Everything overall was perfect! Our condo was clean and ready hours before it was supposed to be and I was quickly notified that we could check in early. Our room was very clean and suited our needs perfectly. Would definitely stay again!

The property was nothing like the pictures. I think the photos online were of a completely different condo. However, I think what we got was even BETTER than the other. It was WONDERFUL! Clean and had all of the things we needed (kitchen, furniture, beach stuff). It is perfectly located close to restaurants, grocery, and right on the beach. The only complaint I have is that the master bath shower head was not very good. I wound up having to shower in the other bathroom in order to really feel like I could get my hair rinsed. Overall, it was a great stay for us!

The process was easy, communicating with the owner was seamless, she was very responsive to our questions. We look forward to coming again!

Everything was super easy from booking to the communication with Ella. She was very fast to respond. The place was very clean, has everything you need, and the view was amazing!!! We loved our stay I highly recommend this place!!!

Check in was so easy. We all had a blast at the pools and hot tub. The unit was very clean.

Property was clean , the furnishings where a little dated but functional , the balcony was large and a great view . No tv in second bedroom was disappointing we had teens with us , the ice maker in the freezer was slow to make ice so bring some. , fast communication with owner which is nice , we would book this condo again. Worth the money !

From start to finish Ella was great to deal with and always available if we had a question!! Condo is in a great/central location and was very clean upon arrival. Furniture is comfortable and beds were as well!! Plenty of space and seating on the large balcony!! We will try to book this room again the next time we are in PCB!!

Condo was fairly clean and was a good size. We were there in the off-season and it was fairly quiet. We really enjoyed the pools and the VERY close walk to the beach! It was nice to have beach service but the company does favor customers who are paying direct over customers who have the service included in with their room. (They said they can place the customers with beach service included wherever they want to and direct pay customers can choose their seats.) Ella was very quick to respond and help in any way. The kitchen had everything we needed but I would suggest that there be plastic dishes be added for kids because I was afraid to give my 5 year old the glass dishes. It would be nice to have some Tupperware type containers with lids also. We have stayed in condos before that had some extra chairs and even a beach cart to take your things to the beach. This condo didn’t have any of that. With the number of people this condo sleeps (3 beds plus 2 sofa beds), it would be nice to have a few extras since the beach service is only includes one umbrella and 2 chairs. Of course, that would just be an added bonus but convenient so that you wouldn’t have to pack all of that in your car. My biggest complaint was that the beds were SUPER hard. We all ended up taking turns sleeping in one bed in the non-master bedroom because it was the most comfortable out of the three beds. Overall the condo and building were nice with good amenities and a close walk to the beach!

We had a great family vacation at Ocean Villa. We loved that the condo was right in the beach and that there is a balcony overlooking the beach. The beach was amazing; clean, white sand, and not overly packed with people. The water was perfectly clear & warm. When weren’t at the beach, the kids enjoyed swimming at the pool, and my husband and I loved that there was a hot tub and steam room by the pool as well. Ella was great at communicating with us. We would definitely come back again & highly recommend this place to others.

Throughly enjoyed our stay in the condo!! The location was perfect and the condo was wonderful. I would suggest having some sheets available for the sleeper sofa and maybe a couple more dish towels

My husband and I went to PCB for a short week stay in the Condo. The condo was very clean and well accommodated. There was easy access to the beach and there were even complimentary beach chairs provided! We loved every moment of our stay. Thanks.

This was a beautiful place to stay. The condo was comfortable and had beautiful ocean views.The beach was gorgeous and the chairs provided by the owner were a blessing. My family and I had a great time. My only suggestion to Ella would be to provide a map of things to do and places to eat. With some research we did find wonderful places to eat and fun family things to do, but there is so much more that is not advertised. The Zoo had a laminated map hanging on the wall that would be perfect in the Condo. Ella thank you for being a pleasure to work with. The Krawczyks will be back!

Location was great. Condo was spacious and very clean. We enjoyed our stay immensely!!

Condo 903 has good floorplan layout, nice size balcony with great views. However, the unit itself was not cleaned well, over decorated with too many unrelated bits, crowded with oversized furnishings that is dated and dirty. Also, the balcony door locks are rusted in place and can't be locked, giving an unsafe feeling when sleeping or away from the condo. There is also no inside security lock/bolt/chain on the front entry door, again giving an uneasy feeling when sleeping. However on the positive side, the kitchen is well equipped and there is a nice stack washer/dryer unit. A big issue with this property as of 09 Nov 2017 is that there is major road works going on in front of the property all along Front Beach Rd. Very noisy and inconvenient. I realize this is progress, but the condo owner should flag this on her website so that renters can make an informed decision. Because of this reasons and some minor others I haven't mentioned, I would not recommend this property at this time. However, to be fair, the location and views make this property a good value for the money.
