Overall a great time some quirks but was ok. We would rent again.

Had a hiccup with check-in, but the owner was reactive and accommodating. Beside the miscommunication at check-in—the home was perfect. Spacious and everything that is needed for family & friends. Great location.

The house was Perfect for a family of 6 with 4 teens 15-20. Charles was an excellent host & checked in to see if we needed anything. We would definitely stay again.

Charles was a very attentive host. Property was exactly as described with lots of extras. House cleaned top to bottom, clean bedding in all the bedrooms and plenty of clean linens in bathrooms. Pool was crystal clear, heated and everything working as it should be. It was above and beyond our expectations with all the little things and extra perks. All the beach accessories you’ll need, bikes , kayaks, fishing pole. Fishing was excellent right from the dock. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to staying again.

The house is great , we had a great time, owner is very friendly and allowed us to check out late without any extra fee. And very helpful as we bring our 32ft boat and tide it to the dock in the back of the house to fish around . The only concern is that the AC unit is not big enough for the house. The back 2 rooms are VERY HOTTTT you can’t sleep one it we sleeped on the living rooms sofas . The back rooms has ceeling fans and other fans but they will blow hot air . This is an easy fix for the owner if he wants to take care of that and it should. Besides that everything was great and outstanding.

A few nuances: coffee maker that you cannot the read buttons, extra toiletries, such as soap (only received 1 shampoo/conditioner for family of 5), back up propane tank (we refilled and got stuck in the store for a while), more than 1 dishwashing soap pod (we didn't mind washing dishes by hand but the dishwasher would have been more convenient), cleaning the drain by the pool (we cleaned it since there was water pulling), fixing the screen by the pool (we put tape so the bugs wouldn't come in) & fixing the leak in ceiling in one of the bedrooms (It rained heavily early morning; Chuck was aware and has been trying to get the screen and roof fixed). Overall, we still had a great experience and the host was very responsive!

If you want to get disconnected, go to this place.... I didn’t took my phone at any time (much need it) Charles answer all my questions very quickly. In general we have an amazing experience. We have to go back again for sure.

Rented property for a short family get together close to sanibel island. It was approx 30 mins from sanibel beach. Charles’ house was great and had everything we needed. The back bunk room was extremely warm but there were fans available if needed.

Our stay was great, house is spacious and the pool area is beautiful. Charles was very kind, accommodating, easy to talk to. Would come back!

We were very pleased with our stay. The house was very clean. The beds were so comfortable. We slept 10 people easily. The only thing, is the heater was on in the pool. It was too warm. Not refreshing. Depending on your preference, next time I would request that the heater was turned off before we arrived.

The club had everything we needed. There was a lot of space and we loved the open kitchen. Spent the whole weekend by the pool. Only bummer was that the gas grill didn’t work but then we used the charcoal one instead. Like I said: anything you could need!

But the owner was on top of the situation and called the pool guy. It was something he couldn't control... We only got to enjoy it the last day. I would say that the yard is not as big as it looks, but it has kayaks and bikes that you can use (we used the kayak, not the bikes) and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. We had a really nice time :)

Excellent property if you are staying with extended family. Perfect sleeping for everyone! Pool made the stay for our grandkids. Cooler, beach towels, bikes....this place has it all!

Our family had an amazing trip. The house was perfect and a wonderful place to stay. We would love to come back again

We just can’t say enough about this property or it’s owners. From the moment I finalized our reservation and Chris phoned me immediately, to our checking out today- I felt like we received personal attention - even though the owners are States away. Pictures don’t do this property justice! It’s spacious, airy and just feels like a big hug each time you open the front door. The back of the house is the show stealer!! It sits on the canal (as you see in pics) and has this amazing Lanai- where you can sit under for hours watching the fish and the birds. It is as serene a place I have ever been! Chuck the owner, offers his boat to rent. I strongly suggest you do for at least part of your stay. It made our entire vacation!! Cape Coral is a charming town with much to offer; and this home is ideally located. Haven’t even left Florida yet to return my journey back to Philadelphia. and am already homesick for our extraordinary vacation getaway! Everything you could need or want is provided- you will fall in love immediately - and feel like we do......that there is something indeed EXTRA special about this home!
