There is a well equipped kitchen, with everything you need for cooking at home, a bedroom with a traditional double bed, and toilet are therefore found on this floor. There is a dressing room and en suite bathroom with bath and walk-in shower. There is a bathroom with a walk-in shower in the bedroom. The house has been heating for the winter and fans for the summer. Staying in this house you can enjoy Palma at its best; it is just across the road, there is a 17km cycle path all along the sea front, you are in the historical center of Palma, and the trendy fishing village or Portixol with all its seaside restaurants and bars is easily walkable.
