Ein tolles kleines Hotel in zentraler Lage. Der Gastgeber Stefano war sehr freundlich.

Sicuramente tornerò in questa struttura!

Ho prenotato l'Hotel MelRose soprattutto per la posizione centrale, che si è rivelata davvero strategica sia per il giorno, che per la sera in quanto sotto la struttura ci sono vari locali ben frequentati, che rendono più sicuro anche il rientro di notte. Camera tripla ampia e ben silenziata. Ottima la pulizia. Colazione standard come proposta di prodotti, ma arricchita dalla gentile presenza di Stefano che ci ha parlato di Napoli e dato vari consigli.

Consiglierei di inserire uno spazio chiuso dove poter lasciare i bagagli prima o dopo il check-in, in modo da non doverli lasciare in vista davanti la reception.

MOLTO SODDISFATTA!

Ho soggiornato solo per una notte al Melrose, purtroppo! Che sia un viaggio di affari o di piacere, il B&B ha una posizione ottima, da lì il centro storico, la famosa Spaccanapoli e via Toledo sono vicinissime. Ho trovato la camera pulitissima al mio arrivo e nota di merito alla cortesia e disponibilità dello staff. Colazione ottima con grande scelta di prodotti!

Napulè mille colori

Punto forte della struttura la location, gli arredi e lo staff. Sei praticamente dietro piazza Dante, a pochissimi passi da Spaccanapoli. Arredi molto moderni e staff veramente cordiale.

Non ho particolarmente apprezzato, ma solamente per gusto personale, il lavandino in camera separato dalla zona bagno ed una zona bagno con un pochino più di privacy. Inoltre per il prezzo pagato mi aspettavo una colazione più ricca e con più cibo a disposizione.

Perfect stay in a lovely, friendly B&B, beautiful and comfortable newly renovated rooms

We had a great, but short, stay at Melrose Napoli. It is a lovely and cosy B and B which has been beautifully and carefully renovated in an old building right in the heart of Naples. The room was large and spacious and so nicely and beautifully decorated and furnished. It was more than big enough for two adults and two teens with their own separate sleeping area upstairs with two single beds. It was extremely quiet while being right in the heart of Naples. The location was perfect, you can get everywhere by foot. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and amenable. They prepared a lovely breakfast for us in their dining room and were there to help us with anything we needed. It ticked all the boxes, good value for money as well, and this will definitely be our go to place to stay in Naples. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Accueil et conseils touristiques en anglais! Au petit soin des clients! Petit déjeuner délicieux et adapté spontanément au désirs du client car parfois on préfère le salé. Très propre. Très élégant

Les toilettes de la chambre de 4 personnes n’avaient pas de vraie porte. Seul petit défaut au reste qui était excellent.

Helpful and Welcoming staff, perfect location. Would definitely stay here again.

The location was great we got to visit all of the most important historical places. Additionally, Stefano and the whole staff we're extremely helpful and welcoming.

The environment got a bit noisy at night but almost every location in Napoli is facing that problem so it wasn't the Hotel's fault.

Thank you Stefano! You have been a great host! Friendly and helpful - from the first message before arriving, to the day we left. Clean and spacious room. The kids loved the beds upstairs :) Great location. Right in the middle of everything in Napoli! Bars and restaurants downstairs - but no noise because of soundproof windows. Good breakfast with a lot of different choices.

We had a superb stay at MelRose. Friendly and helpful staff. Location and the room was great - if I´m going to be super picky I would change one thing .... it would be to put a normal door at the toilet :)

MelRose is an excellent place to stay...do not hesitate to book

MelRose is located in an excellent location in Napoli, only minutes from the Metro (Dante) station, and footsteps away from the Old City, which abounds with all sorts of restaurants and bars. The alley way leading to the building is a little daunting with the graffiti, but the building is secure and safe, and the alley isn't an alley but an ancient pedestrian walkway, and in the evening it lights up with young people at the restaurants and bars. MelRose is on the 2nd floor of an apartment (private and locked) building. The rooms sit behind a locked door, and then each private room has their own locked door. The room was extremely comfortable, and very clean. The bathroom was quite nice. The breakfast offered was typical Italian breakfast, and fine to get the day started (it is NOT an American breakfast). The will provide to your room, or schedule you a time to visit the common eating area (on 2nd floor but outside of the locked room area). The outside evening activity really wasn't as much of a noise issue as I would have thought. The MelRose staff are extremely friendly, there just exists that language barrier (but that is to be expected to some degree). All in all, the pros most definitely outweighed the cons, and I would not hesitate to stay here again if in Napoli.

1) The Loft...extremely warm upstairs. There is NO circulating AC air to the loft area, and they could not provide a fan for the loft upstairs. We remedied this by maintaining the AC throughout the day, which helped but also made the downstairs bed quite cool. The simple solution would be for the owners to open the AC register to allow for cooler air to run across the loft floor, or to offer a fan for the upstairs. 2) The Loft...mattress are hard as they sit on top of a board. Not horrible just hard. 3) Check In...a little confusing. Our driver dropped off us on the main road so we had to navigate (iphone FaceTime with the host) to get us to the door. We were "buzzed" in, and had to figure out how to get to the room (there is no welcome desk at the main door). The elevator is old style 2 person elevator (FYI...barely enough room for 2 and 2 bags). The check in person was extremely friendly , but NO English spoken so everything was done through phone translator. I saw no Concierge to help answer any questions when checking in, or to help with suggestions or things to do.

Making at times the hectic and crazy Napoli v relaxing and local - we felt at home

Stefano was brilliant such a great host … loved the location and the vibe of the area. Everything was clean and easy - we had a 13 yr old and 15tr old so not exactly a chilled holiday at times for the parents but the few days in Naples were easy and everything in MN was on point ! Loved our street with the bars and connection to rest of the city ! Perfect location.

Beautiful oasis in a crazy city

Beautiful hotel. Rooms where stylishly decorated and had an en-suite with everything you needed. Our host was amazing and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was gorgeous with fresh coffee,juices,yoghurts,ham,cheese,toast and pastries. Hotel is located right in the centre of the historic quarter, out of the main door and you were amongst bars,restaurant’s and shops. There wasn’t a shortage of places to have your evening meal or have a relaxing drink. When we retired for the night the sounds from outside didn’t penetrate the room and had two fabulous nights sleep. Would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast situation was a bit inconvenient. You only have 30 mins to eat your breakfast until someone else needs the breakfast room. We ate in our room instead, which was better. The choices for breakfast are mainly sweet and sugary and we didn’t always get the breakfast items we had ordered.

The room was too hot/ Air conditioning not functioning. When opening the doors it’s was very noisy from the streets. on top of this, the beds where very hard… so we really did not sleep well:( also be aware there is no reel place for breakfast, you either eat on your bed or in a small breakfast room that you need to book in advance.

Nice place with good location

Everything was as promised. Nice clean room. Friendly and helpful staff. Good little breakfast was delivered to room. Room was also quiet, although we spend only one sunday-monday night there.
