It was clean and the concierge was extremely helpful.

The hotel is a condominium building inside a complex of other condominium buildings. It is not at all a relaxing ambience and not set in a lush natural environment as pictured. The view is not as expected as they’re literally surrounded by other tall condominium buildings.

Breakfast

Bed is too hard.

Excellent breakfast, comfy bed and the hot spring was awesome.

Wait time is long for reps to come pick up dishes from room service after a call is made. Front desk chaotic during check in when there are people waiting.

We were impressed by the room we stayed in. It is spatious, with a living room, a mini kitchen and fridge, and a tatami room for our kid. The atmosphere of the room is very inviting. The bathroom is also spatious with a huge hotsrping tub (expected) and a very interesting shower facility- with mutiple shower head/arm and a built in chair to sit. The in-room breakfast service is impressive too, only we've got too much food we could eat.

The facilities are not opened yet due to COVID-19 situation. It's at the pricy side-considering the whole hotel is not back to its full function. We'd like to visit this place when the facilities are back to normal. There is nothing we strongly dislike about the room, except for the bed- it is the very opposite of a soft bed, which is not what we are used to. One thing we'd like to improve would be the choice of Nespresso capsule- we'd like to have something not as dark as the ones provided to us.

Located at a very tranquil surrounding, the hotel looks like a residential building next door. The room is indeed spacious; it is even equipped with a small kitchen. It seems the room was originally designed as an (self-serviced) apartment. It gives you a feeling of staying at a ‘home’ in Taipei.

I might want a change in the way the breakfast is served. Room service is indeed appealing at the beginning, yet if the food is not hot enough when it comes, especially during a chilly morning, you lose your appetite immediately, particularly when you experienced the same thing each morning. The food may vary a bit as well. In fact there is a restaurant at the lobby. What about serving hot food there?
