Clean, well equipped, excellent location. Near to harbour and gentle walk to shops and restaurants.

Exceptional
Everything.
Only criticism was no instructions for the washing machine, dish washer or heating. Also no code left for the bin gate. I did speak to the property manager, she gave me the code but it didn't work

Great location
Location is fantastic and the house comes with parking. Most places in Brixham I think that would be a problem.
If I had to come up with anything it would be the only toilet is on the middle floor with the lounge on top but I'm being really picky.
