Only positive comment is that the place is clean. Missing light bulbs everywhere. The living room fan has three different bulbs and only two work, giving out dim amber lighting which makes it look like the lighting in Disney’s haunted mansion. No Internet during the entire stay. I left one day early because me and my wife could not stand it anymore. Find something else.

The house was very clean, the rooms are large. Comfortable seating in the living room and the view is great. Don't expect everything to be brand new and you won't be disappointed. The house worked for our vacation, but everything wasn't perfect. We had to use our own Hulu when we couldn't get a signal on the TV but then discovered that Amazon Prime worked on the TV. The Internet was terrible. I called and reported the TV wasn't working right, just so the next guests might not have to deal with it. We like a softer mattress and our bed was a bit hard, even with a topper, so we didn't sleep the best. Hard to turn our trailer around in the drive/yard but we managed. Two very sharp turns to get there and a gravel drive. But overall, our stay was pleasant.

Loved this place! Convenient to Bryson City, easy drive, very clean, privacy, roomy. We felt at home and enjoyed the outside fireplace and great view. There were games, toys and DVD’s. Dish TV did not work probably due to tree blocking the signal. Will definitely stay here again! Did not deal with agent. Booking done on line very easy.

The house itself is very roomy had really nice views and the area was peaceful. My issues are as follows:
The back door was unlocked and ajar when we arrived.
The house was dirty. It needs a deep cleaning.
Ice machine in freezer shows mold in tray. Floors has visible dirt under tables. Rugs needed vacuuming. Looked like someone had vomited on the hallway bathroom wall and it was not cleaned off the wall. Grout in hallway bath had mold present. Dishes were in the dishwasher. I emailed the management company and included pictures. I have not gotten a response from my email. I cleaned what I could, but was very disappointed I had to clean the rental myself, on Christmas vacation. I would stay again, but they need to replace their cleaning service and refund me the cleaning fee I paid.

We loved our stay in this home .. It was perfect for all of us.

The only problem was the A/C did not work when we arrived. (Sat) Sunday they came fix it. Monday it was out again. They came to fix it Wednesday but did not fix. We left Thurs morning. We called Yellow Rose after we got home . We were not at the place in the day time so that helped and the nights cooled off some. Overall, just our bad luck. They really tried but after all is said and done, we were OK.

We loved this house! It has plenty of room and the yard is great. The driveway was longer and curvier than I had expected but it was fine since the weather was ok. The Wi-Fi could be better also (per kids and teens) but I would expect that in the mountains. We would love to return in the future.

This property was very nice. We enjoyed our time as there was plenty of space for us all to enjoy. I would recommend that you stock up on necessities - especially in the kitchen. Even if you charge a little more every night - the basics would be great. Garbage bags, foil, plastics, etc...Overall, great experience.

We rented the house so we could ride the motorcycle in the mountains.The location is amazing. Great view of some mountains. Not far from Cherokee or Maggie Valley with some great restaurants. The house is good size when there is multiple people staying at once. Had a great time. Thank you.

We loved the view and the roominess of the house. We were outside enjoying the picnic area quite a bit and inside in the living area. The cleaning crew needs to do a better job. The bedroom with the twin beds where my 10 month old grandson was staying had game pieces, candy, and medicine on the floor. Everywhere else was nice.

4-day rental. We rented this place for the view, and the ability to sit and swing on the swing prominently featured in the ads. We arrived after hours, noticed no swing, made a note, as the management company addresses "emergencies only" after hours. Sent an email first thing the next morning to apprise. We lounged around and walked around, looked into the open air barn, where we saw a decrepit swing underneath a lot of trash--disposable gloves, cans and bottles--clearly had been there a while. When we headed into town midday, we stopped at the realty office to follow up on our email. We found two pleasant women inside who appeared idle. We told them about the swing. They asked if we had sent an email, and then one of the women acknowledged that they had gotten it that morning. They took our number, and said they would "try" to reach the owners. We received a call later that day to say that the owners would go to Lowes the following day and purchase a swing that they would install. That never happened. No swing the entire stay. No follow up phone call. In addition, one of the women had to come over to the house to take down the corn hole game, for which she had to stand on a picnic table and reacher over her head to bring down. The house is fine (DARK!!!), with couches that are stained and uncomfortable, and the plastic on the DR table puts out a grandmotherly "don't touch anything vibe. Also, the windows dirty from paw prints and pet slobber indicate a laziness in management.

This house was everything we hoped for and more. Beautifully decorated and so comfortable. It had everything we needed ..... comfortable bed, lots of towels, etc, and a very well stocked kitchen. The beautiful view was an added bonus. We highly recommend this for your next vacation in this area.

Love this place .........
