L’emplacement est idéal, on est vraiment au cœur d’Ortigia. La chambre est spacieuse, c’est propre et surtout très bien équipé. Il y a vraiment tout ce dont on a besoin. Pour le petit déjeuner, aussi c’était très bien, nous avions des yaourts, des fruits, du lait, thé, café, biscottes, beurre, confitures et des petits gâteaux.
Cetty est d’une gentillesse extraordinaire, très réactive, à l’écoute, serviable. Nous avons passé un très bon moment.
Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.
La connexion wifi ne fonctionnait pas bien.

The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need for a wonderful stay - even a beach umbrella! Breakfast items, tea and coffee were available in the room, allowing us to be independent. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom modern. Eccellente!

Cetty the host is delightful. She sent us very clear communications and was totally helpful in every way. The provisions for breakfast - ham, cheese, bread, cakes, yoghurt, milk, juice & coffee - are outstanding. There is a great coffee machine and other cooking facilities including microwave, hob and toasted sandwich maker.
The location could not be better. It is on the ground floor so no carrying of travel bags up stairs.
There are 4 restaurants within 25 metres and many many others within 100 metres.
Shops and the historic buildings of Ortigia are all within 3 minutes walk
Nothing about the property. However, note that it is not really walkable from the station with bags. A taxi should be 15 Euros. However, negotiate and agree before getting in. The driver will try for 20 or more There are no meters in the taxis. You need to ask for Piazza Archimede and the property is 70 metres from there. Message Cetty beforehand and she will be there.
If you have a hire car I cannot imagine where you could park it. Suggest that you liaise with Cetty before booking.

Cetty's place is a haven away from the heat & hustle & bustle. Located in the heart of Ortigia, it was quiet, and beautifully furnished. The bed was very comfortable and lots of small thoughtful touches. Cetty provided water, coffer & tea fruit, juice & snacks. I had a wonderful stay & would recommend you stay ad well. Great experience!

I liked really everything, the apartment is furnished with taste and love. The owner is lovely and always open for questions, very helpful and friendly. The coffeemachine is wonderful,a lot of things for breakfast and and !Strongly recommended. Sure more than 10 points

The location was absolutely amazing, right in the heart of Ortigia and next to a couple of really nice restaurants. The apartment itself was decent size and had every amenity you could possibly imagine. And the host was wonderful (although didn't speak English, and we didn't speak Italian, so was difficult to communicate at times. But she tried to help, and gave plenty of recommendations!
The big thing missing was a window in the room. The room was quite big so didn't feel claustrophobic but I like natural light and ventilation, both of which were missing!

Smack dab in the center of the old town. In a beautiful little street, just enough space for two, very cozy and quickly felt like home. Nice Sicilian touches to the room decor. Amazing host, super available and with great recommendations for beaches and things to do around Syracuse. Highly recommend (and might even be considering coming back!)
Sometimes a bit noisy in the mornings, but for sure not problematic.

Everything about this B&B was perfect. The host put thought into every detail of our stay, from facilitating our arrival (assisting with parking) to equipping the property with everything you could possibly need and still availing herself for any other need that might arise. Cetty’s hospitality set the tone for our marvelous 5-night stay in Ortigia. Thank you so much again.
Nothing—we’d love to come back! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to friends and family, or anyone for that matter. You won’t regret staying here.

The apartment and kitchen are very well equipped and clean.
The host Cetty is amazingly kind, friendly and helpful.
Everything was perfect.

Landlady was an angel, she even to came to the station to pick me up since the train had some 5 hours delay and she guessed how tired I was. The kitchen was better equiped than mine and she was really caring during my stay.
Neighbourhood is busy but it is all over at 22:00- 22:30
I wish all B&B were like this one!

Beautiful, well-equipped apartment in the centre of Ortigia. The place is very confortable and clean. Cetty, the host, is amazingly kind and helpful, she even booked us a parking spot near the place. I definitely recommend.
