budget of that room in mind. After my (filipina) girlfriend spoke with them and requested a room with a mountain view because we had booked that in advance for that reason, also mentioning that other hotels had given us free upgrades when there was an issue of the hotel's fault, they then offered to let us stay in an upgraded room for one night at no additional charge until the walk-in guest left the next day, then they would move us back into our originally booked room. In the end, they let us stay in the upgraded room for both nights of our stay, at the originally booked lower rate, but they didn't communicate this to us during the stay, so we spent most of the 2nd day with our bags repacked and waiting for them to move us, instead of being able to relax and enjoy the day.

Super als Zwischenstop
Super nettes Homestay.
