12 couples from all across country. 6 individual rooms (one carriage house) was perfect. Amazing views w direct access to beach w own stairs. Well appointed. Great kitchen which was used for a couple of meals w (awesome) private Chef JoJo. Short walk or bike ride to Rosemary and Alys beach shops and restaurants. A truly memorable stay!

We had an amazing time staying at the Villa at Sandy Shores. The views are incredible from morning through the evening. Having the private beach is amazing! The home was very clean upon arrival, but there are some areas that could be freshened up, especially the grill and outdoor patio area. The home has all the necessities and is close to everything with so many great places to dine. A couple of things: it would have been nice to have better ping pong equipment to play with, but definitely not a deal breaker. The A/V system was tough to use and my husband is very technologically savvy, as this is our line of work, so that was a struggle. Definitely could use an upgrade especially with sound and ease of use of the system, as well as access to SmartTVs with more channel options in all rooms. We definitely wished there would have been a TV outdoors on one of the floors. A final thing to note is that the pool and spa jets do not run all day. Everything is on a timer, so if this is something you want to use throughout your stay, it only runs for set times. Overall we loved our time and would definitely return!

Our family had a great week staying here! The location is perfect. The pool is a good size so all can swim in it. It was nice to have the chairs and umbrellas set up everyday. House was clean and maintained. Management company was wonderful and in constant communication. Thanks for helping create amazing memories 🤗

Gorgeous home right on the beach! Our family couldn't have had a more enjoyable place to stay. Beach chairs and umbrellas set up and waiting for us everyday. Heated pool/spa and bikes at the ready. Quick walk to downtown Rosemary and Alys restaurants. The house came with beach towels and enough starter supplies that actually lasted our whole trip. The management team was so prompt and helpful with any questions we had. The only thing we would have done differently would be to have had the team do our grocery shopping before we arrived and booked a bonfire on the beach. We will be booking again next trip!

the location of the house is great! The pool was nice. the stay was mediocre. The house was not clean enough. There must have been a group of women in the house. There signs left in the house and teh overall cleaning was mediocre. it looked clean until you really started to look at it. We had a baby the floors were filthy. With a baby, things are accidentally thrown under the couch. There wa so much dust and trash under the couches. It was gross. There was something on the master bedroom sheets. The outside of the house when compared to house next door definitely needs a face lift! the kitchen main outdoor floor dining area. The couches were filthy and the grill over the fireplace is disgusting. the beach chairs are suppose to be ours everyday. We would go down there and someone was in them or they would take a name off another set of chairs and give those to us. One of the reasons we picked this property was because of the beach access with designated chairs. Also they power washed the house next door and played loud music every single day! we also disliked not being able to speak to someone in person---text only!

Our beautiful rental property, Villa Sandy Shores, was ready upon arrival! We were grateful to find it clean and cool. The layout was perfect for our family. The AC did require adjusting for our needs but that was taken care of in good timing which we really appreciated. Because of all that, we will return.

The home was very clean, well maintained and in a great location. Shops, restaurants are all within walking distance. The private beach limited the number of people on the beach which was great for our family. Very relaxing trip.

This place has spoiled us for anything else. The space was perfect for large group gatherings as there were plenty of spots where people could gather separately without always feeling like you needed to leave the house in order to get space and time away from others.
Everything was very comfortable, and our hosts were exceptionally helpful.

Beautiful house- cannot beat the views and convenience to the beach. Very private- beautifully decorated home. We had 4 families on our trip and the house was so spacious and well designed it felt like we all had a private experience. We loved the pool- and the kitchen opens up to a deck with million dollar views and sounds of the gulf. This has been our favorite house to rent on 30A by far!

This house exceeded every expectation. Beautiful interiors and magazine-worthy ocean views. The rental company went above and beyond to make our stay excellent. The pool was beautiful. House was luxurious, spacious, and convenient to many fun shops and restaurants. My family and I would rate this property 5 stars and recommend to any large family looking to stay directly on the ocean.

Our family had been looking forward to this trip and the property and management company exceeded our expectations and then some. The property was immaculate and gorgeous! The pool and gulf front location were just the start and taken to the next level by the service of the management company! They set up everything we thought of and several experiences we didn't... from the private chef that cooked us dinner, to the bonfire on the beach with s'mores!!
