This condo has a very warm, cozy vibe with the perfect touch of Music City decor that'll make you feel like you're definitely on Nashville’s famous Music Row! * HeiarLivin has OVER 10 properties in the downtown area! We have 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom & 4 bedroom condos, as well as 3 bedroom & 4 bedroom homes that sleep large groups! If you have over 10 guests just let us know & we'll be happy to send you more details of our listings to accommodate your group! We like to book 3 nights on the wkds but just message us & we'll try to work with you! This condo is perfect for those who want to be in the heart of Nashville's vibrant history, entertainment + local attractions. You're walking distance to Nashville’s hottest bars with live music, amazing restaurants, cute coffee shops & only a short Lyft to Broadway. PLUS, this condo has the one & only iconic guitar-shaped pool for you to enjoy! BEDROOM: - Two Queen Beds (sleeps 4) COMMON AREA: - Queen Sleeper Sofa Couch with memory foam mattress (sleeps 2) MAIN: The kitchen opens up into the living room. The kitchen has all NEW appliances & is stocked with the essentials for cooking. The living room has a very cozy feel for you to relax & enjoy while watching one of your favorite shows on DIRECTV. BATH: There is a double sink vanity & a standing glass shower. The bathroom has separate doors for the shower & toilet so there is plenty of privacy when in the bathroom. There are plenty of fresh towels. All bed linens & extra blankets are provided, including the sleeper sofa. Washer & dryer are in the condo for use as well. The condo will be professionally cleaned before you arrive. We provide shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, one roll of paper towels, 2-3 rolls of toilet paper & laundry detergent. The WiFi network & password will be on the Welcome Note on the counter. ENJOYABLE AMENTITIES: * 24 hour keyless access with personal key code * High speed Wifi * Smart TV in living room with Hulu LIVE * Full length mirrors * Luxury bedding & linen * Pillow-top mattresses * Controllable thermostats * Full kitchen with brand new appliances, silverware, dishes, glassware & utensils * Complimentary coffee with Mr Coffee maker * Community pool & grill * Pool towels * Washer & dryer * Free parking POOL: Most outdoor pools in Nashville are open May through September, depending on the weather. It is up to our HOA to determine the exact date of when the pool opens & closes throughout the year. PARKING: Covered parking provided on the premise with the included parking pass. This pass MUST be on the dash of your vehicle at all times. Additional parking is available across the street in front of the condo.

Great location. Was nice to park the car for our stay and walk or Uber to everything depending on our mood or level of drinking. Had everything we needed and host was available if needed but no issues on our end.

Very nice did not like waiting until right at check in time to receive any information on the rental. Keep waiting on the information the week before we checked in and finally called the owner.

Cute little apartment! They obviously consider details of travel needs/wants. Great owner communication. Secure & quiet building in a central location. A parking spot was never a problem; it's just tight spacing. For a one way street, surprising traffic volume during overnight hours - for light sleepers. Overall, terrific spot for a getaway!

Great location if you like to walk. The owner was quick to respond. Smells nice.
We did A LOT of walking so during some downtime we tried to watch TV. We couldn’t watch anything rated “adult”. We couldn’t cast our phones to the TV. The pool area is locked in April so we couldn’t sit by the pool either. There are some spongy spots in the floors of the condo. Otherwise, a good place to lay your head for a couple of nights.

The condo itself was very nice, spacious and clean. A great place to get away from the downtown traffic, but an easy quick walk if you want to go downtown. The immediate area had a good selection of live music, food, parks, cute boutiques, and historical areas to walk. I will definitely stay here again!

This condo is truly amazing. The location could not be beat, the decorations on the inside were just perfect, cleanliness was a 10+ and it was very quiet. I am so glad we stayed here… We enjoyed the local restaurants and bars that were less than a 2 to 3 minute walk compared to the Broadway way bars. This will definitely be a place we stay in the future- and I can’t wait!

It was our first time visiting Nashville and this place couldn’t have been in a better spot! There are tons of bars, restaurants and shops you can walk to in the area or you are short Uber drives from all the places in the area! The place was clean and portrayed exactly as it was in the photos! It was plenty of space for me and my friend while we stayed!

My wife, myself and children loved the property and the cleanliness and updated furniture with a music twist with the guitars hanging on the walls. I couldn’t be more pleased with our stay. The property owner was so pleasant to speak with. I give this property a 5 star rating!

The hosts were amazing and gave detailed instructions so checkin and checkout was easy. The condo was updated and very clean. I would definitely recommend this place or booking with Lacy.

The pictures online make this condo building and pool look amazing. Not true! The building is beat up, the pool was not appealing and dirty, and it definitely needs some updates. The key box to enter the building was broken so sometimes it took 10 tries to enter the building which is not safe, especially after coming home late from Broadway bars. The inside of the condo was adorable but small. The location was great and walking distance to midtown and music row. However, the thermostat didn’t work or control the temp. It was so hot and there are no fans or air movement so it was miserable sleeping. Maybe it would be better to rent this in the winter but on a hot day and night, I do not recommend it. It is a loud, busy neighborhood so opening windows at night wasn’t an option. Also, the toilet didn’t always flush (had to sometimes hold handle down a few times for flushing just toilet paper)and one toilet for 4-6 people is inconvenient. Pretty disappointed for the price.

Loved visiting Nashville, and the condo that we stayed at was very nice. Suited our needs perfectly. It is a small condo, but it was just what we needed. There were four of us celebrating our 50th birthdays in Nashville, and this condo was just was perfect for us. If you need a nice place to stay for a Nashville visit, look at this condo!

In town for a 50th birthday. This apartment was perfect for our group of four ladies. Location was convenient. The apartment was very clean, had all the amenities we needed and we really enjoyed the pool after being out and about during the day. Lacey was great to work with. We would absolutely stay here again.

Property was clean and just as described in the pictures! Owners were super helpful and answered all my questions and answered very quickly! Location was great! Not too far away from downtown but not right in the middle! I will definitely recommend this property to friends and look forward to staying here again! :)

Cute condo and great location. Walking distance to Broadway, honky tonks, Vanderbilt and much more within 2 miles. Short drive to all the Nashville neighborhoods, Opryland and Grand Ole Opry. Condo has everything you need.
