Die Lage mit Blick auf das Meer ist wirklich schön! Alles war sauber! Die Aufteilung der Zimmer mit dem Bad direkt dran ist perfekt! Die Einrichtung wirkt liebevoll. Kontakt, An- und Abreise haben wunderbar geklappt. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr zuvorkommend.

Die Stühle in der Küche sollte erneuert werden. An den losen Sitzflächen kann man sich ganz schön wehtun.

Really enjoyed everything. If you're looking for quietness, great views of the see and green fields, but the same time access to all of São Miguel's great sites, like Ferraria and Lagoa das Sete Cidades, this is the place to be. The house is perfect (can't really understand how someone can put any problem in it), three big rooms with ocean view, 4 bathrooms, a beautiful and big yard on the back to just enjoy your drink, your book or contemplate the Ocean. We found Selma, the owner, to be a very nice and helpful person, receiving us with great joy and care. We're quite demanding travelers, but we found only comfort and space in this house. Do not hesitate for one second - this is the place to stay in São Miguel!

The house is stylish, well equiped, with good location, support from the owner is good and beds are comfy. Wifi works properly, kithen is great, you can use grill, sit in the garden, there is air condition and heater if you are cold. Every room has separate bathroom which is great, beds are really comfy.

As the island is very humid, the house is full of mould. I think it is problem of many houses in Azores, but for me it was terrible experience. For example my friends came to the house and liked the smell, they said it is like at the grandma. But for people who are sensitive for this, it is not good and personaly I didn't enjoy the holiday because this strong smell all over the house. But the other 3 friends didn't mind it. So just think about this, if you are not sensitive, it is ok for you and there is no problem because the house is newly equipped, stylish and nice. And as I said, I think many many houses in Azores have the same problem.

Spacious bedrooms, lots of amenities and utilities, nice location on the hill with great view.

Oven and stove a bit prone for failure, besides that nice kitchen with lots of utensils. Lots of noise in the early morning due to milking of the cows on the nearby field.
