Overall we were disappointed with the property. The house was old and had damage. The property is not well maintained. Damaged flyscreen that let a HUGE amount of flies into the house. We couldn't leave windows open at night or during the day when we weren't at the property as there weren't any security screens.
The only benefit was the location as the house is within walking distance of the shops and beach.

We loved being in Coolum . This house is simple and needs some TLC . Otherwise spacious and comfortable.

Nice little bungalow, good location. We really appreciated the little touches like the furnishing, welcome package, coffee machine, etc. Would stay again if we are bringing the dog with us.

Very weather tight as it poured the weekend we rented. Comfy basic house short drive from the shopping centre and beach.

Location is fairly good but we have forgotten what traffic sounds like and its quite close to the main road into Coolum. Cosy beach house, bit disappointed there was no undercover parking/garage. Beds were comfortable.

This was a perfect little holiday spot where we could also take our four legged families. The home is so close to the beach and had everything we could need for a relaxing week away

Nice, tidy place, spacious and comfortable. Everything we needed was in the cottage too. Under 5min drive to shops and beaches, and 15mins from airport. Lovely location in a very family oriented town! Loved every minute and will definitely be going back again x

It was a great little beach house, in good condition, close to the beach and other facilities were only a couple minutes away. Stayed with our dog and the yard was fully secure and a good size so he could play with his frisbee.

Great spot
House had everything we needed plus a large yard for our dogs. Coolum has the best dog beach as well. We all loved our stay :)

This little cottage was ok, but not great dripping kitchen tap needed the washer replaced. The doors (around handles) were grubby, windows were a little mildewed in particular blinds very mildewed.
The bed in the bedroom with ensuite attached had seen better days.
Overall somewhat overpriced.

Lovely beach house. Close to everything. Comfortable beds. Great yard for the dogs.
A comfortable house to stay in, everything was great. The only thing i could suggest is the kitchen could do with a update and the kitchen taps were hard to turn off and on and they would leak. But overall very good.

Great little beach house
This place was just what we needed for Pur short stay in Coolum. It is tastefully decorated with all that you need. A beautiful touch was the welcome care packages left for us. Catarina was amazing and the communication from her was outstanding. Thanks so much for having us.

Stay at Coolium Beach
Trouble free stay at a very well equipped house in a quite location, Has very relaxing back yard with big shady trees that attract the local bird life with is extremely dog proof you don't have to worry about your dog escaping. Wanted for nothing ,close enough to main shopping center,surf club, and the beach. Games provided for that technology free holiday,

House was fine and had everything required for our stay. The kitchen was a bit old, but adequate. Beds were fine, despite what other reviewers have said. Decent sized bedrooms, lounge room and dining area. Big backyard for the dog. Seemed a bit expensive for what you get, but never needed a place that accepted dogs before, so maybe that jacks the price up

The property was ok but the taps were leaky, the kitchen cupboards were smelly, the TV shut off almost every 10 minutes and the beds were uncomfortable to sleep on. The house wasn’t very clean and needs the pest control as there were cockroaches. A shady area outside would have been nice. Over all the house was not worth what we paid for the five nights. Despite this, the stay was good snd it was helpful that the internet was installed.

We had windows fall on us when we opened them, door fell on us when we tried to open, linen was not clean towels were marked and smelt. Would not recommend this property again especially for the money we paid for the time we stayed.

enjoyed short stay very much. Nice little house with everything we needed. Clean and having dogs with us was great. Bed in room with ensuite was pretty hard. Other than that all good.

Making the booking was easy. No issues. Good location etc....
But the internal features are basic and a bit run down. Couldn't stop the taps dripping and we struggled with kitchen cockroaches. For the price paid we were a little 'Underwhelmed'....

Was great to be able to take our dog with us to a beach holiday.
Close to all amenities
House was well equipt and clean.
Lots of trees in back yard for shade,, Only issue would have been very limited protection for dog if there was a storm..
