We were very pleased with our stay! The condo was beautifully decorated and clean. The location was perfect, steps away from the beach! We would definitely stay here again.

The condo is perfect! Super clean, updated and modern, all the amenities of home. The owner is super responsive. Stunning views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. The beach is steps from the pool down a private path. The private stretch of beach is nice and quiet with lots of room to spread out. I would definitely stay here again. Don't hesitate to book this fabulous beach getaway!

The property was very clean and just as it appeared in the listing. The owners are very responsive and friendly. It was great to sit on the balcony and stair out at the Gulf! Great place!

Property was perfect. Clean, very queit, right and on the beach. Great views Roof top was perfect for watching the sunsets. Publix and other stores and resturants within blocks. A great beach bar not too far to walk to listen to music and watch the sunset. Molly was great, easy checkin ... everything was great. I will definitely be back. Thank you

My mom and I sincerely enjoyed our time in Treasure island! this condo was perfect for our needs, very well stocked and location is great. Water pressure was low but everything else was great!

Spotless and up to date. The location was great. Just walk out to a beautiful beach! The unit is not huge but comfortable and nice to have 2 full baths. We enjoyed the pool and spa although an unsupervised child set off an alarm at the spa one night which blared deafeningly for 30 mins as we were enjoying drinks on the balcony. Wish the kitchen had a little more storage capacity for our groceries but no big deal. Loved being up on the 5 th floor for the exceptional view!

The unit was terrible dirty from the kitchen to the bathrooms. I spent 30 mins alone on the kitchen to ensure all was clean especially during this COVID time. The bath shower had literally hair in the drain. Disgusting!!! The unit was furniture is run-down. The beds are super uncomfortable to say the least. The water pressure in the showers in NON Existing. The only saving grace to our 4 night vacation was the view. I will be requesting some type of credit. Overall I won't not say in this particular unit again.

We stayed Sunday-Thursday and it was a perfect stay. Location is great, right on the beach with a pool and hot tub. Only complaint we had was the water pressure was lacking, but adequate to take a shower. Check-in was easy, access was easy. Pictures represent what you get. Great stay and enjoyed our visit.

Check in was easy. New property exactly as shown in pictures. Clean and well stocked. Would definitely stay again. Great local places close by. Not unit related but location driven items for renters to be aware. Water pressure is minimal, does not seem to be driven by fixtures but actually a building issue. Not a non smoking property, could not really enjoy balcony at times because of others smoking on theirs. Maintenance and housekeeping show up around 8:30-9a and you will know they are there if you sleep late and are in the bedroom adjacent to the elevator.

We arrived on time for check in and all went smooth to enter a clean condo with all the necessities. Great view of ocean and beautiful only steps away, Had problem with air conditioner but when contacted Molly she took care of problem. Had a great stay and would come back again. All staff was helpful and friendly!!

There's nothing better to be right on the beach. The room was exactly as represented, comfortable, clean and updated. The hot tub was out of order when we first got there but was fixed in shortly after.

Last minute trip to visit 2 colleges in Tampa, spouse decide to come at the last minute but wanted to stay on the beach and not in a hotel. Molly was wonderful to work with and was able to get us a early check-in. She answered questions prior to booking quickly which made her condo the one to go with. The place was clean and just as advertised , the location was fabulous. Views were breathtaking from the balcony and the roof top. In the evening my son and husband enjoyed the pool. We ate at places she had on her suggestion list and we loved them all. ( The Mexican pizza) was delicious. As well as the burger place down the street (located in the hotel) The property is so close to everything ...especially the grocery store which made it so convenient!! I actually shared her place to the person on the plane home who didn't have such a good experience as we did. If my son is accepted & attends one of the colleges. We hope to visit Molly's place again.

The location and the view from the building are amazing. Just enough room for a family of 4. Everything you could need for a stay at the beach. We had a great time. Might have someone change out the shower heads. The water pressure is very low. I think a small shower head would help increase the pressure. Other than that it was perfect! And low water pressure definitely won't keep me from coming back.

Location is central and easy to get to many of the local places. Condo a little pricy for the amenities. Pool small and right by parking garage. Great access to beach.

Great location, loved the amenities and the condo was clean.

We had a terrific stay at Molly's ocean view unit on Treasure Island. The unit is freshly remodeled, in excellent condition, and well-equipped with kitchen wares, towels, beach gear, etc. The location is unbeatable - right on the beach and easy access to restaurants and activities on Gulf Avenue by walking or car. We loved the beach as its very large/wide, not crowded, and a company services the beach with cabanas, kayaks, paddle boards, etc. right outside the complex. There also is a nice hot tub to hang out in. The unit is modest in size however comfortably accommodates 4 guests. Water pressure a bit low; otherwise everything functioned properly with new appliances. Storage for groceries is a bit limited so things need to be stored on the countertops. Assigned parking is provided which made for very convenient travel around the area with our rental car. Overall an excellent experience, I would strongly recommend this property for your Florida vacation!

First the good, the location was wonderful, and the check-in person and the maintenance person were pleasant and helpful. As far as the condo, this did not compare to the other rental places we have stayed at in the area. We had just stayed 2 weeks prior to this in Indian Rocks at a condo we rented through a local private management company, and we had bikes included and movies to rent if we wanted. Also, we were not charged a $35.00 daily resort fee plus taxes like we were for this condo. The fees were not transparent on the website. The resort fees were disclosed only on a drop- down arrow under "view more house rules" which should be clearer and stated on front page and included on payment page as charges to be paid at time of check-in. There is nothing in this condo that considers this a "resort". It has a pool that is fenced off in the parking lot near the street traffic that is loud and few chairs to sit at. The pool is advertised as heated, but it was not, and other renters told us that the heater was broken. No one was in the pool because it was cold, and temperatures were seasonally cooler there when we stayed so it would have been nice if it would have been heated. There was a hot tub that was nice, however. Also, the cleanliness of this condo was not up to par. There was dust stacked on ceiling fans, above all of the doorway trims, visually seen, and on top of the refrigerator. There is very limited cabinet space for groceries for 4 adults in the kitchen and placing them on top of the refrigerator was not an option. The living room furniture is in desperate need of being thrown out. The couch was basically broken down and we had to use 3 pillows and a down comforter to make it useable for 2 weeks. We eventually brought in the lanai furniture and used it for indoor seating. The TV stand was battered up as well and should be thrown out. For as much as we paid for this condo it should have been better. The view is spectacular, however based on experiences elsewhere on this beach and the beaches nearby, we won't be staying here again. Overly priced for what you get and I would not recommend this property. You can do better!

We stayed the first week of February and enjoyed everything about our getaway! The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. The beach was just a few steps from the property and wasn’t overly crowded. There was an abundance of restaurants and bars very close and even more just a short drive away. We would definitely stay at this property again the next time we visit St.Pete Beach.

The condo was lovely and well equipped. Our family enjoyed the almost private beach, and walkability to places in the area like Publix. Don’t hesitate to stay here.
