We have compulsory licenses and offer to make your compulsory registration with the immigration services. each room of 40 m2 is equipped with a private bathroom, free internet in all rooms and common areas, tv with international channels, comfortable bedding with Queen size mattress for 2 people with memory of form. for children (up to 16 years) we can add a single bed on reservation all our rooms were redone in October 2018. Our guest house offers a swimming pool. wise and clean animals are welcome. our price includes maintenance costs for common areas such as garden or pool but does not include water and electricity for your personal consumption. each room is equipped with a meter and we charge at the current rate without surplus.
