Located in Katoomba, this charming condo for $212 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Kings Studio is a warm, cozy and romantic hideaway. It is fitted with a new bathroom and kitchenette. Sunshine streams into the room all day long and a warming gas log fire is perfect for those nights when you just want to snuggle in with a glass of wine and a picnic! There is a brand new split cycle system installed to also keep you cool in the hot summer months and warm in winter as well as a cosy gas log fire. Kings Studio is totally private with its own entrance and is separate from the main house. We’ve just completed a mini makeover, painted the walls, ceilings and floors and added new furniture, rugs, couch covers, linen and used a neutral colour palette, which we believe will help our guests to really relax and enjoy the time away. Plantation shutters also offer you both privacy and light control. You have your own private deck to sit and enjoy the bird life and the soothing sounds of running water cascading over the river stones. We can provide a gourmet platter ($100) delivered to your door. Please book in advance as we source local and organic produce (where possible). If you would like to indulge in a massage, please let us know as we have an in-house massage therapist who will come to the studio for your comfort (you will need to book in advance as she is a busy therapist). Ladies (1 hour) $120, and gents (1 hour) $150 plus relaxing facials $95. Our therapist has 20+ years experience and is Cert IV qualified in deeply therapeutic/remedial/craniotomy sacral and reflexology. Kings Studio is only 1km to quaint Leura Village with stunning shops, restaurants, bars and transport. * Please note we provide a continental breakfast in the Tariff consisting of fresh fruit, muesli/weetbix, crusty toast bread, Coffee machine or plunger coffee and tea. *******WINTER WARMER package********* Imagine arriving at Kings Studio for your stay on a cold winter’s day to the aroma of a slow cooked home made meal? The lamps will be on, fire lit, your table will be set and the cottage cosy and warm. Your meal will be ready and all you need to do is pour your drinks. We offer a small but beautiful delicious choice of meals for your consideration * chicken tikka curry with the accompaniments and fluffy basmati rice * Osso bucco served with creamy cous cous infused mildly with oven roasted garlic and Parmesan cheese * vegetarian slow cooked organic vegetables cooked in rich stock with creamy polenta * TV/wifi/Foxtel/Netflix/split cycle air conditioner/gas log fire included * Ironing board/iron available on request * Washing machine and dryer available on request * BBQ also available on request * In house massage therapist * Grazing platter for two people available to order Just as a side note we have now completed our newest and most gorgeous cottage “Sunny Corner”. Beautiful suite super clean and freshly remodeled! Love how cozy it was, but still plenty of room with kitchen and dining room space. You can hear the birds in the morning right by the stream if you leave the door open! The location is central to most of the gorgeous hikes in Leura, Katoomba, and Wentworth Falls. Ian and Kim were excellent hosts and had everything ready for us including some yummy bread and muffins! They were prompt to respond to any questions. We even got our laundry done to have clean clothes for the flight back to The States 5/5 stars!

Hosts Kim & Ian, have undertaken a lovely venue & beautiful decor. We have stayed in numerous accommodations & would highly recommend this location, spotlessly clean & very presentable.They had added some personal touches like chocolates, delicious bread, muffins & fruit etc…Great area for walking & easy access to the National Parks, with numerous coffee shops in the local towns. Kim & Ian managed also to provide good weather! Continued success with your business.

Beautifully appointed studio very cosy and romantic. Excellent hosts who made our stay really special. Welcoming treats were much appreciated after a long drive. Easy parking and close to everything the blue mountains have to offer. Sad we only stayed for 3 nights. Highly recommend to any couples. Would love to return some day.

Loved the modern and beautiful clean space of the studio with a patio to sit and see the stars. The gas log fire made it cosy and comfortable as well as reverse air conditioning. Lovely touches by Kim and Ian of flowers from their garden and fresh bread and other treats upon my arrival. I would recommend the studio and will look at coming back with friends and booking one of their other properties.

Lovely studio, perfect for two with some really special touches, from the chocolates & breakfast basket to bath gowns, gorgeous king bed & perfect quiet location. Kim & Ian were available if needed but left us to our peaceful retreat. We walked into Leura for dinner, it was approx 20 minutes & a little uphill but not hard at all. We will definitely come again & try Cottage Creek next time. Thanks Kim for a lovely welcome :)

We had two nights in Leura. Accommodation was good. Spacious and well appointed with lovely touches such as fresh bread and muffins and high quality bathroom products. Parking is tight if you have a large vehicle. The surrounds are lovely and well worth a visit.

We had amazing stay the last couple days ! An amazing welcome with beautiful and quite location with a very warm and homelike accommodation. The owners Kim and Ian were super amazing and very lovely . Highly recommend this place to stay if your in the Blue mountains. They have 2 other accommodations that im excited to stay at next time !!

My husband and I stayed in the kings studio cottage for 2 nights. It was presented in immaculate condition and very comfortable, especially with the added bonus of the fire. The hosts were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They had provided everything that was needed to stay in their cottage and much more. It was 3 minutes to leura mall and close to all attractions. We intend to rebook for later in the year and highly recommend for a romantic retreat. Thank you

It was cosy and the hosts were helpful and lovely, but there were a number of centipedes in the studio (we killed around 11 over 3 nights) and spiders due to the rainy weather / construction going on. Kim and Ian were helpful and tried to use an outdoor spray and less came in but we still spotted a few on our last day. I hate to leave bad reviews but I just wish I had known about it because as someone who is terrified of bugs I wouldn’t choose to stay here if I knew.

Gorgeous B&B. Completely private with a outdoor space where you can sit and listen to the stream and birds. The guests add lots of thoughtful touches. Do not overlook this stay.

My husband and I had a very relaxing couple of days at Kings Studio.Kim was great to deal with. It was a bit of a chilly afternoon when we arrived but Ian had the gas fireplace on to take the chill off the air for us when we arrived. We ordered the grazing board and it was amazing, we didn't need hardly any other food for the next couple of days. The studio was lovely and had lots of special touches to make us feel welcome. The bed was comfortable and it was great to have the breakfast cereal, bread and milk provided on our arrival. Kim arranged for a massage in the room from the amazing Tania,it was wonderful. We look forward to returning and maybe indulging in the comforts of Creek Cottage which is also on the property. Thanks Kim and Ian.

Just as it was in photos. Quiet and clean and comfortable with all the facilities you could want. Good coffee and breakfast provided. Outside area slightly unappealing to sit in. Parking will be better once construction next door finished. You definitely need a car here.

Such a lovely stay! The place was cosy and tidy, located in a very peaceful area, with all the amenities that you’d need during a holiday. Little things like fresh muffins, bread, hot chocolate and marshmallows made it feel even more like home. Thank you so much Kim and Ian for letting us stay at your place! Definitely recommended :)
