About this house rental
DUN WORKIN is a comfortable 4 bedroom holiday shack that accommodates up to 11 guests and is absolute beachfront. Kitchen with microwave and 2 fridges, slow cooker, Nescafe Dolce Gusto Starbucks coffee machine - BYO Pods - can be bought at Woolworths, open plan dining and lounge with TV, DVD, sliding doors that lead out to an undercover paved area with outdoor setting and gas BBQ, magnificent sea views from Coobowie to Edithburgh. Reverse cycle air-conditioning, ceiling fans, 1 Bathroom, 2 toilets. Open storage shed, fish cleaning facility, enclosed yard, plenty of room for the boat. Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - double, bed 3 - double, bed 4 - 1 x tri-bunk (double on bottom, single on top) plus 1 x bunk. Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels. No smoking inside NO PETS - this includes visiting pets, any pets sighted at property will result in loss of bond. Coobowie is a small relaxed coastal town with a general store/takeaway, and hotel. *MAY & WINTER OFF PEAK SPECIAL - 1st May to 31st August* excludes long weekends and school holidays 15% discount on May and Winter off peak nightly tariff for bookings 3 nights or more Nightly tariffs - cleaning, booking and refundable bond fees apply Peak - 24th Dec to end of Jan school holidays and Easter: 4 night minimum stay $160 per night High - all other school holidays plus long weekends: 3 night minimum stay $160 per night Off Peak - school terms: 2 night minimum stay $130 per night Bond may increase during peak season

Had the best time here for a large family. The yard was perfect for the grandkids to play in and secure. House was spotless when arrived and nicely presented. Beds were comfy which was a bonus. Everything we needed was there at the accomadation. We will definitely be back, for another family holiday.

We loved this absolute beachfront accommodation; everything was above our expectations - crockery, BBQ, beds, new spacious bathroom, tissues, hooks on wall, storage, bedside lights. The owners have gone out of their way to cater for the needs of guests. Spotlessly clean, comfy beds, large spaces, stunning tropical garden, different areas for relaxation. Excellent location - five minutes from historical Edithburg, and seven minutes from the stunning Sultana Point beach tucked secretly away behind the sand dunes.

The house was beautiful, clean and well set up. Excellent views of the beach from the loungeroom. Beautiful areas front and back dependent on weather. The garden is magnificent.. We also loved our hosts (2 very friendly and talkative magpies). Thank you for letting us stay at your wonderful property.

We really enjoyed the house and environment. The house is very clean and big enough for 2-3 families. Kitchen is new with lots of cookware, utensils, cutlery, plates, cups, mugs and glasses. Beds are with plenty of quilts. Birds visited us every day in the front or background. Kids played board games in door, and sports in the backyard. Have recommended to friends.

Very small - there were enough beds for 11 people but would be no room to sit to eat ir relax. Wasn’t as clean as expected- windows were dirty and outdoor table and chairs were dirty and not clean. Is suitable for a family who enjoy fishing.

The views from the lounge are great the beach acces is great to. Very quite and peaceful location the traffic on the road is not good for young children though unless the gate is closed other then that good place to stay

Even though it was a weekend away this house is always great to stay at. It’s central to most of the fishing towns, quiet enough even tho it’s on a main road. It’s well equipped and has a great view. Walks on the beach are nice as is sitting out the back watching the bird life while having a drink.

We (6 of us) had a fun and relaxing time. The cleaners could pay a little more attention to dust on window sills but overall the place was as we expected. Supplying linen towels etc would be a real boost for your ratings especially for travelers just moving around from place to place. It might sound like a whinge but I don't mean it to be We would definitely stay again thank you

Superb waterfront location and a beautiful garden out the back. We loved our stay here.
FYI one of the bedrooms is a walkway to another so no privacy for people in that room.

Outstanding location. The aircon in the main room only was insufficient for the whole house (bedrooms)and made the sleeping uncomfortably warm. The aircon also would only turn on heater. Flyscreens have significant holes in them making airing the heat from the house a challenge in the middle of an outbreak of Midges as stated in the apartment information book.Having travellers from overseas, having to bring in our own sheets proved very hard as we had to source them on the way there and ended up paying $300 in a local town to have sheets for 5 beds. This was a cost that we did not expect and sheets should really be included in the cost and if need be, put the cost up to accomodate that. How is an overseas traveller supposed to have sheets to sleep 5 adults across a queen, 2 doubles and 2 single beds?The lack of supplies in general given that there is no stores close by was dissappointing. Floors around the house were sticky and the rooms smelt of mould and wet wood

A little gem property that has a lovely shack feel with all the updated amenities. We really enjoyed coming back to the relax here, after a day excursion to Innes National Park. Comfortable place with good cooking facilities. Enjoyed beach walks and the sea views. Great spot to relax and while away a few days.

Great place to stay, very well set up house with all you need. Was great to have 2 fridges with freezers, washing machine and a second toilet, ( we made them girls and boys ). Great hot water, also a great view. Close to things to see, fishing and crabbing. Would recommend this property to others.
