About this house rental

Located in Missouri City, this attractive house for $301 per night is a great option for your next break. DEAR GUEST! PLEASE FOLLOW THE HOUSE RULES: -If you book the house, you must stay unless you have discussed this in past with us and you will be personally responsible for the house. -This Property is in deed-restricted Homeowner association and most HOA doesn’t like short-term rental places (Air B and B /VRBO) therefore we don’t want to rent and get red-flagged by HOA therefore help me by following the instructions. -NO Random invites without prior permission. -NO Throwing party or Parties. -NO Loud music inside or outside, please respect our neighbors and if we get a complaint from neighbors, we will have to cancel the reservation and ask you to leave . -No hanging out outside the front door -Don’t just leave the front door open, we have nosey neighbors who will call the police just to harass you and me. -NO smoking inside the house or front of the house. We allow smoking in the back of the house area and at least 5 feet away from the door. -NO Pets without prior permission. -upon check out, please follow all checkout instructions list. -If you have more people staying at the house than listed on the reservation, you will lose your deposit. -Anything missing upon Inventory upon check out. -Missing garage door remote. -Late Checkout without prior approval. -Don’t have anything shipped to the house without prior permission. -We provide make-up wipes/removers, please do not use towels as the towels get stained and we cannot use them for the next guest. -Make-up stains on pillowcases/bed sheets and comforters. -Don’t use towels or wash clothes to clean or wipe down your shoes. Please! read and respond. Thank you! Nice places are not cheap and cheap places are not nice. Think about it. Completely remodeled upgrade, corporate living, Missouri City TX, close to Sugarland, Katy, Richmond, Rosenberg. 4 bed 2 bath with 2 car attached garage Everything you need is there, just bring your clothes and food And your set and enjoy. Quiet neighborhood and easy access to tolls. No Smoking inside, No parties, No random invites without approval. This property has outdoor security cameras for your protection.

Overall it was okay for what we needed it for. It was neat, but not cleaned very well. The sheets seemed clean, but the comforters had yellow stains on them. Along a few of the baseboards there were dead bugs. The power went out when we were on an outing & didn’t realize it until tried to get back into the house after we left the bar at 2am & was unsuccessful. Finally the power came back on fora split second, we were able to push the garage door opener to get back in the house. The power went back out shortly after.

The process to check in and check out was spelled out very clearly. The property manager was responsive and helpful. We enjoyed staying in this home and was a great way to share family time. The layout was unique and great to coexist. I would stay here again for sure.
