The Space: This home has 5 beds/6 baths/huge separate bunk room with 6 double size bunks! 2 living areas, a big, shaded yard, fishing & boating. The Neighborhood: - Being on Lake LBJ allow you to enjoy all the lake activities- swimming, boating, kayaking, etc. - The Slab - A Kingsland favorite is a fun swimming area just down the road. - Close to Inks Lake State Park and Longhorn Cavern State Park - Golf Courses nearby - The Legends Golf Course, The Lighthouse Country Club, Blue Lake Golf Club, and Horseshoe Bay - Wineries are also nearby - Perisso's Winery, Flat Creek Estate Winery & Tons of Restaurants! Getting Around: There is not any public transportation close by. The house has a huge driveway and plenty of parking at the property Other Things to Note: *Please note, there are security cameras located on the property* Someone will be available by phone, text, email, or in person if need be before and during your stay! Pets are not allowed at this property! Beach Towels are not provided and we ask that you please not use the bath towels that are provided at the Beach Area. Thank You in advance! Due to recent housing boom we are experiencing more construction throughout our neighborhoods. Please be advised it as may be near this property. In lieu of a security deposit we require a $65 damage waiver fee through Safely that covers guests up to $5000 in damages to the property. All refunds will exclude a 5% credit card service fee. There is a new floating boat dock system for guests to use.

We rented the house for our extended family Christmas gathering. The space was just as pictured online.
We loved how large and open the kitchen and living room space was. There was so much seating for dining and lounging. It was just what we needed. We loved the large windows and open views of the lake. A huge plus in the kitchen was having two dishwashers as well as a huge shelf area for storage of food and pantry items. The outdoor space was also wonderful.
We had two maintenance issues during our stay and needed to contact the owners. They responded right away and sent someone over to take care of the problem immediately.
I would definitely recommend this place and would stay there again.

We went here for our annual friends trip. Had a wonderful time! The private beach and the lake were perfect. The kitchen was really well-appointed with everything we needed for cooking anything. Lots of gathering spaces that we took advantage of. Some things to note: The bunk room doesn’t have a door and is attached to the main living area. Made it tough for folks sleeping in there to remain asleep once the little kids woke up. The ping pong table wasn’t functional, but it didn’t really impact our stay. Everything else was great!

House was nice. Pictures of beach totally not accurate Yuccas were dead, grass on beach, many grass stickers, Boat Dock dangerous unuseable submerged broken pipes.
No water pressure down stairs, shower upstaris very painful to much water pressure. Had to take baths 5 days. Outdoor furniture old falling apart. Outside shower particularly working. Would not recommend Hill Country Stays.

It was an excellent experience with so much space and fun. We were 20 people who stayed and enjoyed the winter holiday weekend . I will recommend this place who wants to enjoy the water with a beautiful beach side view. The house was so well kept and have a lot of play ideas for kids at all ages.
We all loved our stay. A comfortable place to rest and do a lot of activities with friends and family.

Our family of 24 had a wonderful time! The house was great, so well equipped for our every need!! The view of the lake and the hills from the living area of the house was spectacular! This was our 2nd stay here and we can’t wait to go back again!

Beach House 1
All of our family had a wonderful time at this location. The view is amazing. The kitchen is well stocked. There is an abundance of seating for eating meals and playing games with each other. The house was very clean. We enjoyed having access to the paddle boards and kayak. The covered dock was wonderful for when you needed a break from the sun. Not every sleeping area has a fan so if you need air moving to sleep it would be best to bring a fan with you. We have already booked the property again for next years family gathering.

The best part for us was that it was an open floor plan with abundant seating. We could be together all the time. With one bedroom on that main floor, four bedrooms downstairs, and the ultimate young persons room on the split level, it suited our family perfectly.

Beautiful Poperty with great host!
Our large group was extremely comfortable with sleeping arrangements and accommodations. The firepit on the beach was perfect for the cold weather and we enjoyed getting to use the kayaks on site. We'll be back in the futurre!

Great spot for getting families together with plenty to do from infant all the way to adult. The water was warm and calm, and the house was spacious with plenty of room for everyone to interact and have their own privacy too. Highly recommend.

The view is priceless, and every morning I would find multiple people sitting inside or on the porch, drinking their coffee, and just staring across the lake. The water access was gently sloping from the shore, which was awesome for the three toddlers in our group. We had a great time kayaking, paddle boarding, floating, and just sitting on the dock. The basketball game in the bunk room, and the ping pong table on the patio were big hits as well!
This place is well designed for a large group. We never felt cramped and there were plenty of bathrooms!

Amazing views and fantastic property
I celebrated my birthday at this property, and we had a incredible time! The pictures of the views don't do the impactful beauty of the scenery in person. Very spacious house, and different spaces of the rooms allowed for everyone to be comfortable and access bathrooms/beds easily. Outdoor space was used and taken advantage of. Overall, highly recommend!

The individual ice machine, 2 washer/dryer, water toys, defined lounging areas inside/outside, the bunk room is absolutely genius, and overall a class act accommodations.

Wonderful house for a getaway with friends
We loved our trip to this property with a group of our friends. It was the perfect house for a large group with kids. There was so much to do: volleyball, basketball, paddle board, and ping pong ball. We hope to come back someday!

Perfect Family Getaway
This house is fantastic, we loved everything about it! Perfect layout for everyone to have their space, the kitchen is large and very well stocked with essentials. We loved the gorgeous view and beach area to relax. Kelly was fantastic to work with. We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. We will definitely be back!

Family Vacation
Good location, roomy house. We rented both houses and it worked out really good. A couple of minor repairs need to be made, but quick turn arounds prevented this and we understand. Thank you for sharing your house with us. We had a great time.

Perfect summer vacation getaway
The house was perfect for our family. We had plenty of room to social distance. The grandkids loved paddle boarding and kayaking. The kids also fished from the pier and were successful. My son rented jet skis which added to our fun activities. We definitely got our exercise walking from the house to the lake front. A 4 wheeler would of been great for our 75 year old honoree. He was the only one that complained.😀�. We all look for ward to returning.

Amazing property!! Perfect summer spot!
This property is better than I even expected!! It is perfect location and has all the amenities you need for a fun weekend. I can’t wait to come stay there again!! My access code was wrong however and response time to questions was not as quick as I had preferred. But day of, a nice lady came to let us into the property very quickly so that was appreciated. 100% recommend this property, for it makes for a very special experience!

The house is a great design for a large family. The distance from the house to the lake was really close which we liked. An this part of the lake was the most calm for sling an wake boarding.

A perfect place for a family getaway!!
Combine 2 wonderful lakehouses on a quiet leg of Lake LBJ with plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, spacious kitchens, a sandy beach and a freshwater lake, with toddlers, youngsters, teens, adults, including my 89 year old mother and youve got a fabulous weekend of fun!!! Beach House 1 and Beach House 2 share a huge beach and a dick for all the privacy and room you can most likely need!!
