Lovely apartment, very well kept. Top floor, lots of natural light. Good beds and excellent showers. Tolcarne beach is 5 minutes walk away.
Wrong side of town for Fistral beach, but that is not the fault of the appartment, just something to bear in mind if you want to walk to there. 30 mins walk to Fistral, 5 mins to Tolcarne.

We absolutely loved saying at sandy toes, apartment was spotless, love the little details and cream tea in the fridge on arrival. Great location, minutes walk from the beach, pubs, restaurants. Denise was so helpful and made us feel so comfortable and safe at sandy toes, will definitely be returning and 100% recommend! Thankyou!

Denise looked after us well, our little girl left her bunny toy behind, but Denise offered to post it back to us. The extra step goes a long way and left us even more pleased with the apartment when reflecting on the experience. Our stay was great!
