Clean room but could be cleaner

Was never sent a code to get into my room. Tried calling both number given, no answer on either. So had to go and sleep on the floor of a friend in another hotel. A truly terrible experience and absolutely waste of money.

Great location, easy walk to shops and restaurants and parking. Rooms were great, self check in, but the host responded quickly, with no issues.

Rooms and bathrooms were very tidy, towels and soap were provided. Very fair price for what was provided and the location.

Bed in the double room was a little short.

need more table space, a couple of chairs (there is one comfy sofa) and luggage racks

Did not get breakfast the place lacks the human touch of a welcome from the host.

I E-mail you on two occasions to request a receipt and I am still waiting for one for prove of overnight stay fir my work.

Location is wonderful. Everyone we met and talked to was kind and every question/ doubt was solved in minutes. The rooms were comfortable, shower and bed were great. There was water, coffee, sugar, tea in the room. :) Oban is a beautiful city full of lovely people.

From the outset James made me very welcome and ensured my stay was very comfortable. Ardvaich House was central and a short walk to all attractions and restaurants. My room was cozy and clean. Stayed for 5 nights initially and when weather conditions deteriorated I had to stay for 2 more nights. The extra nights were not a problem for James who was very relaxed and helpful.
