The Styx restaurant across the road was great, brilliant seafood, very fresh!
Very cold in the lifts & corridors, quite claustrophobic but very good security!

The location was beautiful 😍
We felt untrusted and didnt like.the rules speech we received. We stay a lot of places and always treat properties with respect, some people need to know your audience. We will never stay here again!!!!

Great location close enough to walk into town with great eateries across the road
Plenty of towels and bathroom supplies was great
The use of outdoor furniture as an indoor sofa was uncomfortable to relax on.
The lumpy mattress topper didn’t make for a comfy night sleep.
Didn’t appear to be any dishcloths
Bit unfortunate that the view from our room was a concrete silo and not the harbour

Close proximity to great restaurants and cafes. Spacious apartment.
Bed was not great. Outside furniture for lounge not really comfortable.

Over the top RULES LIST/ orientation giving immediate feeling of discomfort about staying at property.
Needed a refresh. Lots of chipped paint and shower door appallingly hard to open
Definitely not properly vacuumed as items found on floor on arrival ( tags from clothing and safety pins in bedroom)
Unbelievably hot/stuffy as RULES stated all windows/doors to be shut and locked when leaving property( 3rd floor)
RULES for cleanup at end of stay... appears guest must do most of cleaning prior to leaving. I’m not sure what the cleaner does.
As the owner of a B and B I found this pretty offensive and the location of the property didn’t make up for the feeling of being a burden to the body Corp.

Bathroom was not clean and shower rose and holder was broken and fan didn’t work
