Wir waren mit der Familie für 1 Woche in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus. Die Buchung und der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter verlief jederzeit reibungslos. Sehr freundlicher und herzlicher Empfang bei der Anreise und auch während des Aufenthalts immer gut erreichbar. Das Ferienhaus ist wunderschön und hat alles was man für den Urlaub braucht. Alles ist sehr modern, sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns hier jederzeit sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus liegt etwas Abseits in den Bergen, ist aber gut erreichbar (eigenes Auto vorausgesetzt). Wir würden dieses Haus jederzeit wieder buchen und auch weiter empfehlen.

Wir genossen die Zeit in diesem Ferienhaus sehr. Es ist sehr hell und groß für eine Familie mit drei Kindern und Großeltern, jeder findet ein ruhiges Plätzchen in den hellen Zimmern. Das Haus ist wunderschön renoviert, liebevoll und bestens ausgestattet. Es liegt sehr ruhig am Berg gelegen, was uns total zugesagt hat, ist umgeben von Olivenhainen und Gemüsegärten. Die Terrasse mit Pool und Aussenküche war für uns allerdings das absolute Highlight- wir grillten jeden Tag nach langen Badetagen. Dafür wurden wir auch noch immer wieder mit frischem Gemüse aus eigenem Anbau versorgt. Tatsächlich wurden wir während unseres Aufenthalts unglaublich herzlich und gastfreundlich aufgenommen - die Vermieter leben in der Nähe, sind jederzeit ansprechbar und erfüllen jeden Wunsch, drängen sich aber niemals auf- man hat das Gefühl, dass man wirklich willkommen ist. Zu den Stränden ist es schon ein Fahrtweg von gut 20 Minuten, dafür wird man mit wunderschöner Natur, felsiger Küste und fast kompletter Einsamkeit belohnt- man muss nur ein bisschen suchen…nur gut zu Fuß sollte man sein- aber selbst mit Dreijähriger gut zu machen. Die Ausflüge in die Umgebung haben uns sehr gut gefallen- besonders war, dass wir eigentlich überall auf sehr freundliche Leute getroffen sind. Die Fahrt von Deutschland ist echt weit und durch Corona- Bestimmungen gab es Verzögerungen- trotzdem hat sie sich total gelohnt und wir würden sofort wieder kommen… besondere Tipps: Natürlich Dubrovnik und Cavtat besuchen! Unbedingt die nahegelegene Burg anschauen- ist toll hergerichtet und wirklich eine Besichtigung wert. Außerdem ist das Olivenöl am Stand vor der Burg exzellent. Und zu guter Letzt- das Restaurant Mr.und Mrs. Caput im Dorf unterhalb serviert bestes, frisches Essen insbesondere Fisch bei herrlichem Sonnenuntergang auf der Terrasse…

Our family with our 3 young children have had a really memorable time playing in the pool, walking up to the fort and enjoying spending time together. The hosts owners are always on hand if required and are a wonderful family making sure that every detail is looked after from ensuring the daily pool clean to very generously bringing over the most impressive vegetables from their garden. As a place to stay, it is a real sanctuary, that be warned, you may never want to leave! If you do wish to venture out Dubrovnik old town is a great trip and there are plenty of local beaches to explore. Local shops are available within a short drive and the biggest supermarket is a drive away but stock up and enjoy the views! Car essential but we found it increasingly difficult to tear ourselves away and venture out from this blissful place. Thank you for a wonderful week.

This is the best villa we have ever stayed in! Lovingly refurbished to a fantastic standard throughout and every need catered for. Ines and Anton were lovely to our family and extremely welcoming and helpful. The nearby castle and surroundings were beautiful and the whole stay was very relaxing. Would definitely come back again and cannot recommend highly enough! Many thanks again!

The attention to detail is incredible - we particularly loved the ceramics and the fabulous floors - and all the furnishings made for a very comfortable and stylish look. The hosts have thought of everything. Their kindness and hospitality continued throughout the week with delicious fresh towels and bedding, pool cleaning before we’d even woken, offers to print tickets, local recommendations, garden produce and amazing cake. It’s like a serviced apartment and so much more. Such a delightful family - so generous, yet discrete and unintrusive. We will be back in a heart beat! Thank you for a wonderful family holiday.

We stayed as a family of 4 adults & 4 kids (from 1,5 to 12 yes) and without any doubt this house was the final highlight of our wonderful Croatia trip. Modern and spacious, yet very cozy, with a nice little garden spreading into nearby fields and woods and finally a massive pool area including an extra outdoor kitchen- none of us felt the urge to leave this place at all (although e.g. Cavtat is a great place and only 15 minutes drive). What does not really come out on the photos is the exceptionally gorgeous location on a mountain overlooking a wide green valley full of cypress and olive trees and the sea within sight. A cool mediaval fortress is a direct neighbour, the kids loved it. Finally the host family living nearby are the certainly the nicest and most caring people you can imagine! Enjoy this perfect place!

This was a villa which not only lived up to expectations but exceeded them. It was clean, modern had everything you need. Dont be put off by the fact that it is not located in the center of a the busy tourist resort. Its much better positioned where it is. It is has privacy, great views, quiet surroundings but not completely isolated. There is a nearby town with a small supermarket and the larger ones are only about 20 minute drive away . Look out for either Tommys or Pemos where you will get all your provisions. If required the Wifi is great and there is a TV in the main lounge and each bedroom. Outside cooking facilities next to the pool area , radio and much much more. Dont bother taking any towels at all . The owners make sure you have plenty during your stay.Located next to the tourist attraction of Sokol Grad the views and scenery were outstanding. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who doesn’t settle for just average. It is located on the hillside about a 20 -25 minute drive from the lovely town of Cavtat with its many resturants and lovely marina. At the same time the property via Gruda is only again 20-25 minutes away from the airport. Next to the entrance to the airport is a fuel station, convenient for filling up your hire car before returning it. Can’t speak highly enough about the friendly welcome we received from the owners who stay nearby. They looked after us and made us feel very welcome. The were the perfect hosts. Due to its location a car really is essential but if you enjoy eating breakfast in the early morning sun overlooking the hills in peace and quiet then this is the place for you. If the high standards are maintained in this property then people I would expect will return year after year to this same location. You will not be disappointed!!
