The hotel is modern and stylish. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, delicious breakfast. The staff is very nice and helpful, thank you for your help.

The property feels like home. The lady was very sweet and accommodating and she checked us in as early as 8AM when we arrived early in the morning. Plus they have a very cute koshka 😻 Highly recommended. Good place and value for money.

A very clean and comfortable hotel. The owners are easy to contact. They speak different languages, care very much about the good image of their hotel and are willing to help with your queries. We also rented a car and driver from them for the day and drove to neighbouring towns. The driver is not a guide, but he will tell you something about the local sights and we communicated with him in Russian. The hotel has everything you need, you just need to ask the owners for example a washing machine, a hairdryer or an iron. You might have to pay for the laundry. The hotel has breakfast, quite simple but tasty and homemade. The hotel is a bit far from the centre, but taxis are very cheap in Tbilisi, we ordered via mobile app and had no problems. We usually went back to the room quite late, at one or two in the morning. The entrance, of course, was closed because it's not a classic hotel, but the owner always opened the door for us and we had no problems. Overall the hotel left a very pleasant impression. A great combination of Georgian hospitality and some European boutique quality service and rooms.

This is a very interesting mix of a hotel and a guesthouse. The hostess Hatuna is super nice and sweet and ready to help you with anything. The water pressure and temperature were GREAT, the bed was very comfy. Our room had everything we needed: tea pot, refrigerator, good bed and shower, heating. The shared kitchen and laundry service are also avaliable. The subway is not far from the hotel.

It's not the liveliest area of the city, but it's quiet at night, and you can get to the center in 15 minutes by subway.

Good hotel

The room had all the necessary items that were needed. Very soft and comfortable bed. What stood out was the smell and the bathroom was clean. Other than the room, the space was nice and attractive. The internet was working properly

There was some stain on the bed. I do not know what, but it was not nice to see it. I could not leave the impression of the hotel, it was more of a family vacation as the inner noise could be heard during the night. Also, I could not pay by card and I could not get a full refund of the amount paid

they close the door at night and you have to ring a bell and wait till someone wake up and open the door! (how can you even call that a hotel?). room is freezing all day and they close the heaters when they clean the room!. we booked with a free upgrade for a bigger room with 3 beds but they gave us a small one with 2 beds!. nothing to eat at breakfast other than eggs. no drinking water. only the daughters owner speaks english and she’s not around all the time. I’m not sure I can trust this app again after this. Booking.com should remove this “hotel” from their listing

The cleanliness

No heater in room which made me sleep cold the time I was there, and if you bring a girl over they will embarras you infront of her demanding payment instead of just talking to you over a chat

The lady that welcomed us in the hotel was really nice to us and spoke english fluently :)

We had to pay in cash for rooms at 2 a.m. (after we came from the party in the city), so I recommend to the hotel to collect money during the day.

Nice and clean place and friendly staff. They have good breakfast and help you arranging your tours. 24/7 market close to the hotel and 8 minutes by taxi to city center.

Highly recommend this hotel with clean rooms and good service. The breakfast was very good and testy. Hotel is near to Isani metro station, around 5 min walk, from where you can easily get access to different part of the city. Nearby you can find many restaurants, the best one in my opinion is Khinkali house. Khatuna and Gia were always there for help whenever needed. Thank you dear Khatuna for your warm welcome. We really enjoyed our stay at your hotel !!! For sure we shall choose this hotel again when we are back to Georgia again.

Nice clean hotel in a quiet neighborhood near Metro station; breakfast was very good.
